Technical Field

The invention disclosed in this case relates to clothing and other sewn products equipped with a slide fastener.

Background

In a care/medical facility, a coverall-type care garment as disclosed in, for example, patent documents 1 to 4 is used as a garment for caring a person who cannot lie down for a long time due to a disease, a handicap, an elderly person, or the like. Fig. 1 shows a schematic configuration of such a care garment.

The illustrated nursing garment 1 is configured such that two slide fasteners 2, 2 are attached to a front opening/closing position from the neckline portion 11 to the hem portion 12 of the right foot through the front body (between the left body portion 14L and the right body portion 14R) and an inner thigh opening/closing position from the hem portion 12 of the right foot to the hem portion 13 of the left foot through the crotch, and that the garment exchange, examination, excretion, and the like can be easily performed by opening the opening/closing positions. In addition to the above, there is a garment in which a slide fastener is attached to a back portion, a portion from armpits to cuffs. Further, there is also a slide fastener in which a flap covering the outside of the closed end portion of the slide fastener 2 is attached to the closed end portion, and the flap is fixed to clothes by a snap or an adhesive tape with a locking piece, thereby preventing an improper opening and closing operation by the care-receiver itself ( patent documents 1, 2, and 3). Further, it is disclosed that a soft cushion member is attached to the inside of the closed end portion of the slide fastener 2 to alleviate a feeling of pressure and pain when a metal member or the like attached to the end portion comes into contact with a body (patent document 4).

However, care clothes, which are used in large quantities daily in care and medical facilities, are usually collected periodically by a washing service person, washed intensively, and reused. Since the above-mentioned washing operation is performed by using a large washing and drying machine having a strong rotational force, the slider for opening and closing the slide fastener is broken due to the strong agitation, or the thread end is wound around the slider and cannot be flicked.

Therefore, the present applicant has developed and put into practical use a slide fastener-equipped nursing garment in which the slider can be detached from the slide fastener in advance during cleaning and the slider can be easily replaced even when the slider fails. Fig. 2 shows a schematic configuration of the slide fastener disclosed in patent document 5.

The slide fastener 20 is a so-called reverse-opening double-slide fastener which can be opened and closed from both ends. In the pair of left and right fastener stringers 31(31L, 31R), the two sliders 4(4A, 4B) are attached to the opening/closing position of the care garment 1 (between the left body section 14L and the right body section 14R in the illustrated position) in such an orientation that the sides where the left and right element rows (element rows) 32(32L, 32R) are engaged with each other are butted in a "tail fit" orientation. The two sliders 4 are moved away from each other to one end portion and the other end portion, respectively, to form a fully closed state. When the slider is opened, either one of the sliders 4 is moved toward the center. When both sliders 4 are moved to either end, the fully opened state is formed.

At the end of the element row 32, there are mounted in an opposing manner: an insertion pin 33 having a shape that can be inserted through a guide rail (a Y-shaped hollow portion for engaging and disengaging the element rows) formed in the body portion 41 of the slider 4; and a box pin 34 shaped so as not to pass through the guide rail. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the positional relationship between the insert pin 33 and the box-shaped pin 34 is reversed at both ends of the slide fastener 20. Therefore, in the fully open state after both the sliders 4 are moved to either one of the end portions, when the insertion pin 33 at the end portion is pulled out from the body portions 41 of the two sliders 4, the left and right fastener stringers 31 are completely separated. Thus, when both the sliders 4 are moved to the opposite end, the insertion pin 33 of the opposite end is inserted into the body portion 41 of the slider 4, and the slider 4 is separated from the fastener stringer 31.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

When the slider 4 is moved toward the center side to open the fastener stringers 31 in the reverse opening slide fastener 20 as described above, the insertion pin 33 and the box-shaped pin 34 are exposed at the end portions of the opened fastener stringers 31, respectively, and as shown in fig. 2, the insertion pin 33 is formed in a shape having small irregularities, and a projection 35 having a size that cannot pass through the body portion 41 of the slider 4 is formed near the tip end portion of the box-shaped pin 34. The protrusion 35 is generally about 1mm to 2mm in size, but rather has a corner. Therefore, when the clothes for care 1 are washed in the state where the slide fastener 20 is opened as described above, the projection 35 of the box pin 34 may damage the clothes for care 1 and other washing objects and the washing tub during the agitation in the washing and drying machine.

