two first sliding blocks (54) which are respectively arranged at two ends of the third guide rod (53) and respectively sleeved on the first guide rod (51) and the second guide rod (52) in a sliding manner; and

the second sliding block (55) is arranged on the heating pipe (3) and can be sleeved on the third guide rod (53) in a sliding manner;

the second guide assembly (4) further comprises:

the two third sliding blocks (44) are respectively arranged at two ends of the sixth guide rod (43) and can be respectively sleeved on the fourth guide rod (41) and the fifth guide rod (42) in a sliding manner; and

6. A disinfection cabinet as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the first driving mechanism (7) and the second driving mechanism (6) are both bidirectional motors;

the disinfection cabinet also comprises:

the first transmission assembly (9) is arranged between the first driving mechanism (7) and the heating pipe (3) and can transmit the action of the first driving mechanism (7) to the heating pipe (3); and

Background

An existing disinfection cabinet generally comprises a cabinet body and a disinfection device arranged in the cabinet body, wherein the disinfection device mainly comprises an ultraviolet lamp tube, a heating tube, an ozone generator and the like according to different disinfection modes. For ultraviolet lamp tubes and heating tubes, most of the existing disinfection cabinets can only be installed at fixed positions to irradiate or dry fixed areas, which causes uneven and incomplete sterilization and drying.

In order to solve the problems, the invention patent with the patent application number of CN201710938848.2 (publication number of CN109589429A) discloses a disinfection device and a disinfection cabinet applying the disinfection device, the disinfection device comprises an ultraviolet lamp tube, a panel, a screw rod, a mounting plate, a first driving piece and a swing structure, the screw rod is arranged on the panel, the mounting plate is arranged on the screw rod in a reciprocating manner along the screw rod, the first driving piece is connected with the screw rod and is used for driving the screw rod to rotate, and the swing structure is arranged on the mounting plate and can drive the mounting plate to swing on the screw rod in a reciprocating manner; the ultraviolet lamp tube is arranged on the mounting plate. The compound motion that two kinds of motion forms combined together makes ultraviolet ray evenly distributed in the sterilizer, makes the piece homoenergetic that treats of each position obtain better disinfection effect, has improved disinfection effect.

However, the movement of the ultraviolet lamp tube is still limited on the panel, the moving area is limited, and the area in the cabinet body cannot be sterilized uniformly.

Disclosure of Invention

The first technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a disinfection cabinet capable of quickly and uniformly drying the area in the cabinet body, aiming at the current situation of the prior art.

Detailed Description

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a preferred embodiment of the disinfection cabinet of the present invention is shown. The disinfection cabinet comprises a hollow cabinet body 1, a heating pipe 3 arranged in the cabinet body 1, an ultraviolet lamp tube 2, a first guide component 5, a second guide component 4, a first driving mechanism 7, a second driving mechanism 6, a first transmission component 9 and a second transmission component 8.

The first driving mechanism 7 is a bidirectional motor, and is disposed on the first mounting plate 12, and a power output end thereof is in transmission connection with the heating pipe 3, so that the heating pipe 3 reciprocates along the extending direction of the first guiding component 5.

The first transmission assembly 9 is arranged between the first driving mechanism 7 and the heating pipe 3 and can transmit the action of the first driving mechanism 7 to the heating pipe 3. Specifically, the first transmission assembly 9 includes a first telescopic member 91 and a first spring 92. Specifically, the second guide assembly 4 includes a fourth guide rod 41, a fifth guide rod 42, a sixth guide rod 43, a third slider 44, and a fourth slider 45. The second driving mechanism 6 is a bidirectional motor, is arranged on the second mounting plate 11, and has a power output end in transmission connection with the ultraviolet lamp tube 2, so that the ultraviolet lamp tube 2 reciprocates along the extending direction of the second guiding component 4.

The second transmission assembly 8 is arranged between the second driving mechanism 6 and the ultraviolet lamp tube 2 and can transmit the action of the second driving mechanism 6 to the ultraviolet lamp tube 2. In particular, the second transmission assembly 8 comprises a second telescopic element 81 and a second spring 82. The second telescopic part 81 comprises a third telescopic rod 811 and a fourth telescopic rod 812 which can be sleeved on the periphery of the third telescopic rod 811 in a sliding manner, so that the second telescopic part 81 can be telescopic along the extension direction of the second telescopic rod, the free end of the third telescopic rod 811 is provided with a third connecting seat 8111 which is rotatably connected with the fourth sliding block 45, and the free end of the fourth telescopic rod 812 is provided with a fourth connecting seat 8121 which is in transmission connection with the power output end of the second driving mechanism 6; the second spring 82 is sleeved on the peripheries of the third telescopic rod 811 and the fourth telescopic rod 812, and two ends of the second spring respectively abut against the third connecting seat 8111 and the fourth connecting seat 8121, so that the second telescopic part 81 can always keep an extending trend.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

(1) as shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the heating pipe 3 and the first driving mechanism 7 work, the first driving mechanism 7 rotates in a forward direction, the power output end of the first driving mechanism 7 drives the first telescopic member 91 to rotate through the second connecting seat 9121, and further drives the second slider 55 to slide along the third guide rod 53 through the first connecting seat 9111, so as to drive the heating pipe 3 to move along the third guide rod 53, until the first latch 551 of the second slider 55 is inserted into the first latch 541 of the first slider 54 on the right side, the first driving mechanism 7 continues to rotate, and the first slider 54 is driven by the second slider 55 to slide along the second guide rod 52, so as to drive the heating pipe 3 to slide along the second guide rod 52;

when the heating pipe 3 moves to the top end of the second guide rod 52, the first driving mechanism 7 rotates reversely, the first slider 54 is driven to slide along the second guide rod 5 through the second slider 55, the heating pipe 3 is driven to move along the second guide rod 52 until the second slider 55 moves to the bottom end of the second guide rod 52, the first driving mechanism 7 continues to rotate, the second slider 55 is driven to slide along the third guide rod 53, the heating pipe 3 is driven to move along the third guide rod 53 until the first clamping block 551 of the second slider 55 is inserted into the second clamping groove 441 of the third slider 44 on the left side, the second driving mechanism 6 continues to rotate, the first slider 54 is driven to slide along the first guide rod 51 through the fourth slider 45, and the heating pipe 3 is driven to move along the first guide rod 51;

(2) As shown in fig. 5 and 6, when the ultraviolet lamp tube 2 and the second driving mechanism 6 work, the second driving mechanism 6 rotates in a forward direction, the power output end of the second driving mechanism 6 drives the second extensible member 81 to rotate through the fourth connection seat 8121, and further drives the fourth slider 45 to slide along the sixth guide rod 43 through the third connection seat 8111, so as to drive the ultraviolet lamp tube 2 to move along the sixth guide rod 43 until the second fixture block 451 of the fourth slider 45 is inserted into the second fixture slot 441 of the third slider 44 located on the right side, the second driving mechanism 6 continues to rotate, and drives the third slider 44 to slide along the fifth guide rod 42 through the fourth slider 45, so as to drive the ultraviolet lamp tube 2 to move along the fifth guide rod 42;
