Background

The prior refrigerator is mostly packaged by adopting a corrugated case, and the appearance of the refrigerator in the packaging box cannot be visually observed in the packaging mode and is gradually replaced by transparent packaging.

The transparent package is that the package film bag is completely covered on the surface of the refrigerator, then the package film bag is heated to be softened and contracted, and then the package film is tightly attached to the wall of the refrigerator after being cooled. In the conventional packaging film wrapping device, the excessive part of the lower part of the packaging film after being packaged cannot be attached to the refrigerator, so that the attractiveness of product packaging is ensured, the bottom of the container (the packaging film is attached to the edge of the bottom of the refrigerator) needs to be checked manually, time and labor are wasted, the packaging efficiency is reduced, and the problem needs to be solved by updating the design.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a bottom closing method of a transparent packaging bag of a refrigerator, which can quickly tighten the bottom opening section of a packaging film bag and wrap the edge of the bottom of the refrigerator, and can prevent the packaging film bag from moving, sliding or cracking in the process of selling, transporting and storing the refrigerator.

The technical scheme of the invention is that the bottom closing method of the transparent packaging bag of the refrigerator comprises the following steps:

s1, absorbing and clinging the mouth section of the packaging film bag to the bottom of the refrigerator from the bottom of the refrigerator which is arranged in the bottom-closing working area and is sleeved with the bag by using an air suction device;

Preferably, the hot air device comprises a rectangular hot air frame and a hot air mechanism connected to the rear portion of the hot air frame, the hot air frame is larger than the area of the bottom of the refrigerator, and the position of the hot air frame is slightly lower than the height of the bottom of the refrigerator after the refrigerator is lifted.

Preferably, the bag smoothing device comprises two bag smoothing plates respectively arranged on the outer sides of symmetrical surfaces of the refrigerator, the rear parts of the bag smoothing plates are connected with a telescopic mechanism, and the telescopic mechanism is connected with a lifting mechanism.

Detailed Description

In order to facilitate the understanding of the technical solutions of the present invention for those skilled in the art, the technical solutions of the present invention will be further described with reference to the drawings attached to the specification.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bottom closing method of the refrigerator transparent packaging bag according to the technical scheme of the invention comprises the following steps:

M3, jacking the refrigerator after bagging, wherein the jacking is realized by jacking the refrigerator after bagging through the bottom of the refrigerator 1 by utilizing a jacking device 5 arranged between two conveying chains 4, and the jacking is realized by jacking the bottom of the refrigerator to separate from the two conveying chains 4 and locating the refrigerator at a certain distance above the two conveying chains 4, so that a packaging film bag can be automatically folded towards the bottom of the refrigerator 1 under the action of an air suction device 7 and is tightly attached to the bottom of the refrigerator.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the jacking device 5 in the technical solution of the present invention includes a jacking plate 51 having an area smaller than the bottom surface of the refrigerator 1 and a jacking mechanism 52 detachably connected to the bottom of the jacking plate 51. The region from the outer side edge of the jacking plate 51 to the outer edge of the bottom of the refrigerator is a packaging film bag wrapping region, and the opening section of the packaging film bag is absorbed in the region and is shrunk and wrapped in the region after being heated. So that the packaging film pouch does not interfere with the lift plate 51 at the bottom of the refrigerator.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the air suction device 7 according to the present invention includes a rectangular air suction frame 71 and an air suction mechanism 72 connected to a rear portion of the air suction frame 71. The suction frame 71 is slightly larger than the outer dimension of the lifting plate 51 and is arranged between the two conveying chains 4 and the lifting plate 51, and the upper surface of the suction frame 71 is lower than the two conveying chains 4. The air suction port of the air suction frame 71 is over against the contact position of the jacking plate 51 and the bottom of the refrigerator, so that air between the packaging film bag and the bottom of the refrigerator is pumped out, the packaging film bag can be folded towards the bottom of the refrigerator and flatly attached to the bottom of the refrigerator, and preparation is provided for the subsequent packaging film bag to shrink and retract the bottom after being heated.

As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 7, the hot air device 6 according to the present invention includes a rectangular hot air frame 61 and a hot air mechanism 62 connected to a rear portion of the hot air frame 61. The hot air frame 61 is larger than the bottom area of the refrigerator 1, and the position of the hot air frame 61 is slightly lower than the height of the bottom surface of the refrigerator after the refrigerator 1 is jacked. The air outlet of the hot air frame 61 faces the edge position of the bottom of the refrigerator, the hot air mechanism 62 blows hot air to the edge position of the refrigerator through the hot air frame 61, and the hot air enables the mouth section of the packaging film bag at the bottom of the refrigerator to be heated and shrunk and wraps the edge position of the bottom of the refrigerator.

As shown in fig. 4, the bag smoothing device 3 in the technical scheme of the invention comprises two bag smoothing plates 31 respectively arranged at the outer sides of symmetrical surfaces of a refrigerator, wherein the rear parts of the bag smoothing plates 31 are connected with a telescopic mechanism 32, and the telescopic mechanism 32 is connected with a lifting mechanism 33. The telescopic mechanism 32 and the lifting mechanism 33 are any devices or mechanism structures capable of realizing telescopic and telescopic functions in the prior art, such as a cylinder, an oil cylinder and the like.
