A dishwasher control system comprises an intelligent controller and is characterized by further comprising a liquid level sensor, a temperature sensor, a door opening induction sensor, a door closing induction sensor, a first relay, a water inlet electromagnetic valve, a second relay, a water discharge electromagnetic valve, a third relay, a pipeline heater, a fourth relay, a pressure pump, a fifth relay, a detergent electromagnetic valve, a door magnetic sensor, a sixth relay and a door opening driving motor;

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a dishwasher control system.

Background

The dish washer is also called as tableware washer, and is one household appliance to replace manual washing of dishes, cups, spoons, etc. The working principle is that hot water with detergent dissolved is jetted to the kitchen ware to be cleaned at high speed, after washing, the water is drained, then clean water is changed for cleaning, and after cleaning, the tableware is dried by utilizing the self waste heat or air heated by a heating element.

However, the intelligent degree of the existing dish-washing machine is not high enough, and the washing effect is not ideal.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the problems of the prior art, the invention provides a dishwasher control system which can intelligently realize washing operation and has good washing effect.

In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides a dishwasher control system which comprises an intelligent controller, a liquid level sensor, a temperature sensor, a door opening induction sensor, a door closing induction sensor, a first relay, a water inlet electromagnetic valve, a second relay, a water discharge electromagnetic valve, a third relay, a pipeline heater, a fourth relay, a pressure pump, a fifth relay, a detergent electromagnetic valve, a door magnetic sensor, a sixth relay and a door opening driving motor, wherein the intelligent controller is connected with the first relay, the second relay, the third relay, the pipeline heater, the fourth relay;

the intelligent controller comprises a liquid level sensor, a temperature sensor, a door opening induction sensor, a door closing induction sensor, a door magnetic sensor, a first relay, a second relay, a third relay, a fourth relay, a fifth relay and a sixth relay which are all connected with the intelligent controller, and the first relay, the second relay, the third relay, the fourth relay, the fifth relay and the sixth relay are respectively connected with a water inlet electromagnetic valve, a water drainage electromagnetic valve, a pipeline heater, a pressure pump, a detergent electromagnetic valve and a door opening driving motor.

Preferably, the intelligent controller further comprises a switch button connected with the intelligent controller.

In the present invention, the switch button is used for controlling the on-off control of the main power supply of the dishwasher. The door opening induction sensor is used for inducing whether an object exists in the door opening induction area or not, sending a door opening signal when the object exists, and controlling the door opening driving motor to rotate forwards for a set time after the intelligent controller receives the door opening signal to open the door; the door closing induction sensor is used for inducing whether an object exists in the door closing induction area or not, sending a door closing signal when the object exists, and controlling the door opening driving motor to rotate reversely for a set time after the intelligent controller receives the door closing signal to close the door; the door magnetic sensor is used for sensing a door closing state and sending a door closing state signal when detecting that a door is closed, the intelligent controller receives the door closing state signal and then controls the first-power setting time of the relay, the third-power setting time of the relay, the fourth-power setting time of the relay and the fifth-power setting time of the relay so as to open the water inlet pipeline, enable the pipeline heater to heat the inlet water synchronously, enable the booster pump to pressurize the inlet water and enable the detergent pipeline to be communicated with the water inlet pipeline, wherein the first-power setting time of the relay, the third-power setting time of the relay and the fourth-power setting time of the relay are the same, and the fifth-power setting time of the relay is shorter than the first-power setting time of the electric appliance so as to carry out mixed flushing and clear water flushing; the temperature sensor detects the internal temperature data in real time, the liquid level sensor detects the internal liquid level in real time and sends the internal liquid level to the intelligent controller, and the intelligent controller controls the working power of the pipeline heater according to the temperature data feedback and controls whether the relay is opened or not according to whether the liquid level exceeds a set value or not so as to drain water conveniently. The system can intelligently realize the washing operation, and meanwhile, the washing effect is good.

As shown in fig. 1, a dishwasher control system includes an intelligent controller, a liquid level sensor, a temperature sensor, a door opening sensing sensor, a door closing sensing sensor, a first relay, a water inlet solenoid valve, a second relay, a water discharge solenoid valve, a third relay, a pipeline heater, a fourth relay, a pressure pump, a fifth relay, a detergent solenoid valve, a door magnetic sensor, a sixth relay and a door opening driving motor;

the intelligent controller comprises a liquid level sensor, a temperature sensor, a door opening induction sensor, a door closing induction sensor, a door magnetic sensor, a first relay, a second relay, a third relay, a fourth relay, a fifth relay and a sixth relay which are all connected with the intelligent controller, and the first relay, the second relay, the third relay, the fourth relay, the fifth relay and the sixth relay are respectively connected with a water inlet electromagnetic valve, a water drainage electromagnetic valve, a pipeline heater, a pressure pump, a detergent electromagnetic valve and a door opening driving motor.

Preferably, the intelligent controller further comprises a switch button connected with the intelligent controller.
