The glass flake pearlescent pigment is a pearlescent pigment prepared by coating metal oxide on glass flakes serving as a base material, and different colors of white, gold, red, blue, green and the like are obtained by coating different oxides and different film thicknesses. The color development effect characteristic of the pearl pigment and the glass sheet is an optical phenomenon, light rays generate combined effects of interference, light diffraction and light recombination on a thin film, and different wavelengths are obtained by diffraction of different film thicknesses, namely, the colors correspond to seven colors. The lustrousness of the glass flake pearlescent pigment is far superior to that of pearlescent pigments made of natural mica and artificially synthesized mica, and the glass flake pearlescent pigment has the functions of corrosion resistance and ultraviolet irradiation resistance; the thermoplastic resin is used in the field of plastics, can increase the strength of plastic products, prevents thermal deformation of precision parts made of thermoplastic plastics, and improves the space stability of the precision parts. Chinese patent CN108276807A discloses a high brightness pearlescent pigment and its preparation method, which uses natural mica, synthetic mica, glass flake, etc. as base material, and coats the base material with multiple layers of oxides to form a layered structure of silica, tin oxide, titanium oxide, silica, titanium oxide coating. However, the preparation of the patent needs to adopt multi-coating, the process is not easy to control, and the flicker degree is general.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the super-glittering glass flake pearlescent paint and the preparation method thereof, and the product has the characteristics of high glittering degree, high luster, high chroma and good weather resistance, and is low in manufacturing cost.

the intermediate comprises the following components in parts by weight: 22-28 parts of wax slurry, 6-10 parts of acrylic resin, 3-4.5 parts of anti-settling resin, 6-7.5 parts of amino resin, 50-57 parts of cellulose acetate butyrate, 0.2-1.0 part of flatting agent, 0.2-1.0 part of UV (ultraviolet) assistant and 1-3 parts of solvent.

The wax slurry is an ethylene-vinyl cerotic acid copolymer wax dispersion liquid, can improve the orientation effect of the metal pigment, enhance the glittering effect of the metal paint and slow down the sedimentation of the pigment in a container.

The anti-settling resin is an anti-sagging modified resin, is well compatible with cellulose acetate butyrate, and has an excellent rheological effect, good metal feeling, adhesive force and good flexibility.

The dispersing assistant is organic dispersing assistant, and the chemical structure of the dispersing assistant is that high-compatibility organic siloxane is added into partial polyamide and macromolecule unsaturated carboxylate, or phosphate ester and ammonium phosphate salt, and can select one or more of the commercial models of basf Efka FA 4665, Efka FA 4610 and Efka PA 4401, Shanghai core new material science and technology S18, Lumboun 36600, Dissbaron DA325 and DA 375.

The leveling agent is acrylic acid or organic silicon leveling agent.

A preparation method of super-glittering glass sheet pearlescent paint comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing an intermediate: preparing materials according to a formula, putting wax slurry into a reaction kettle, dispersing for 5-10min at the rotation speed of 550-650rpm, then putting acrylic resin, anti-settling resin and amino resin, dispersing for 10-20min at the rotation speed of 600-700rpm, then putting cellulose acetate butyrate, a leveling agent and a UV (ultraviolet) auxiliary agent into the reaction kettle, dispersing for 15-25min at the rotation speed of 700-800rpm to ensure that the fineness of the materials is less than 20 mu m, finally adding a solvent to adjust the viscosity to 160-180s (DIN 4 cup measurement), and filtering to obtain an intermediate;

(2) preparation of glass flake pearl pigment mixture: mixing the glass flake pearl pigment and the solvent, uniformly stirring and soaking to obtain a glass flake pearl pigment mixture;

(3) preparing a glass flake pearlescent paint product: mixing and stirring the intermediate and a dispersing auxiliary agent, simultaneously adding a glass flake pearl pigment mixture, dispersing at the rotation speed of 700-800rpm for 20-40min, and finally adding a solvent to prepare the product.

The soaking time in the step (2) is 16-24h, the pearl powder is wetted and dispersed by using the solvent, the pearl powder can be fully wetted after reaching a certain time, the waste is caused if the time is too long, the production cycle and the efficiency are influenced, the soaking is a key step which is beneficial to subsequent stirring and dispersion, the pearl particles are easy to agglomerate if the pearl powder is not soaked, the color hue and the covering power are influenced, and the soaking time is 16-24h, which is a proper soaking time verified by experiments.

The acrylic resin, wax slurry, anti-settling resin and cellulose acetate butyrate adopted by the system have good compatibility, the mixture ratio is obtained by combining chemical composition experiment optimization, and the synergistic dispersion effect of each component is combined. The method selects the pigment varieties with high flicker, high gloss, high chroma and weather resistance, has low cost, and determines the actual addition amount according to the actual effect and the requirement according to the comprehensive balance of covering power, tinting strength, particle size, system viscosity and the like of the pigment. The arrangement of the pearl pigment on the glass flakes is the key for displaying the surface effect of the paint film.

The invention adopts the weather-resistant glass flake pearlescent pigment newly researched and developed by pearlescent pigment manufacturers, the glass flake substrate is coated with the metal oxide, and the surface is coated with the second special weather-resistant oxide, the coating process is more complicated, the high-end weather-resistant pigment is combined with high-end resin and a dispersing agent, the reasonable formula design is adopted, and the prepared glass pearlescent paint has excellent weather resistance and does not fade after being used for a long time. The common domestic paint is limited in cost and color master performance, and common glass which is not subjected to secondary weather-resistant coating treatment is adopted, so that although pearlescence, hue and flicker degree are still good, the weather resistance is poor, and the common domestic paint is easy to yellow and fade after being attacked by ultraviolet rays for a long time.

The glass flake pearl special effect paint is mainly suitable for pearl surface color toning color master batches with white pearl colors in three processes, and can also be used as color master batches for blending special colors in two processes. The white pearl color spraying construction process comprises the steps of spraying conventional middle coat primer and the like, then spraying 3-4 times of 1K white base paint until the base color is covered, then spraying 2-2.5 times of white pearl paint, and finally covering 2 times of common 2K varnish, wherein the white pearl paint in the middle layer can be prepared by mixing the glass flake white pearl and the resin according to a proportion or mixing the glass flake white pearl with a plurality of white pearls.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the raw materials are easily available, the cost is relatively low, the glass sheet pearlescent paint has good dispersibility, the paint is stable, the drying speed is high, the storage stability is good, the flicker degree is strong after construction, the chroma is high, the glossiness is high (60-degree glossiness 97), and the weather resistance is good through the formula design. The development of the glass flake pearl color master is based on the use of glass pearl vehicle type colors in the original factory paint, enriches the types of color mixing color masters, can provide assistance for the difficult color mixing of the existing automobile refinishing paint part, and solves the problem of related color mixing.

(2) preparation of glass flake pearl pigment mixture: mixing the glass flake pearl pigment and the solvent, uniformly stirring, and soaking for 16-24h to obtain a glass flake pearl pigment mixture;
