Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of nursing articles, in particular to a humidifying mask.

Background

One of the important physical properties affecting human comfort is air relative humidity. The relative humidity of air refers to the ratio of the vapor pressure of water in the air to the saturated vapor pressure of water at the same temperature and pressure. The less water vapor contained in a certain volume of air at a certain temperature, the drier the air; the more water vapor the more humid the air. The temperature outside the cabin of the airplane cabin is low, if the relative humidity of air is high, water drops can be condensed, and potential safety hazards are caused, so that the humidity of the air in the cabin of the airplane is only 15%, but the comfortable humidity of the air perceived by people is 40% -50%, and discomfort is easily caused in the cabin. When dry air is drawn into the respiratory tract, the air is warmed and humidified by the time it reaches the trachea, due to the abundant blood flow to the nasal and pharyngeal mucosa and the mucus glands that secrete mucus. However, because the nasal cavity is full of a plurality of interlaced reticular tiny blood vessels which are shallow in position surface and easy to generate dry feeling and even rupture bleeding due to long-time inhalation of over-dry air, the mucous membrane function is damaged. However, for safety reasons in aircraft, air humidifiers cannot be used to relieve the sensation of dryness. Oily substance can be dropped into nasal cavity to relieve dry feeling, but the receiving degree is not high, and part of oily substance has strong irritation. There is no suitable product on the market today for nasal drying and even bleeding in the cabin due to air drying.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, it is an object of the present invention to provide a humidifying mask which can be used to improve microclimate by increasing the humidity of air inhaled into the nasal cavity under dry conditions, thereby providing comfort to the nasal cavity of a person in a dry environment.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a humidifying mask, which comprises a mask body and two ear hanging belts, wherein the two ear hanging belts are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the mask body, and the humidifying mask is characterized in that the mask body comprises an inner layer and an outer layer, the edge of the inner layer is attached to the edge of the outer layer, a humidifying layer is formed between the non-edge of the inner layer and the non-edge of the outer layer, a humidifying device is arranged in the humidifying layer, the humidifying device comprises a humidifying valve, a plurality of vent hoses and a humidifying container matched with the vent hoses, the humidifying valve is a hollow cylinder, the vent hoses extend outwards from the interior of the humidifying valve through holes arranged on the circumferential wall of the humidifying valve, one end of the vent hoses, which is far away from the humidifying valve, is connected with the humidifying container, and a non-woven water storage material is arranged in the humidifying container, one end of the humidifying valve is provided with a plurality of through holes and is connected with the inner layer, the other end of the humidifying valve is movably connected with an inner cover used for sealing the through hole on the outer layer, the inner cover is arranged on the side face of one side of the inner layer, which is far away from the outer layer, and is convenient for a user to open or close.

Preferably, the inner layer and the outer layer are both nonwoven gauzes.

Preferably, the humidifying container is fixedly connected with the inner layer and the outer layer through hot melt adhesives.

Compared with the prior art, the mask for improving microclimate under the dry condition has the function of humidifying and inhaling nasal cavity air which is not possessed by the traditional mask, when the mask is used, water molecules of a water storage material are diffused into the air inhaled into the nasal cavity, the relative humidity of the microenvironment at the nasal cavity is improved, the dry feeling of the nasal cavity caused by inhaling dry air for a long time can be relieved, the working pressure of the nasal cavity and the pharyngeal mucosa humid air in the respiratory tract is reduced, the moisture consumed by breathing is reduced, the damage to the mucous membrane function caused by the rupture of blood vessels at the inner side of the nasal cavity due to dryness is prevented, the comfortable feeling is brought to the nasal cavity of a person in an aircraft cabin with too low air humidity or other dry environments, and the mask has portability and instantaneity and can effectively meet the requirement of the consumer on the body comfort level. In addition, the humidifying device formed by combining the humidifying valve, the vent pipe and the polyester container can enable the water absorbing material to be uniformly distributed in the mask, so that the problem that the water absorbing material shields the mouth and the nose to influence the air permeability of the mask is solved. On the other hand, the design of the inner cover which is convenient for a user to open is adopted, and the user only opens the humidifying device under the condition of need, thereby being beneficial to prolonging the service life of the water storage material.

Detailed Description

For a further understanding of the invention, reference will now be made to the preferred embodiments of the present invention by way of example, and it is to be understood that the description is intended to further illustrate features and advantages of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the claims which follow.

As shown in figure 1, the invention provides a humidifying mask, which comprises a mask body 1 and two ear-hang belts 2, the humidifying device is symmetrically arranged at two sides of the mask body 1, the mask body 1 comprises an inner layer and an outer layer, the edge of the inner layer is jointed with the edge of the outer layer, a humidifying layer is formed between the non-edge of the inner layer and the non-edge of the outer layer, in order to ensure that the humidifying mask has the function of reforming microclimate under the dry condition, a humidifying device is arranged in the humidifying layer, as shown in fig. 2, the humidifying device includes a humidifying valve 3, a plurality of air hoses 6 and a humidifying container 5 matched with the air hoses 6, the humidifying valve 3 is a hollow cylinder, the air hoses 6 extend outwards from the interior of the humidifying valve 3 through holes formed in the peripheral wall of the humidifying valve 3, one end of the air hoses 6 far away from the humidifying valve 3 is connected with the humidifying container 5, and a non-woven water storage material is arranged in the humidifying container 5. The humidifying container 5 is preferably a polyester container. The polyester container can realize the sealing of the non-woven water storage material and prevent the water from losing. One end of the humidifying valve 3 is provided with a plurality of through holes and is connected with the inner layer, the other end of the humidifying valve 3 is movably connected with an inner cover 4 used for sealing through the through hole arranged on the outer layer, the inner cover 4 is arranged on one side face of the outer layer far away from the inner layer, and the user can open or close the humidifying valve conveniently. When the air condition is more humid and the function of the humidifying device is not needed, the inner cover 4 can be covered, and the inner cover 4 covers the edge and is designed to be widened so as to ensure that the through hole 7 is blocked to ensure the reduction of water loss when the humidifying device is not used. In order to facilitate ventilation, the outer layer and the inner layer of the mask are made of non-woven gauze.

In order to avoid the problem that the humidifying container 5 shields the mouth and the nose to influence the breathing of a user and keep the good air permeability of the mask, the humidifying container 5 is fixed between two layers of non-woven gauze in a hot melt adhesive bonding mode.

In order to ensure that the mask is attached to the face of a user and is not easy to move when the user wears the mask, the mask body 1 is provided with a nose clip part for fixing the humidifying mask on the nose, and the humidifying valve 3 is arranged near the nose clip part. The nose clip part comprises a plastic film adhered on the mask body 1 and a metal wire arranged between the mask body and the plastic film.

In conclusion, the invention utilizes the gradient of the water storage material and the dry air in the humidity aspect to diffuse water molecules in the non-woven water storage material to the dry air, increases the relative humidity of air sucked into a respiratory tract when a user inhales the air, lightens the working pressure of the air moistening the nasal mucosa and the pharyngeal mucosa in the respiratory tract, reduces the moisture consumed by breathing, and brings the moist feeling to the nasal cavity.

While there have been shown and described what are at present considered the fundamental principles and essential features of the invention and its advantages, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing exemplary embodiments, but is capable of other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
