1. An electric face washing instrument, comprising:

the cleaning component comprises a brush head, wherein massage bulges are distributed on the end face of the brush head, the brush head is provided with a rotating shaft, a material channel communicated with the end face of the rotating shaft is arranged on the rotating shaft, a first transmission gear is arranged on the rotating shaft, a second transmission gear is meshed with the first transmission gear, and a motor for controlling the rotation of the second transmission gear is arranged on the second transmission gear;

the liquid supply assembly comprises a container for containing facial cleanser, a material guide pipe is connected to the container, one end of the material guide pipe is communicated with the material channel, the other end of the material guide pipe is communicated with the inside of the container, a first check valve which flows from the container to the material guide pipe in the direction is arranged at the joint of the material guide pipe and the container, a second check valve which flows from the material guide pipe to the material channel in the direction is arranged at the joint of the material guide pipe and the material channel, and a flexible pressing cavity which is used for introducing the facial cleanser in the container into the material guide pipe after being pressed and pushing the facial cleanser in the material guide pipe into the material channel is connected to the material guide pipe in series.

The electric facewasher apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a housing assembly comprising a front housing and a rear housing, the front housing and the rear housing forming a housing chamber into which the wash assembly is inserted, the front housing and the rear housing being threadably connected by screws.

3. The electric face washing instrument as claimed in claim 2, wherein the rear housing has a screw hole for a screw to extend into, and a waterproof plug is embedded in the screw hole.

4. The electric face washing instrument according to claim 3, wherein the waterproof plug is a silica gel plug.

5. The electric face washing instrument as claimed in any one of claims 2-4, wherein the battery is a rechargeable battery, and the rear housing is provided with a charging interface electrically connected with the battery.

6. The electric face washing instrument as claimed in claim 5, wherein the charging port upper cover is provided with a waterproof plug connected with the rear housing.

7. The electric facewasher according to claim 1, wherein the brush head upper cover is provided with a brush cap.

8. The electric face washing instrument as claimed in claim 7, wherein the brush cap is provided with air holes.

9. The electric facewasher apparatus of claim 2, wherein the container is removably threaded on the housing assembly.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of small household appliances, in particular to an electric face washing instrument.

Background

Present face washing appearance on the market mostly adopts vibrating motor to provide the vibration source inside, and the simulation massage is massaged by the protruding massage of laying on surface and is cleared up, but at the in-process of face clearance, needs manual facial cleanser or facial cleanser that adds, washs and adds the emulsion and separately operates, implements inconveniently, and whole effect is not good. Accordingly, the invention provides an electric face washing instrument.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides the electric face washing instrument which has the characteristics of convenience in adding facial cleanser and convenience in cleaning the face.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention aims to realize that: the invention relates to an electric face washing instrument, which comprises:

the cleaning component comprises a brush head, wherein massage bulges are distributed on the end face of the brush head, the brush head is provided with a rotating shaft, a material channel communicated with the end face of the rotating shaft is arranged on the rotating shaft, a first transmission gear is arranged on the rotating shaft, a second transmission gear is meshed with the first transmission gear, and a motor for controlling the rotation of the second transmission gear is arranged on the second transmission gear;

the liquid supply assembly comprises a container for containing facial cleanser, a material guide pipe is connected to the container, one end of the material guide pipe is communicated with the material channel, the other end of the material guide pipe is communicated with the inside of the container, a first check valve which flows from the container to the material guide pipe in the direction is arranged at the joint of the material guide pipe and the container, a second check valve which flows from the material guide pipe to the material channel in the direction is arranged at the joint of the material guide pipe and the material channel, and a flexible pressing cavity which is used for introducing the facial cleanser in the container into the material guide pipe after being pressed and pushing the facial cleanser in the material guide pipe into the material channel is connected to the material guide pipe in series.

The invention is further configured to: the washing assembly further comprises a shell assembly, the shell assembly comprises a front shell and a rear shell, the front shell and the rear shell form a shell cavity for the washing assembly to be placed in, and the front shell and the rear shell are connected through screw threads.

The invention is further configured to: the rear shell is provided with a screw hole for a screw to extend into, and a waterproof plug is embedded in the screw hole.

The invention is further configured to: the waterproof plug is a silica gel plug.

The invention is further configured to: the battery is a rechargeable battery, and a charging interface electrically connected with the battery is arranged on the rear shell.

The invention is further configured to: the charging interface upper cover is provided with a waterproof plug connected with the rear shell.

The invention is further configured to: the brush head is covered with a brush cap.

The invention is further configured to: the brush cap is provided with air holes.

The invention is further configured to: the container is removably threaded onto the housing assembly.

In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects: according to the electric face washing instrument, the container for containing the facial cleanser is attached to the face washing instrument, so that the lotion can be intermittently added during face washing operation, and the operation is convenient; the massage operation is realized by driving the brush head to rotate by the motor, so that the massage is comfortable and labor-saving; and the container detachable sets up on the shell subassembly, and the adding of the facial cleanser of being convenient for and the clearance maintenance of container, the overall function is perfect, and the practicality is strong.

