The invention has the beneficial effects that: the ginger seedling stem smashing machine has the advantages that ginger clamping and lifting, ginger and stem separation and ginger seedling stem smashing are achieved, the automation degree is high, the labor capacity is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, the cost is reduced, the economic benefit is increased, and no damage is caused to the ginger.
