The working principle is as follows: 1) the cut non-woven cloth chest piece 5 and the non-woven cloth back piece 6 are reserved;

2) cutting two arc-shaped pieces, butting and welding two ends of the two arc-shaped pieces to form a front cap piece 3, wherein the front cap piece 3 is provided with a through face hole, and after a rubber band is placed in a curled edge which is close to the through face hole of the front cap piece 3, welding the curled edge to obtain the front cap piece 3 for later use; the cut hat pieces 4 are ready for use.

3) Respectively sending the cut left front sleeve piece and the cut right front sleeve piece into a left front sleeve piece conveying line and a right front sleeve piece conveying line, and respectively installing rubber bands 9 on the end parts of the left front sleeve piece and the right front sleeve piece when passing through a rubber band installation station;

4) the left front sleeve piece and the right front sleeve piece are sent to a clothes chest piece integration station to be welded and connected with the two sides of the clothes chest piece, and the front cap piece 3 is welded and connected with the neckline to obtain an upper clothes body 1;

5) respectively feeding the cut left rear sleeve piece and the cut right rear sleeve piece into a left rear sleeve piece conveying line and a right rear sleeve piece conveying line, and respectively installing rubber bands at the end parts of the left rear sleeve piece and the right rear sleeve piece when passing through a rubber band installation station;

6) the left rear sleeve plate and the right rear sleeve plate are fed into a garment back plate integration station to be welded and connected with two sides of a garment back plate 6, and the rear cap plate 4 is welded and connected with a neckline to obtain a lower garment body 2;

7) and (3) conveying the upper garment body obtained in the step 3) and the lower garment body obtained in the step 5) into a final assembly station, and welding the upper garment body 1 and the lower garment body 2 through a profiling welding table and a profiling welding head to finally obtain the raincoat with a new structure.
