A foam type auxiliary agent of a disinfectant is characterized in that the foam type auxiliary agent is used for a quaternary ammonium salt/glutaraldehyde disinfectant and comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-20 parts of foaming agent, 0.5-10 parts of foam stabilizer, 1-10 parts of pH regulator and 60-97.5 parts of water.

the zwitterionic surfactant comprises one or a combination of dodecyl dimethyl ammonium oxide, cocamidopropyl betaine, lauramidopropyl betaine and octadecyl dihydroxyethyl amine oxide.

3. The foam adjuvant for disinfectant according to claim 1, wherein said foam stabilizer comprises one or a combination of polyacrylamide, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone or polyethylene oxide.

The foam adjuvant for disinfectant according to claim 1, wherein said pH regulator comprises inorganic acid or organic acid, said inorganic acid comprises one or combination of hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid; the organic acid comprises one or a combination of lactic acid, acetic acid and citric acid.

5. A method of preparing a foam adjuvant for disinfectants according to any of claims 1 to 4, comprising:

mixing a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer and water in proportion;

slowly stirring at a constant speed, and simultaneously adding a pH regulator to regulate the pH value to a set range;

continuously stirring for the first time; and

stopping stirring, and standing for a second time.

6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the pH is set within a range of 2 to 5.

7. The method of claim 5, wherein the first time is between 1.0 and 2.5 hours.

8. The method of claim 5, wherein the second time is between 0.8 and 1.2 hours.

9. The method of claim 5, wherein the stirring speed is 5 to 150 rpm.

Background

Glutaraldehyde is an aldehyde disinfectant, the killing effect of the aldehyde disinfectant on microorganisms mainly depends on aldehyde groups, and the medicines mainly act on mycoprotein to cause protein coagulation to cause bacterial death, and the action mechanism is as follows: unsaturated aldehyde groups existing in the aldehyde solution can act on mercapto, hydroxyl, carboxyl and amino of mural lipoprotein or other components, so that after alkylation, mural protein is crosslinked or lipid chain residues in mural teichoic acid form side chains, thereby closing cell walls, and preventing microorganisms from absorbing nutrient substances and discharging wastes; in addition, glutaraldehyde can inhibit the activity of dehydrogenase and periplasmatase, and inhibit the synthesis of RNA, DNA and protein, thereby achieving the effect of quick sterilization. The quaternary ammonium salt has lipophilic disinfection effect, is used as cationic surfactant, has strong wetting effect, and can dissolve bacterial cell wall, cell membrane and virus envelope, resulting in membrane permeability change and component outflow. Glutaraldehyde has hydrophilic disinfection effect, and is combined with capsid protein of virus and enzyme of microorganism to solidify protein; binding to microbial nucleic acids denatures the nucleic acids and kills the microbes. With the help of the lipophilic disinfectant quaternary ammonium salt, the glutaraldehyde can enter the microbial cells to rapidly exert the effect.

The quaternary ammonium salt/glutaraldehyde disinfectant has been widely applied to the livestock breeding industry and is used for disinfecting animals, pastures, livestock and poultry houses and veterinary clinical instruments. Can effectively kill bacteria, viruses and spores. However, the quaternary ammonium salt/glutaraldehyde disinfectant is diluted and used as a liquid, so that a large amount of liquid is wasted and is inconvenient to observe.

Preferably, for the foam type auxiliary agent of the disinfectant, the pH regulator comprises inorganic acid or organic acid, and the inorganic acid comprises one or a combination of hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid and sulfuric acid;

the organic acid comprises one or a combination of lactic acid, acetic acid and citric acid.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of preparing a foam adjuvant for a disinfectant, comprising:

mixing a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer and water in proportion;

slowly stirring at a constant speed, and simultaneously adding a pH regulator to regulate the pH value to a set range;

continuously stirring for the first time; and

stopping stirring, and standing for a second time.

Preferably, for the preparation method, the set range of the pH is 2-5.

Preferably, for the preparation method, the first time is between 1.0 and 2.5 hours.

Preferably, for the preparation process, the second time is between 0.8 and 1.2 h.

Preferably, for the preparation method, the stirring speed is 5-150 rpm.

The water is deionized water, which means the deionized water after removing impurities in the form of ions.
