1. A collecting device for a pencil production line comprises a collecting box body (1); the method is characterized in that:

the device also comprises a pair of guide components arranged at the opening of the collection box body (1), a movable support (3) matched with the collection box body (1) and a pair of feeding components arranged at the opening of the collection box body (1);

the collecting box body (1) is of a semicircular structure; limiting plates (101) are symmetrically arranged on the front side and the rear side of the upper surface of the collecting box body (1); a pair of arc-shaped holes (102) are symmetrically formed in the front side surface of the collecting box body (1);

the guide assembly comprises an arc-shaped plate (201); a rotating shaft (202) is arranged on one side surface of the arc-shaped plate (201); a movable rod (203) is arranged on the adjacent side surface of the arc-shaped plate (201);

the feeding assembly comprises two oppositely arranged inclined plates (401); one end face of each of the two inclined plates (401) is provided with a baffle (402);

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a collecting device for a pencil production line, which solves the problems that when the existing pencil collecting device collects pencils, the pencils often fall into a collecting box in a messy manner, secondary arrangement is needed manually, and the working efficiency is low through the effects of a collecting box body, a guide assembly, a movable support and a feeding assembly.

the feeding assembly comprises two inclined plates which are oppositely arranged, so that the processed pencils can fall into the collecting box body conveniently; a baffle is arranged on one end face of each of the two inclined plates to prevent the pencils from being rushed out of the collection box body;

the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the collecting box body; the movable rod is connected with the arc-shaped hole in a sliding mode.

Further, the movable rod both ends all are provided with the handle, when the pencil is piled up and is collecting box and direction subassembly, are convenient for the pencil through stirring the handle and drop to collecting in the box.

Furthermore, the movable support comprises a pair of strip-shaped plates, so that a plurality of collecting boxes can be conveniently placed, a large number of pencils can be carried at one time, and the working efficiency is improved; a pair of U-shaped plates is fixedly connected between the pair of strip-shaped plates; and wheels are arranged on one side surface of each U-shaped plate, so that the U-shaped plates are convenient to move.

Furthermore, a pair of one side of each strip-shaped plate is provided with a fixing plate inclining downwards, so that the collection box body can be conveniently dismounted, and meanwhile, the worker can conveniently push the movable support.

Furthermore, a plurality of springs are fixedly connected to the inner side surface of the baffle; a plurality of spring other end fixedly connected with buffer board can dash to collecting the box with certain speed when carrying after pencil processing finishes, through spring fixed connection buffer board, cushions the pencil, prevents to damage collection box and feeding subassembly, is convenient for the pencil along the direction subassembly landing to collecting in the box.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. according to the invention, the arc-shaped plate is arranged, so that the pencil can conveniently slide down to the bottom of the collection box body along the gap between the arc-shaped plate and the collection box body.

2. According to the invention, the pair of strip-shaped plates is arranged on the movable support, so that a plurality of collecting boxes can be conveniently placed, and a large number of pencils can be carried at one time.

The pencil feeding device is fixedly connected with the buffer plate through the spring, the pencil is buffered, the collection box body and the feeding assembly are prevented from being damaged, the pencil can conveniently slide into the collection box body along the guide assembly, and the effects of conveniently collecting the pencil, automatically stacking the pencil in order, avoiding secondary pencil arrangement and improving the working efficiency are achieved.

Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

the feeding assembly comprises two inclined plates 401 which are oppositely arranged, so that the processed pencils can fall into the collecting box body 1 conveniently; one end faces of the two inclined plates 401 are provided with a baffle 402 to prevent pencils from being rushed out of the collection box body 1;

the rotating shaft 202 is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the collecting box body 1; the movable rod 203 is slidably connected with the arc-shaped hole 102.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, both ends of the movable rod 203 are provided with handles 2031, so that when pencils are accumulated in the collection box 1 and the guide assembly, the pencils can be conveniently dropped into the collection box 1 by pulling the handles 2031.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1-2, the movable support 3 comprises a pair of strip-shaped plates 301, which is convenient for placing a plurality of collecting boxes 1, and can convey a large number of pencils at one time, thereby improving the working efficiency; a pair of U-shaped plates 302 are fixedly connected between the pair of strip-shaped plates 301; wheels 303 are arranged on one side of each of the pair of U-shaped plates 302 for moving.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the upper surfaces of the pair of strip-shaped plates 301 are provided with a stop block 3011 to prevent the collection box 1 from sliding out.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, a pair of strip-shaped plates 301 are provided with fixing plates 3012 inclined downward on one side, so as to facilitate the detachment of the collection box 1 and the pushing of the mobile carriage 3 by the worker.
