The cam indexer is also called as a cam indexer in engineering and is an intermittent indexer. When the divider is assembled and debugged, the needle bearing on the output shaft needs to be aligned with the cam on the input shaft, namely, the center of the needle bearing and the center line of the input shaft are on the same horizontal plane, the existing structural design is difficult to achieve horizontal alignment, and a gasket needs to be added or a lathe needs to be machined once again to align the roller and the cam, so that great troubles are brought to assembly, and the product cost is increased.

The box body 1 is composed of a left box body 01 and a right box body 02.

The taper bearing I6 comprises an outer ring 61 and an inner ring 62, the inner wall of the outer ring 61 is in taper arrangement, the outer wall of the inner ring 62 is in taper arrangement, the tapers of the inner ring and the outer ring are the same, the outer wall of the inner ring is rotatably provided with roller pins 63 distributed circumferentially, and the roller pins 63 are also in taper along the outer surface of the inner ring 62; when the taper bearing is installed, the end with the small outer diameter of the inner ring 62 faces the needle roller bearing 9, the first taper bearing 6 and the second taper bearing 60 are identical in structure, and the first taper bearing 6 and the second taper bearing 60 are arranged oppositely, namely the end with the small outer diameter of the inner ring 62 of the taper bearing is opposite. When the output shaft 4 is adjusted to move up and down relatively through the upper nut and the lower nut, the conical surfaces of the roller pins 63 on the outer ring 61 and the inner ring 62 are in contact, so that the stress of the taper bearing is uniform, and meanwhile, when the output shaft 4 is adjusted to move up and down, the two tapers of the inner ring and the outer ring are automatically centered, so that the center of the output shaft 4 is ensured to be unchanged.

Specifically, during assembly, the deep groove bearing 7, the bushing 71 and the taper bearing one 6 are sequentially placed into the output sleeve 2, wherein the deep groove bearing 7 is in contact with the annular protrusion 21; then the output shaft 4 sequentially passes through the deep groove bearing 7, the bushing 71 and the taper bearing 6 from the end of the deep groove bearing 7; then, the output sleeve 2 of the output shaft 4 is fixedly connected with the box body 1, as shown in the attached drawing 2-3, the needle bearing 9 is arranged in the box body 1, the other end of the output shaft 4 penetrates through the boss 11, and the output shaft 4 at the end is sleeved with the taper bearing II 60, so that the taper bearing II 60 is in contact with the limiting boss 12; then, the upper and lower ends of the output shaft 4 are respectively screwed with the upper nut 5 and the lower nut 51, and the upper and lower nuts are both screwed towards the needle bearing 9, and the output shaft 4 is firmly fixed by the limit of the annular protrusion 21 and the limit protrusion 12. During assembly, when the center of the needle bearing 9 is not aligned with the center line of the input shaft 3, the position of the needle bearing 9 relative to the input shaft 3 is adjusted by adjusting the positions of the two upper and lower nuts, specifically, if the needle bearing 9 is located above the output shaft 3 relative to the input shaft, the upper nut 5 is loosened first, the upper nut 5 is screwed in a direction away from the needle bearing 9, then the lower nut 51 is screwed in a direction towards the needle bearing 9, at this time, the distance that the lower nut 51 is screwed upwards is the distance that the needle bearing 9 moves downwards, and then the position of the needle bearing 9 is adjusted completely, and the upper nut 5 is screwed; and vice versa. And finally, oil seals 8 are respectively arranged at the upper nut end and the lower nut end. The upper nut 5 is screwed so that the taper bearing I6 compresses the deep groove bearing 7 through the bushing 71, and the stability is high.

In the process, the deep groove bearing 7 serves to stabilize the output shaft 4.

The divider has the advantages that the problems of high assembly cost and low efficiency caused by the alignment of the axial lead of the needle bearing 9 on the output shaft 4 of the existing divider and the axial lead of the input shaft 3 are effectively solved, the divider is reasonable and simple in structural design, the output shaft 4 which can be adjusted by adjusting the upper nut and the lower nut in an up-and-down movement mode is convenient to align the axial leads of the needle bearing 9 and the input shaft 3, the operation is simple and convenient, the assembly efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.
