The invention has the beneficial effects that: the sterilization terminal manufactured by the sterilization control method and the sterilization control device is convenient for a user to use at home, and the object surface and the skin are sterilized respectively by selecting and adjusting the sterilization power. When in sterilization, a new signal is prompted to prompt whether the sterilization mode in which the terminal is located is the object table sterilization mode or the skin sterilization mode, so that the user is ensured not to mistakenly use the object table sterilization mode as skin sterilization. The direction judgment is carried out during sterilization, and if the light irradiation direction of the UVC-LED lamp at the terminal is upward, the UVC-LED lamp is turned off, so that the harmful influence of ultraviolet rays on eyes is avoided. The sterilization control method also controls the irradiation time of the UVC-LED lamp to the skin, and avoids adverse effects on the skin due to overlong irradiation time in the use process.
