To the high-rise steel frame building that does not have the basement, the connection of traditional outer cladding formula steel column foot and raft foundation faces two problems: 1. the bending-resistant connection structure between the steel column foot and the raft foundation requires arranging complex steel stiffening ribs on the bottom plate; 2. when the raft foundation and the externally-coated steel column base short column cannot be poured once for construction, potential safety hazards exist in the transmission of large horizontal force of the steel column base. If adopt traditional formula steel column foot of buryying and raft foundation to be connected, also face two problems: 1. the cost is wasted if the raft foundation is too thick; 2. the raft foundation is too shallow, which is not favorable for laying underground pipelines.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a semi-externally-wrapped and semi-embedded steel column base structure and a construction method thereof, which can meet the installation requirement of a steel structure column, and can provide enough space for laying underground pipelines while effectively reducing the thickness of a raft foundation.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides a semi-externally-covered and semi-embedded steel column base structure, wherein the semi-externally-covered and semi-embedded steel column base structure includes a raft foundation, a steel structure column and an externally-covered foundation column, a pit is formed on the raft foundation, a column base of the steel structure column is fixed in the pit, the externally-covered foundation column is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the column base of the steel structure column in a wrapping manner, a lower end of the externally-covered foundation column is fixed in the pit, and an upper end of the externally-covered foundation column extends above an upper surface of the raft foundation.

The semi-externally-coated semi-embedded steel column base structure comprises a base plate and a column body, wherein the lower end of the column body is connected with the base plate, concrete is poured into the column body, a plurality of studs are arranged in an area, coated by the externally-coated foundation column, on the outer surface of the column body, and one end, protruding out of the outer surface of the column body, of each stud is embedded into the externally-coated foundation column.

The above-mentioned half-encased half-embedded steel column base structure, wherein the plurality of studs are divided into a plurality of groups from top to bottom, the distance between two adjacent groups is less than or equal to 200mm, and each group includes 4 to 20 studs arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the column.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a construction method of a half-encased half-embedded steel column base structure, wherein the construction method of the half-encased half-embedded steel column base structure can be used for constructing the half-encased half-embedded steel column base structure as described above, and the construction method of the half-encased half-embedded steel column base structure comprises:

constructing a raft foundation, and presetting a pit on the upper surface of the raft foundation;

building a steel structure column, and fixing the lower end of the steel structure column in the pit;

and constructing and forming an outer wrapping foundation column on the outer surface of the column base of the steel structure column.

The above construction method of the half-encased and half-embedded steel column foot structure, wherein the raft foundation is built, and the upper surface of the raft foundation is pre-provided with the pits, comprises:

strapping and laying raft reinforcing steel bars, outer-wrapped foundation reinforcing steel bars, connecting members and pit molds, enabling the upper surfaces of the pre-embedded plates of the connecting members to be in contact with the lower surfaces of the pit molds in a fitting manner, enabling the lower ends of the outer-wrapped foundation reinforcing steel bars to penetrate through the pit molds and extend downwards to the lower sides of the pit molds, pouring concrete, enabling the lower ends of the outer-wrapped foundation reinforcing steel bars, the lower ends of the screw rods of the connecting members, the pre-embedded plates of the connecting members and the anchor bars of the connecting members to be embedded in the concrete, dismantling the pit molds after the concrete is initially set, maintaining the concrete, and completing the construction of the raft foundation.

The construction method of the half-encased and half-embedded steel column base structure as described above, wherein the step of constructing the steel structural column so that the lower end of the steel structural column is fixed in the pit, comprises:

placing the column feet of the steel structure column into the pits, enabling the screw rods to penetrate through the bottom plate of the steel structure column, attaching the bottom plate to the embedded plate, and welding and fixing the bottom plate and the embedded plate; according to the preset height of the outer-coated foundation column, a plurality of studs can be arranged on the outer surface of the steel structure column body in the area coated by the outer-coated foundation column in a welding mode, concrete is poured into the steel structure column, and the steel structure column is built.
