Technical Field

Background

A neck pillow is a pillow which is rested under the neck and can be used for preventing and treating cervical spondylosis, the main filling material of the neck pillow is memory cotton, but the compression volume of the memory cotton is limited, and the neck pillow is not convenient for users to carry. In order to solve the problem of portability, an inflatable neck pillow appears in the market, and the inflatable neck pillow is formed by inflating a circular-arc-shaped air bag, so that when the inflatable neck pillow needs to be stored, the air in the inflatable neck pillow is only required to be discharged, and a flat circular-arc-shaped air bag can be obtained. However, in the case of the same inflation amount, the circular arc-shaped air bag occupies a larger space than the linear air bag when being stored, but the linear air bag cannot form a neck pillow matching the shape of the neck of the human body after being inflated.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an air bag, an air bag manufacturing method and a neck pillow, which comprises but is not limited to solve the technical problem that the linear air bag cannot form the neck pillow matched with the shape of the neck of a human body after being inflated.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an air bag, which comprises an air bag body, wherein an air hole is formed in the air bag body, the air bag body comprises two square sheet materials, the edges of the two square sheet materials are mutually pressed to form an inflation cavity communicated with the air hole, a first pressing part and two second pressing parts are arranged in an area surrounded by the edges of the square sheet materials, the two second pressing parts are distributed on the two opposite sides of the first pressing part, the inflation cavity is divided into a plurality of air bag chambers communicated with each other by the first pressing part and the two second pressing parts, and the four edges of the two square sheet materials, which are far away from the first pressing part, are mutually pressed to enclose an inner hole of the air bag; the first pressing part comprises a plurality of first pressing points which are distributed at intervals, the second pressing part comprises a plurality of second pressing points which are distributed at intervals, and the length direction of the first pressing points is not parallel to the length direction of the second pressing points.

Optionally, the airbag body further includes two third pressing portions, the third pressing portions are disposed between the first pressing portion and the second pressing portion, each third pressing portion includes a plurality of third pressing points distributed at intervals, a length direction of each third pressing point is identical to a length direction of each first pressing point, and each third pressing point corresponds to a space between two adjacent first pressing points.

The air bag, the air bag manufacturing method and the neck pillow provided by the invention have the beneficial effects that: the inflatable cavity of the air bag body is divided into a plurality of air bag chambers which are communicated with each other through the first pressing part and the two second pressing parts, and the two edges of the air bag body, which are far away from the first pressing part, are pressed to form the air bag with the inner hole, so that after gas is filled into the air bag chamber of the air bag body from the air hole, the air bag can be automatically bent into an arc-shaped appearance from a linear appearance, thereby effectively solving the technical problem that the linear air bag cannot form a neck pillow matched with the shape of the neck of a human body after being inflated, reducing the volume for accommodating the air bag, facilitating the carrying of users during business trips and traveling, and improving the using experience effect of the users; and because the air bag is provided with the inner hole, the air bag needs small inflation amount and short inflation time when inflated to the same volume, and the inflation efficiency of the air bag is effectively improved.

According to the air bag 10 provided by the invention, the inflation cavity of the air bag body 11 is divided into a plurality of air bag chambers which are communicated with each other through the first pressing part 13 and the two second pressing parts 14, and the two edges of the air bag body 11 far away from the first pressing part 13 are pressed to form the air bag 10 with an inner hole, so that after gas is filled into the air bag chamber of the air bag body 11 from the air hole, the air bag 10 can be automatically bent into an arc-shaped appearance from a linear appearance, the technical problem that the linear air bag cannot form a neck pillow matched with the shape of the neck of a human body after being inflated is effectively solved, the storage volume of the air bag 10 is reduced, convenience is brought to users for carrying during business trip and traveling, and the use experience effect of the users is improved; moreover, because the air bag 10 is provided with the inner hole, under the condition of inflating to the same volume, the air bag 10 needs small inflation amount and short inflation time, and the inflation efficiency of the air bag 10 is effectively improved.

Further, in the present embodiment, the plurality of first press points 130 are equally spaced on the same straight line, the plurality of second press points 140 are equally spaced on the same straight line, and the longitudinal direction of the second press points 140 is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the bag body 11.