The present invention was conceived in view of the above circumstances, and solves the problems of: in particular, in the case of various sewn products including not only nursing clothes with a double reverse-opening zipper but also clothes such as underwear, clothes to which a slide fastener of a type in which a pin is inserted when at least one end portion is opened and a box-shaped pin is exposed at the opened end portion is attached, bedding, bags, daily necessities, and the like to which the same slide fastener is attached, damage to other washed objects during washing is prevented.

Means for solving the problems

In order to solve the above-described problems, the invention disclosed in the present application is a sewn product including a slide fastener in which a pair of fastener stringers are opened and closed by a slider, wherein a box-shaped pin is exposed at an end of the opened fastener stringer when at least one end of the fastener stringer is opened, wherein a cover member that covers both outer and inner surfaces of the box-shaped pin in a state where the fastener stringer is opened is attached to an end of the fastener stringer on one side having the box-shaped pin.

Further, in the sewn product with a slide fastener, the cover member is formed by folding back a single cloth or sheet on the extended front side of the fastener stringer and sewing a single-side edge portion intersecting with the folding back line to both outer and inner surfaces of the sewn product along a sewing line between the fastener stringer on the side having the box-shaped pin and the sewn product main body.

Further, in the sewn product with the slide fastener, a portion of the cover member close to the fold line protrudes to the extended front side of the fastener stringer from the end portion of the sewn product main body, and the protruding portion is formed as a residual sewing portion which is not sewn to the sewn product main body.

Further, in the sewn product with the slide fastener, a fin having a width larger than a closed end portion of the slide fastener is provided to extend on an outer side portion of the cover member, and the fin extends to a target side portion across an opening/closing position of the sewn product main body and is detachably fixed to a surface of the target side portion via a latch unit with a latch.

Effects of the invention

In the sewn product with a slide fastener configured as described above, since the cover member that covers both the outer and inner surfaces of the box-shaped pin is attached to the end portion of the fastener stringer on the side having the box-shaped pin, the projection portion formed near the tip end portion of the box-shaped pin is always surrounded by the cover member regardless of the open/close state of the slide fastener. Therefore, even if the slide fastener is cleaned while being kept open, the projection formed on the box pin can be prevented from damaging the cleaning object, the cleaning tank, and the like.

Further, the cover member is formed into a bag shape that is opened at all times toward the insertion pin of the fastener stringer on the target side by folding back one piece of cloth on the extended front side of the fastener stringer and sewing the one-side edge portion intersecting the folding back line to both outer and inner surfaces of the sewn product main body along the sewing line between the fastener stringer on the side having the box-shaped pin and the sewn product main body. With the cover member as described above, good usability is ensured without hindering the insertion and removal of the insertion pin on the target side with respect to the slider, the attachment and detachment of the slider, the replacement of the slider, and the like.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, embodiments of the invention disclosed in the present application will be described with reference to the drawings. Since the embodiment described below is assumed to be applied to the care garment 1 shown in fig. 1, components substantially identical to those of the care garment 1 shown in fig. 1 and the slide fastener 20 shown in fig. 2 are denoted by common reference numerals, and redundant description thereof will be omitted.

Fig. 3 to 4 show an example in which the invention disclosed in the present application is applied to a neckline portion 11 (a portion surrounded by a double circle in fig. 1) of a nursing garment 1. The neck portion 11 is opened and closed by a slide fastener 20 of a reverse opening type shown in fig. 2. The slide fastener 20 includes a pair of right and left fastener stringers 31(31L, 31R) in which element rows 32(32L, 32R) are provided on one side edge of a fastener tape (base fabric) 36, and sliders 4(4A, 4B) which are attached between two fastener stringers 31 opposing the element rows 32 to engage and disengage the two element rows 32. The other side edge of the fastener tape 36 (the side opposite to the element row 32) is sewn to the inside of the left body section 14L and the right body section 14R of the main body of the care garment 1 in an overlapping manner. Further, a pull tab 42 is attached to the body portion 41 of the slider 4.

