Background

The electric pick is a double-insulation hand-held electric tool taking a motor as power, has the characteristics of safety, reliability, high efficiency, convenient operation and the like, is widely applied to pipeline laying, mechanical installation, water supply and drainage facility construction, interior decoration, harbor facility construction and other construction engineering construction, and is suitable for pick drills or other appropriate accessories, such as chisels, shovels and the like, to carry out operations of crushing, chiseling, excavating, slotting, cutting and the like on concrete, masonry structures and asphalt pavements.

At present, the common pickaxe tools are generally adopted for the outdoor greening cleaning and crushing operation. When the outdoor crushing operation is manually processed by planing and shoveling, a large amount of manpower is consumed, and the working efficiency is low. In recent years, an ordinary electric pick is used for replacing manual work for cleaning, but the existing electric pick is heavy in weight and not beneficial to operation, a power supply needs to be provided, and remote power transmission is unsafe and inconvenient to use.

Therefore, a portable power pick device needs to be researched and solved.

the clamping mechanism comprises a lock rod head and a lock rod body which are mutually matched, one end of the lock rod head is fixedly connected with the shell, a through hole matched with the pickaxe is formed in the lock rod head, a round hole matched with the lock rod body is formed in one side of the lock rod head, one end of the lock rod body is provided with a clamping pin used for fixing the lock rod head, and the lock rod body is used for limiting the moving range of the pickaxe.

With reference to fig. 1-10, a portable power pick device includes a housing 1, a motor 2, a transmission mechanism 3, a vibration mechanism 4, a clamping mechanism 5, and a pick head 6, which are disposed in the housing 1, wherein a battery 7 electrically connected to the motor 2 is further disposed in the housing 1;

the transmission mechanism 3 is used for converting the rotation motion provided by the motor 2 into reciprocating motion, and comprises a cam 3.1 and a U-shaped shell 3.2 which are matched with each other, the U-shaped shell 3.2 is arranged on the outer ring of the cam 3.1 and is in sliding fit with the shell 1, the cam 3.1 is in transmission connection with the motor 2, and the cam 3.1 drives the U-shaped shell 3.2 to do reciprocating motion under the driving of the motor 2;
