1. An iron fertilizer combination formula for making yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis which is characterized by comprising ferrous sulfate with the concentration of 0.3 percent and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid ferric sodium with the concentration of 0.3 percent.

2. The iron fertilizer combination formula for greening yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis of claim 1, further comprising amino acids at a concentration of 0.15%.

3. The iron fertilizer combination formula for greening yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis of claim 1, further comprising urea at a concentration of 0.3%.

4. The use method of the iron fertilizer combination formula for making yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis complex green is characterized by comprising the following steps:

spraying clear water on the surface of the etiolated bougainvillea spectabilis to be cleaned;

mixing ferrous sulfate with the concentration of 0.3% and Ethylene Diamine Tetraacetic Acid (EDTA) with the concentration of 0.3% to obtain a mixed solution;

spraying the mixed solution on the surface of the yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis until the leaf surface is in a fully wet state to finish one-time spraying;

spraying the mixed solution again after the first period until the leaf surfaces are in a full-wet state to finish secondary spraying;

and after the second period after the second spraying, detecting the chlorophyll content and the related index of the photosynthetic property of the etiolated bougainvillea spectabilis, and stopping fertilizing after the chlorophyll content and the related index of the photosynthetic property are detected to be qualified.

5. The method of using the iron fertilizer combination formula for greening yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first period is 9-11 days.

Background

In the growing process of plants, leaf yellowing of plants can be caused by inappropriate external conditions such as illumination, water and fertilizer management, humidity and nutrition and the like, and meanwhile leaf gene mutation can also cause the occurrence of the leaf yellowing of bougainvillea spectabilis, wherein the former is the leaf yellowing and has green veins which can be divided into pathological yellowing disease and physiological yellowing disease, and the latter is the yellow whole leaf.

Bougainvillea spectabilis is a market flower in Xiamen city, and has extremely high ornamental value, wherein the flower leaf series are particularly outstanding. The yellowing of the bougainvillea spectabilis during the cultivation process seriously affects the quality of the bougainvillea spectabilis. However, none of the methods in the prior art can well solve the problem of yellowing of bougainvillea spectabilis, so that only the yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis can be replaced, and the maintenance cost of the bougainvillea spectabilis is increased.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an iron fertilizer combination formula for making yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis greenish and a using method thereof, so as to solve the problem that the existing bougainvillea spectabilis yellows.

The preparation method comprises the steps of applying ferrous sulfate containing divalent iron to the yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis, and chelating by using ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid ferric sodium salt to enable the yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis to absorb the divalent iron and recover the green color.

Specifically, in other embodiments of the present invention, the combination formula further includes 0.15% amino acid to provide nutrients for the camomile and increase the recovery rate of the camomile.

Specifically, in other embodiments of the invention, the combined formula further comprises urea with the concentration of 0.3%, and the urea forms chelated iron with Fe2+ in the form of a complex, so that the organic iron fertilizer has low manufacturing cost and good effect of preventing and treating iron deficiency and green loss. Repeating the treatment for 3 times, wherein each plant is treated by 10 plants, spraying the same amount of medicinal liquid, spraying the corresponding medicinal liquid to the leaf surface for one more time on the 10 th day after the first treatment, and spraying the medicinal liquid to the state of full-wet leaf surface. Measuring chlorophyll content and photosynthetic property related indexes of the leaves of the plants which are treated by different reagents and are not normally yellowed after the second spraying of the liquid medicine for 15 days, namely measuring chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, intercellular CO2 concentration and plant leaf Fv/Fm (chlorophyll fluorescence) of each treatment group.

Referring to fig. 1, a method for using an iron fertilizer composition formula for greening yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes steps S01 to S05.

Step S01, spraying clear water on the surface of the etiolated bougainvillea spectabilis to be cleaned; to clean off dust and stains on the surface of the yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis.

Step S02, mixing ferrous sulfate with the concentration of 0.3% and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid ferric sodium salt with the concentration of 0.3% to obtain a mixed solution; so as to prepare an iron fertilizer combination formula for making the yellow bougainvillea spectabilis greenish.

Step S03, spraying the mixed solution on the surface of the yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis until the leaf surface is in a fully wet state to finish one-time spraying; the combined fertilizer is sprayed on the leaf surface, so that the yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis can be absorbed conveniently, and meanwhile, the combined fertilizer can be absorbed by the roots of the yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis after dripping from the leaves.

Step S04, spraying the mixed solution again after the first period till the leaves are in a full-wet state to finish secondary spraying; it will be appreciated that spraying is repeated at intervals to achieve periodic treatment to ensure that the etiolated bouquet garni is green.

And step S05, after the second period after the second spraying, detecting the chlorophyll content and the related index of photosynthetic property of the etiolated bougainvillea spectabilis, and stopping fertilizing after the chlorophyll content and the related index of photosynthetic property are detected to be qualified. So as to determine whether each index of the yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis recovers to be normal or not, and ensure that the fertilization is stopped after each index of the yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis recovers to be normal.

When the combined formula and the use method of the iron fertilizer for making the yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis greenish are used, 0.3% ferrous sulfate and 0.3% sodium ferric ethylene diamine tetraacetate are prepared and mixed into a mixed solution, and the mixed solution is sprayed on the surface of the yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis till the leaf surface is in a fully wet state, so that one-time spraying is finished; spraying the mixed solution again after the first period until the leaf surfaces are in a full-wet state to finish secondary spraying; and after the second period after the second spraying, detecting the chlorophyll content and the related index of the photosynthetic property of the etiolated bougainvillea spectabilis, and stopping fertilizing after the chlorophyll content and the related index of the photosynthetic property are detected to be qualified, wherein ferrous sulfate containing bivalent iron is applied to the etiolated bougainvillea spectabilis, and the etiolated bougainvillea spectabilis absorbs bivalent iron through the chelation of the ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid ferric sodium salt, so that the etiolated bougainvillea spectabilis is recovered to be green.

Specifically, in this embodiment, the first period is 9-11 days to ensure that the once-sprayed combined fertilizer is sufficiently absorbed by the yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis, so as to fully utilize the combined fertilizer and prevent the yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis from being damaged by over-fertilization.

Similarly, the second period is 14-16 days to ensure that the combined fertilizer after secondary spraying is fully absorbed by the yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis, so that the combined fertilizer is fully utilized, and the yellowed bougainvillea spectabilis is prevented from being damaged by over-fertilization.

Specifically, the related indexes of the photosynthetic property comprise net photosynthetic rate, intercellular CO2 concentration and chlorophyll fluorescence of plant leaves.

Specifically, in this embodiment, the using method further includes: setting a comparative etiolated bougainvillea spectabilis, and spraying clear water to the comparative etiolated bougainvillea spectabilis during the period of using the iron fertilizer combination formula. When the watering device is used, the power supply 40 is controlled to supply power to the water pump 20 by setting the switching time of the timing switch 30, and the water pump 20 sprays the iron fertilizer combination formula which is used for enabling the etiolated bougainvillea spectabilis to be greenish in the kettle 10 onto the leaves of the etiolated bougainvillea spectabilis, so that automatic timing watering is realized.
