Background

Long-term care insurance (hereinafter referred to as long care insurance) refers to a social insurance system for raising funds in a social mutual-aid and mutual-aid manner and providing funds or service guarantees for basic life care of long-term disabled persons and medical care closely related to basic life.

In recent years, long insurance has been receiving more and more attention, but the following problems are followed, some people want to move around the wrong brains, and various methods are adopted to forge the conditions meeting the long insurance in order to cheat insurance. Or some people are in accordance with the conditions when applying for the treatment, but do not deal with the cancellation procedure after long-time treatment and rehabilitation, and continuously receive insurance funds, thereby causing the fact of cheating insurance.

How to identify and analyze whether the insured person meets the long-term care risk and how to judge whether the incapacitating object is recovered becomes a problem which needs to be solved urgently at present.
