Detailed Description

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific embodiments.

As shown in FIG. 1, the main zipper 2 comprises a left zipper belt 21 and a right zipper belt 22 which are sewn on the opening edges of an upper case shell 11 and a lower case shell 12 which are provided with a draw bar of a draw-bar case 1, and a zipper head 23 which opens and closes the left zipper belt 21 and the right zipper belt 22. Movable bottom stops 3 for preventing the sliders 23 from separating from the main zipper 2 are mounted at both ends of the left and right fastener tapes 21 and 22, the movable bottom stops 3 may be mounted at one end of the main zipper 2 as required, core threads 24 at the ends of the fastener tapes at the positions where the movable bottom stops 3 are mounted are thermally adhered and fixed together by ultrasonic waves, and a row of longitudinal positioning holes 26 at the same interval are formed in the fastener tapes at the positions where the movable bottom stops 3 are mounted, as shown in fig. 2. The movable bottom stop 3 is a U-shaped clip 31 as shown in fig. 3, a connecting plate 32 extends reversely on one leg of the U-shaped clip 31, a row of 3 raised positioning teeth 33 are arranged on the surface of the connecting plate 32, the shapes and the intervals of the positioning teeth 33 are matched with those of the positioning holes 26, wherein the number of the positioning holes 26 is larger than that of the positioning teeth 33, when the left chain belt 21 and the right chain belt 22 are sewed on the upper case shell 11 and the lower case shell 12, and four rollers 13 at the bottoms of the upper case shell 11 and the lower case shell 12 are simultaneously grounded or placed on the same plane and simultaneously contacted, a slider 23 is penetrated on the left chain belt 21 and the right chain belt 22, the positioning teeth 33 of the movable bottom stop 3 are inserted into the positioning holes 26 of one chain belt, and the U-shaped clip 31 is clamped on the other chain belt, so as to fix the two end parts of the left chain belt 21 and the right chain belt 22 together as shown in fig. 4.

A method for installing a movable lower baffle luggage opening zipper with positioning teeth on a draw-bar luggage 1, wherein a main zipper 2 used by the method is a zipper with two opposite sliders with openings at two ends, and the method sequentially comprises the following steps:

A. and (3) making positioning marks on the box shell: before the zippers are installed, a center mark A is made at the middle point of the hinge positions of the upper box shell 11 and the lower box shell 12, and the center mark is marked towards two sides respectively by using the center mark as a symmetrical center, wherein the seam stop marks B1 and B2 of the main zipper 2 on the draw-bar box 1, and the positioning lines C1 and C2 at two ends of the inner hinge zipper 5 and the outer hinge zipper 4 are shown in FIG. 5;

B. sewing the chain belt: sewing the left zipper belt 21 and the right zipper belt 22 to the other ends of the seam-stop marks on the upper case shell 11 and the lower case shell 12 around the opening edge of the case shell according to one end of the seam-stop mark B1 or B2, so that the two ends of the main zipper 2 are not completely sewed so as to have certain mobility at the two ends of the main zipper 2 and facilitate threading (a zipper head is threaded on the zipper belt); the outer and inner zippers 4 and 5 are respectively sewn at the outer and inner sides of the main zipper 2 at positions corresponding to the positioning lines C1 and C2, the outer loose-leaf zipper 4 is a unidirectional single-open or bidirectional double-open zipper, the inner loose-leaf zipper 5 is a unidirectional single-open zipper, the outer hinge zipper 4 is a reverse automobile seam, an upper pull head (not shown in the figure) and the zipper teeth of the outer hinge zipper 4 face inwards, namely, only two involutive cloth belts are seen outside the draw-bar box 1 inside the zipper teeth of the outer hinge zipper 4 and the nose bridge of the puller, the nose bridge and the zipper teeth of the slider are not seen as shown in figure 6, the slider of the inner loose-leaf zipper 5 is a front-threading slider, in order to reduce repeated sewing, when the main zipper 2 is sewn, the inner loose-leaf zipper 5 and the outer loose-leaf zipper 5 can be sewn with the box shell at one time, and only when the machine is sewn to the positions B1 and B2, the opening end is pulled out 3-5cm without sewing;

