As shown in fig. 3, the clamping mechanism 50 includes an intermediate ring 51, an expansion ring 52 and a pulling shaft 53, the expansion ring 52 is disposed in the intermediate ring 51 and is arranged to slide along the radial direction of the intermediate ring 51, the pulling shaft 53 is sleeved on the hollow shaft 20 inside the intermediate ring 51, the contact surface between the pulling shaft 53 and the expansion ring 52 is an inclined surface, and when the pulling shaft 53 moves axially, the contact surface with the expansion ring 52 pushes the expansion ring 52 to move in the radial direction; the axial movement of the tapered shaft 53 causes relative movement with the expander 52, and the radial expansion and contraction of the expander 52 are caused by the contact of the inclined surfaces.

The middle ring 51 is provided with a spring fixing part 511 extending towards the center thereof, a thrust spring 512 is fixed on the spring fixing part 511, the other end of the thrust spring 512 is connected with the push-pull shaft 53 to push the push-pull shaft 53 to move axially, one end of the mandrel 30 is arranged to protrude out of the end part of the hollow shaft 20, one end of the mandrel 30 protruding out of the end part of the hollow shaft 20 is connected with a supporting plate 54, and the supporting plate 54 is provided with a connecting part 541 contacted with the end part of the push-pull shaft 53. In the above embodiment, the thrust spring 512 is in a compressed state before the forward movement of the mandrel 30, so that the pulling shaft 53 is pushed forward by the thrust of the thrust spring 512 when the mandrel 30 moves forward; when the mandrel 30 moves backward, since the connecting portion 541 on the supporting plate 54 contacts with the front end of the pulling shaft 53, the mandrel 30 moves backward, which drives the connecting portion 541 on the supporting plate 54 to move backward, the connecting portion 541 abuts against the pulling shaft 53, the pulling shaft 53 is pushed backward, the thrust spring 512 is compressed again, and the diameter of the expanding ring 52 is reduced due to the backward movement of the pulling shaft 53, so that the film roll is detached.

Because the elastic acting force exists between the mandrel 30 and the pulling shaft 53, the mandrel 30 can rotate along with the hollow shaft 30, and in order to prevent the cylinder 41 from rotating, as shown in fig. 4, the end of the piston rod of the cylinder 41 is connected with a pulling seat 411, one end of the mandrel 30 connected with the cylinder 41 is fixed with a connecting block 301, the pulling seat 411 is connected with the connecting block 301, and a cavity for the connecting block 301 to rotate is arranged in the pulling seat 411. It should be noted that the pull seat 411 herein may also be a component with a bearing, such that the pull seat 411 is axially and rotationally connected with the piston rod of the cylinder 41, and the same purpose is achieved as the connecting block 301 rotates in the pull seat 411.

As shown in fig. 5, the expander 52 is preferably composed of at least two ring-shaped petals 521, a ring groove 522 is disposed on the outer surface of the ring-shaped petals 521, and a compression spring 523 is sleeved on the ring groove 522. The expander 52 is formed by joining a plurality of annular flaps 521, and when the inclined surface of the tapered shaft 53 contacts the inclined surface of the expander 52, the gap between the annular flaps 521 is increased to expand in the radial direction, and when the contact surface between the inclined surface of the tapered shaft 53 and the inclined surface of the expander 52 is decreased, the outer diameter of the expander 52 is decreased by the elastic force of the compression spring 523.

As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the top block 524 is detachably fixed on the expansion ring 52, and the middle ring 51 is provided with a hole corresponding to the top block 524. The driving mode of the second pushing and pulling shaft 56 is the same as that of the pushing and pulling shaft 53, and is not repeated here, the top of the second pushing and pulling shaft 56 contacts with the bottom of the pushing and pulling shaft 53, the second pushing and pulling shaft 56 is reset together through the retraction of the pushing and pulling shaft 53, and the ejector blocks fixed on the second expansion ring 57 and the ejector blocks on the expansion ring 52 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that when the film roll is fixed, the stress is more uniform, and the fixing effect is better.

As shown in fig. 6, in the above embodiment, preferably, the spring fixing seat 55 is fixed with a positioning bracket 60, the positioning bracket 60 is provided with fixing brackets 61 perpendicular to the axial direction of the intermediate ring 51, and at least three fixing brackets 61 are provided in the circumferential direction. The fixing support plate 61 is used for supporting the material disc, so that after the film roll is fixed on the middle ring, the fixing support plate 61 provides a plane for positioning the film roll, and the side face of the film roll is kept perpendicular to the substrate after clamping.