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the electric face washing apparatus according to the present embodiment includes:

the cleaning component 10 comprises a brush head 102 with massage bulges 101 distributed on the end surface, the brush head 102 is provided with a rotating shaft 103, a material channel 104 communicated with the end surface of the rotating shaft 103 is arranged on the rotating shaft 103, a first transmission gear 105 is arranged on the rotating shaft 103, a second transmission gear 106 is meshed with the first transmission gear 105, a motor 107 for controlling the rotation of the second transmission gear 106 is arranged on the second transmission gear 106, and the cleaning component 10 also comprises a controller 108 for controlling the operation of the motor 107, a battery 109 for supplying power to the controller 108 and a switch 110 for controlling the on-off of a circuit;

the liquid supply assembly 20 comprises a container 201 for containing facial cleanser, a material guide pipe 202 is connected to the container 201, one end of the material guide pipe 202 is communicated with the material channel 104, the other end of the material guide pipe 202 is communicated with the interior of the container 201, a one-way valve 203 which is communicated from the container 201 to the material guide pipe 202 is arranged at the joint of the material guide pipe 202 and the container 201, a one-way valve two 204 which is communicated from the material guide pipe 202 to the material channel 104 is arranged at the joint of the material guide pipe 202 and the material channel 104, and a flexible pressing cavity 205 which is used for introducing the facial cleanser in the container 201 into the material guide pipe 202 after being pressed and pushing the facial cleanser in the material guide pipe 202 into the material channel 104 is connected in series to the material guide pipe 202.

In the embodiment, the switch 110 controls the on-off of the circuit to realize the operation or stop of the motor 107, and in the operating state of the motor 107, the rotation of the rotating shaft 103 and the brush head 102 is realized through the transmission of the first transmission teeth 105 and the second transmission teeth 106, and the massage and the cleaning of the face are realized by the massage bulge 101; wherein, in this process, through the flexible chamber 205 that presses of extrusion, can inhale the passage 202 with the facial cleanser in the container 201 by the negative pressure, send into material way 104 by passage 202 again to from the material way 104 seeing off, extrude to the protruding 101 of massage of brush head 102, carry rivers fluidization in the face, clear up the face together, realize simple, convenient, high-efficient, the clean face of degree of depth.

The brush head 102 is rotated by the transmission between the first transmission teeth 105 and the second transmission teeth 106, so that the rotation operation can be still completed in the process of conveying the facial cleanser, and the facial cleanser feeding device is convenient to implement and ingenious in structure.

Wherein, the two ends of the material guide pipe 202 are additionally provided with a one-way valve 203 and a one-way valve 204, so that the emulsion is prevented from flowing back and is smoothly conveyed.

Preferably, the brush head 102 is a silicone brush head or a brush head, and is not limited to a silicone brush head and a brush head, and may be any brush head made of other materials capable of achieving the same function.

Further, the housing assembly 30 is further included, the housing assembly 30 includes a front housing 301 and a rear housing 302, the front housing 301 and the rear housing 302 form a housing cavity 303 for placing the washing assembly 10, and the front housing 301 and the rear housing 302 are connected by screw threads, so that the housing assembly 30 is detachable, and maintenance or replacement of internal components is facilitated.

Furthermore, the rear shell 302 is provided with a screw hole 304 for a screw to extend into, and a waterproof plug 305 is embedded in the screw hole 304, so that a waterproof effect is achieved, and the front shell 301 and the rear shell 302 are prevented from being easily detached due to rusting of the screw.

Further, the waterproof plug 305 is a silica gel plug, and has moderate flexibility and good waterproof effect.

Further, the battery 109 is a rechargeable battery, and a charging interface 306 electrically connected to the battery 109 is disposed on the rear housing 302 for charging the battery 109.

Further, the charging interface 306 upper cover is provided with a waterproof plug 307 connected with the rear shell 302, so that a waterproof effect is achieved, and when charging is needed, the waterproof plug 307 can be manually taken out from the charging interface 306.

Further, a brush cap 111 is covered on the brush head 102 and used for covering the brush head 102, so that dust is prevented from accumulating to pollute the brush head 102.

Furthermore, the brush cap 111 is provided with air holes 112 for ventilation, so that the part of the brush head 102 is communicated with external air, the brush head 102 is convenient to dry, and the damp-proof effect is achieved.

Further, the detachable screw thread of the container 201 is connected to the shell assembly 30, so that the container 201 can be conveniently detached from the shell assembly 30, the container can be conveniently maintained and cleaned, and the facial cleanser can be conveniently added into the container. The contained lotion is not limited to facial cleanser, and can be similar lotion with the function of cleaning the face.

Preferably, the container 201 may be a PET bottle, a blow molded bottle, a vacuum bottle, or the like.

According to the electric face washing instrument, the container for containing the facial cleanser is attached to the face washing instrument, so that the lotion can be intermittently added during face washing operation, and the operation is convenient; the massage operation is realized by driving the brush head to rotate by the motor, so that the massage is comfortable and labor-saving; and the container detachable sets up on the shell subassembly, and the adding of the facial cleanser of being convenient for and the clearance maintenance of container, the overall function is perfect, and the practicality is strong.