C. adjusting the relative position and threading of the upper case shell 11 and the lower case shell 12: the four rollers 13 at the bottom of the upper case 11 and the lower case 12 are simultaneously grounded or placed on the same plane to simultaneously contact, so that the upper case 11 and the lower case 12 are completely closed without twisting, then the first slider 27 is firstly used for penetrating the left zipper belt 21 and the right zipper belt 22 from one end of the main zipper 2, then the first slider 27 is used for closing the whole main zipper 2, whether the four rollers 13 at the bottom of the upper case 11 and the lower case 12 are on the same plane is observed, if not, the first slider 27 is withdrawn, the front and back positions of the left zipper belt 21 and the right zipper belt 22 penetrating the first slider 27 are penetrated and adjusted, until the first slider 27 closes the whole main zipper 2, the four rollers 13 at the bottom of the upper case 11 and the lower case 12 are on the same plane, then the second slider 28 is used for penetrating the left zipper belt 21 and the right zipper belt 22 from the other end of the main zipper 2, and when the first slider 27 and the second slider 28 are oppositely closed and closed, the slider 21 between the first slider 27 and the second slider 28 is observed, Whether the zipper teeth on the right zipper belt 22 are aligned front and back and whether the pull pieces on the first slider 27 and the second slider 28 can be smoothly inserted into the hole of the sea-state lock 14 or not, if the zipper teeth on the left zipper belt 21 and the right zipper belt 22 are not aligned front and back and front and back tooth contusion occurs on the left and right sides, the second slider 28 is pulled back to the open end of the main zipper 2, the second slider 28 is newly threaded according to the number of front and back tooth contusion until the four rollers 13 at the bottoms of the upper case 11 and the lower case 12 are simultaneously contacted on the plane, the first slider 27 and the second slider 28 can be completely closed to each other, that is, the zipper teeth on the left zipper belt 21 and the right zipper belt 22 between the first slider 27 and the second slider 28 are exactly aligned front and back and exactly and the pull pieces 271 and 281 on the first slider 27 and the second slider 28 can be smoothly inserted into the hole of the sea-state lock 14 as shown;

D. positioning and fixing of the movable lower baffle 3: after the upper box shell 11 and the lower box shell 12 are correctly closed, the positioning teeth 33 of the two movable lower stoppers 3 are respectively inserted into the positioning holes 26 at the two ends of the main zipper 2, and the U-shaped clamp 31 is clamped on the other chain belt, so that the two ends of the left chain belt 21 and the right chain belt 22 are mutually fixed together through the two movable lower stoppers 3, the positioning holes 26 which are not provided with the movable lower stoppers 24 on the chain belts are sealed by adhesive tapes, only the positioning holes 26 into which the positioning teeth 33 are inserted are left, and the upper box shell 11 and the lower box shell 12 can be correctly installed after being disassembled next time;

E. final assembly: firstly, the outer loose-leaf zipper 3 is closed as shown in fig. 6, when the outer loose-leaf zipper 3 is a bidirectional double-opening zipper, the two ends of the outer loose-leaf zipper are respectively provided with a locking device 6, so that the two ends of the outer loose-leaf zipper 3 can not be opened as shown in fig. 8, the locking devices 6 are two sliders 61 without pull tabs respectively arranged at the two ends of the outer loose-leaf zipper 3, when the two sliders 61 without pull tabs are oppositely folded, the movable lower stops 24 at the two ends are clamped between the two sliders 61 without pull tabs, a U-shaped connecting fork 62 is inserted into the nose bridge holes of the two sliders 61 without pull tabs, the fork foot heads of the connecting fork 62 are provided with inserting holes 621, corresponding bolts 63 are inserted into the two inserting holes 621 to prevent the connecting fork 62 from falling off as shown in fig. 9 and 10, then the inner loose-leaf zipper 5 is closed, the structure of the movable lower stops 24 covering the two ends of the main zipper 2 is shown in fig. 11, and hinges of the draw-bar box 1 are formed at the positions of the outer loose-, the first slider 27 and the second slider 28 are responsible for opening and closing the upper case shell 11 and the lower case shell 12, wherein the main zipper 2 is a double-teeth zipper, and the arrangement of the outer leaflet zipper 4, the main zipper 2 and the inner leaflet zipper 5 is shown in fig. 12.