An insertion pin 33 having a shape that can be inserted into the body portion 41 of the slider 4 is attached to the upper end portion of the element row 32L of the fastener stringer 31L attached to the left body piece 14L. Further, a box pin 34 having a shape that cannot be inserted into the body portion 41 of the slider 4 is attached to the upper end portion of the element row 32R of the fastener stringer 31R attached to the right body portion 14R.

As shown in fig. 2, two sliders 4 are attached to the slide fastener 20 of the reverse opening type, but the lower slider 4 is not shown in fig. 3 and 4. The upper slider 4 is attached to the fastener stringer 31 such that the trailing portion side (the side where the element rows 32 are engaged with each other) of the body portion 41 faces downward. When the slider 4 is pulled up to the upper end, the collar portion 11 is closed, and when the slider 4 is pulled down, the collar portion 11 is opened, and the insert pin 33 and the box pin 34 attached to the upper ends of the two fastener stringers 31 are exposed.

As shown in fig. 3, the gist of the invention disclosed in the present application is: a cover member 5 for covering both outer and inner surfaces of the box-shaped pin 34 is attached to an end portion of the fastener stringer 31R on the side having the box-shaped pin 34. The cover member 5 is formed using a single flexible cloth or sheet. The cover member shown by way of example can be formed by a cloth body obtained by overlapping two outer and inner sheets of cloth identical to the main body of the care garment 1 and sewing the peripheral edge portions thereof. The cover member 5 is formed in an elongated shape having a width larger than that of the pair of fastener stringers 31 after being closed, and is formed such that one long side thereof is substantially linear and the other long side thereof is substantially arc-shaped. The cover member 5 is folded back near the middle in the longitudinal direction, and the folded-back line is disposed on the extended front side of the fastener stringer 31R and is overlapped on both outer and inner surfaces of the right body section 14R so as to cover the end portion of the fastener stringer 31R. Further, the substantially straight edge portion 52 intersecting the fold line 51 is sewn to both the outer and inner surfaces of the right body portion 14R along the sewing line between the fastener stringer 31R and the right body portion 14R.

More specifically, the fold line 51 of the cover member 5 is disposed so as to protrude toward the extended front side of the fastener stringer 31 by about several millimeters from the end portion of the right body piece portion 14R, and this protruding portion is formed as a residual sewing portion 53 that is not sewn to the right body piece portion 14R. The length of the cover member 5 folded back by the folding line 51 along the fastener stringer 31R is at least twice or more the length of the box-shaped pin 34, and the length is a length that can completely cover the slider 4 including the tab 42 (see fig. 4), and the inner portion is longer than the outer portion.

The cover member 5 attached to the right body piece portion 14R of the nursing garment 1 in this way surrounds the box-shaped pin 34 attached to the end portion of the fastener stringer 31R from both the outer and inner sides regardless of the open/close state of the slide fastener 20. Therefore, even if the slide fastener 20 is cleaned in an opened state, the projection 35 formed at the tip end of the box pin 34 can be prevented from damaging the object to be cleaned, the cleaning tank, and the like.

Since the cover member 5 folded back by the fold-back line 51 is formed in a half-open bag shape toward the left body piece portion 14L side, as shown in fig. 4, even when the insertion pin 33 (see fig. 2) on the left body piece portion 14L side is inserted into and removed from the body portion 41 of the slider 4 or when the slider 4 is pulled up to close the fastener stringers 31, the above-described operation is not hindered. The fold line 51 and the substantially linear edge portion 52 intersecting with it and sewn to the outer and inner surfaces of the right body portion 14R are well maintained in a half-open bag-like form. Since the cover member 5 is formed with the sewing residue portion 53 projecting more than the right body piece portion 14R at a position close to the folding line 51 and a gap of several millimeters or more is provided between the upper end portion of the fastener stringer 31 and the folding line 51 of the cover member 5, the operation of attaching and detaching the slider 4 to and from the fastener stringer 31 or replacing the slider 4 having a failure can be easily performed. In addition, when the cover member 5 and the fastener stringer 31 need to be removed from and replaced with the nursing garment 1, the sewing position can be easily detached by putting scissors into the sewing residue 53 of the cover member 5.

