The invention relates to the field of medical treatment, in particular to a sterilization device for a hemodialysis instrument.

Background

In hemodialysis, hemodialysis apparatuses are used, which are kept sterile before use, and if microorganisms such as contaminants or bacteria are attached to the hemodialysis apparatuses, the microorganisms and the contaminants are likely to be transported into the blood vessels of patients along the blood, thereby directly affecting the life safety of the patients. Therefore, these hemodialysis machines are required to be thoroughly sterilized and disinfected before use.

Most of existing sterilization devices are used for statically placing hemodialysis instruments in the sterilization devices when the hemodialysis instruments are sterilized, so that part of the hemodialysis instruments cannot be directly sterilized, and the sterilization effect is poor. Therefore, it is necessary to design a sterilization apparatus capable of performing all-around sterilization to sterilize the hemodialysis instrument.

As a still further scheme of the invention: the driving mechanism comprises a driving motor, a connecting shaft, a sliding block, a sliding plate and a rack; the driving motor is fixed on one side of the upper end of the shell of the sterilizing device, and the rotating end of the driving motor is fixedly connected with one end of the connecting shaft; the other end of the connecting shaft is rotatably connected with a sliding block; the sliding block is rotationally and slidably arranged in a sliding groove in the sliding plate; the length of the sliding groove in the sliding plate is greater than that of the connecting shaft; a rack is fixed on the outer side of the sliding plate; the upper end of the rack is provided with a connecting rod, and the lower end of the rack is provided with a rack; the rack penetrates through a plurality of limiting rods arranged on one side of the shell of the sterilizing device in a sliding manner; the rotating shaft positioned on one side of the limiting rod rotates and penetrates through the left side of the shell of the sterilization device, and the rotating shaft is provided with teeth meshed with the rack at the lower end of the rack.