A method for installing a movable lower baffle luggage opening zipper with positioning teeth on a draw-bar box, wherein a main zipper 2 used in the method is a one-way opening zipper with a single pull head 8, namely: the upper stop 29 on the main zipper 2 is fixed on the left zipper belt 21 and the right zipper belt 22, the lower stop is the movable lower stop 3, a row of longitudinal positioning holes 26 with the same interval are arranged on the opening end of the one-way opening main zipper 2, and the movable lower stop 3 is arranged as shown in fig. 13:

A. and (3) making an upper stop positioning mark on the box shell: the position where the customs lock 14 is aligned on the box shell is the upper stop position of the one-way opening main zipper, and the upper stop position line of the one-way opening main zipper 2 marked on the upper box shell 11 and the lower box shell 12 is shown in figure 14;

B. positioning the length of the sewn section of the one-way opening main zipper 2: under the condition that the one-way opening main zipper 2 is pulled to be closed, a chain belt with the length larger than the perimeter of the case opening edge is coiled on a jig 7 with the same shape as the case opening edge under the condition that tension exists, the upper layer cloth belt and the lower layer cloth belt of the overlapped part of the chain belt are fused, positioned or adhered at multiple points by using ultrasonic waves or double-sided adhesive tapes in the overlapped section, but the distance of 3-5cm is reserved at the opening end of the one-way opening main zipper 2, the melting point positioning or the adhesion is not carried out, as shown in figure 15, so that the head can be penetrated;

C. sewing the chain belt: opening the one-way opening main zipper 2, aligning the upper stops 29 of the left chain belt 21 and the right chain belt 22 with the upper stop position lines marked on the upper case shell 11 and the lower case shell 12 respectively, starting sewing by taking the upper stops 29 of the left chain belt 21 and the right chain belt 22 as starting points, when reaching 3-5cm of the overlapped section near the opening end, pulling out 3-5cm of the opening end outwards without sewing, and sewing the chain belt on the pulled-out part with the upper case shell 11 and the lower case shell 12, and sewing the left chain belt 21 and the right chain belt 22 on the upper case shell 11 and the lower case shell 12 (wherein the 3-5cm of the opening end is not sewn for facilitating the installation of a threading head and a movable lower stop);

D. adjusting the relative position and threading of the upper case shell 11 and the lower case shell 12: the four rollers 13 at the bottom of the upper case 11 and the lower case 12 are simultaneously grounded or placed on the same plane to simultaneously contact, so that the upper case 11 and the lower case 12 are completely involuted and not twisted, then a single slider 8 is used for penetrating into the left chain belt 21 and the right chain belt 22 from the opening end, the single slider 8 is pulled to the upper stop 29 position, whether the chain teeth on the left chain belt 21 and the right chain belt 22 at the upper stop 29 position are aligned front and back and whether the pull piece 81 on the single slider 8 can be smoothly inserted into the hole of the customs lock 14 are checked, if the chain teeth on the left chain belt 21 and the right chain belt 22 are not aligned front and back, the front and back tooth filing condition of the left and right sides occurs, the single slider 8 is pulled back to the opening end of the main zipper 2, the new head penetrating is performed according to the number of the front and back teeth until the four rollers 13 at the bottom of the upper case 11 and the lower case 12 are simultaneously contacted on the plane, and when the single slider 8 is at the upper stop 29 position, the chain teeth on the left chain belt 21 and 81 can also be inserted smoothly into the aperture of the customs lock 14 as shown in figure 16. The pull piece 81 on the single slider 8 is a single-handle double-bolt 82 pull piece, namely the front end of the pull piece 81 is a U-shaped double-bolt 82, two feet of the U-shaped double-bolt 82 are matched with two lock holes of the customs lock 14 as shown in fig. 17 and 18, when the U-shaped double-bolt 82 is inserted into the two lock holes of the customs lock 14, the U-shaped double-bolt 82 is locked, and the stability and the safety of the lock catch are ensured;

E. positioning and fixing of the movable lower baffle: after the upper case shell 11 and the lower case shell 12 are correctly combined, the positioning teeth 33 of the movable lower stop 3 are inserted into the positioning holes 26 of the main zipper 2, and the U-shaped clamp 31 is clamped on the other one-way open chain belt, so that the open ends of the left chain belt 21 and the right chain belt 22 are fixed together as shown in fig. 16.