The cover member 5 can be attached to the opposite end of the slide fastener 20, i.e., in the nursing garment 1 shown in the example, the cover member 5 can be attached not only to the collar portion 11 but also to the hem portion 12 of the right foot. The same applies to the slide fastener attached to the inner thigh opening and closing position from the right foot hem portion 12 to the left foot hem portion 13. The inner portion of the cover member 5 also serves to alleviate the pressure and pain when the metal member or the like attached to the end of the slide fastener 20 comes into contact with the body at each of the above-described portions (the portion surrounded by a single circle in fig. 1).

Fig. 5 to 6 show another embodiment of the cover member 5 attached to the neckline portion 11 of the nursing garment 1. The illustrated cover member 5 is similar to the above-described embodiment in that it covers the end of the fastener stringer 31R attached to the right body piece 14R from both the outside and the inside, but a flap 54 is provided on the outside portion of the cover member 5, and the flap 54 extends to the left body piece 14L side across the open/close position of the neckline portion 11. The flap 54 has a width sufficiently wide compared to the width of the closed end when the slide fastener 20 is closed, and is provided to cover the closed end of the slide fastener 20 with a large area from the outside together with the pull tab 42 including the slider 4. The edge 52 on the opposite side from the side from which the flap 54 extends is sewn to the inside of the right body section 14R slightly more than the sewing line between the fastener stringer 31R and the right body section 14R along the sewing line. By separating the sewing thread of the fastener stringer 31R and the sewing thread of the edge portion 52 of the cover member 5 by several mm to ten and several mm in this way, sewing, replacement, and repair of the fastener stringer can be easily performed.

The back surface of the tab 54 is fixed to the surface of the left body piece 14L via a snap-fit unit such as a snap 6 with a locking member. The snap fastener 6 with a locking member is a metal or resin fastener in which a substantially circular male member 61 and a female member 62 are overlapped and fitted, and has the same configuration as the "press snap member" described in patent document 1, for example. A locking mechanism using a leaf spring or the like is incorporated in one of the male member 61 or the female member 62, and when the leaf spring or the like is deformed by pressing down the center of the member, the leaf spring or the like engages with the target member, and the male member 61 and the female member 62 become less likely to disengage. When the tab 54 covering the closed end of the slide fastener 20 is fixed to the nursing garment 1 by the snap fastener 6 with a locking member as described above, it is easy to prevent an improper opening and closing operation by a user who is, for example, dementia.

The technical scope of the invention disclosed in the present application is not to be interpreted in a limited manner by the embodiments illustrated by way of example, but is to be interpreted broadly based on the description of the claims. In carrying out the invention disclosed in the present application, the shape, structure, positional relationship, joining manner, and the like of the members/components not specifically defined in the claims may be appropriately changed within a range in which the operation and effect substantially the same as those of the illustrated embodiment can be obtained.

Specifically, the invention disclosed in the present application is not limited to the nursing clothes shown by way of example, and may be applied to all kinds of clothes, such as clothes, underwear, and the like, to which a slide fastener is attached and which can be washed. The position where the slide fastener is provided may be any part of the garment, and the installation positions of the insert pin and the box pin are not necessarily the same as those shown by way of example.

As a material of the cover member, for example, a sheet made of soft synthetic resin, synthetic leather, or the like may be used instead of the cloth. The shape of the cover member viewed from the front may be appropriately deformed in accordance with, for example, design or the like. The position where the cover member is sewn to the clothing and the sewing method thereof may be appropriately adjusted in consideration of the manner of the clothing and the slide fastener, the ease of use, and the like. The engagement means of the tab formed on the cover member may be a known adhesive tape member, a locking member, or the like.

Further, the invention disclosed in the present application is not only applicable to clothing, but also applicable to all sewn products including cloth bags to which a slide fastener of the same type is attached, bedding (e.g., quilt covers, pillow cases, etc.), interior products (e.g., cushions, furniture covers, etc.), daily necessities (e.g., washing nets, linen bags, storage bags, etc.), leisure products (e.g., tents, rain gear, sleeping bags, etc.), pet products (e.g., pet clothes, carrying cases, etc.), bicycle/automobile products (e.g., seat covers, etc.), and the like.
