The breeding house contains a large amount of dust, one part of the breeding house is brought out by the fan, the other part of the breeding house is sprayed by the spraying equipment and then settled, the settled part has a large amount of moisture, and the secondary pollution is formed after the secondary pollution is caused by mildew after a long time. And once the fan is started, the deodorization equipment must be started, the deodorization equipment has long working time, high energy consumption, high construction difficulty and high construction cost.

A spray deodorization system as shown in fig. 1 and 2, which comprises a precision filter 1, wherein a water inlet of the precision filter is connected with a tap water pipe, and a water outlet of the precision filter is connected with a water inlet of a first water tank 2 through a pipeline; an aeration device 3 is arranged in the first water tank; the aeration device is connected with a high-pressure aeration pump 4 outside the first water tank; the aeration device is used for carrying out aeration treatment on tap water in the first water tank to remove chlorine.

The water outlet of the first water tank is connected with the water inlet of the second water tank 5 through a pipeline; an electric ball valve 6, a dosing proportioner 7 and a water taking pump 8 are arranged on a pipeline between the first water tank and the second water tank; a liquid level device 9 is arranged in the second water tank and is electrically connected with the electric ball valve; the capacities of the first water tank and the second water tank are more than or equal to 2T, and the water quantity of the system in conventional use can be ensured.

The liquid level device is used for monitoring the liquid level height in the second water tank, the electric ball valve is closed when the height reaches a limit value, water injection into the second water tank is stopped, or the electric ball valve is opened to inject water into the second water tank when the water in the second water tank is insufficient.

Microbial strains for biological deodorization are added into the dosing proportioner, are the same as microbial deodorization strains applied in the prior art, and can be directly purchased from the market. Adding microbial strains into the dechlorinated water uniformly by a dosing proportioner to prepare a mixed solution of the strains and the water, wherein the mixed solution has the biological activity of metabolic degradation.

The water outlet of the second water tank is connected with a central pump station 10 through a pipeline; a Y-shaped filter 11 and a manual ball valve 12 are arranged on a pipeline between the second water tank and the central pump station; the Y-shaped filter is arranged at the water inlet end of the manual ball valve, and a water taking pump is connected to a pipeline at the water inlet end of the Y-shaped filter; the Y-shaped filter can remove partial scale in the mixed liquid. The water taking pump is used for providing power for water transportation and ensuring the water flow direction.

The central pump station 10 comprises a conveying pipe 13 and an air inlet pipe; the air inlet pipe is communicated with an air storage tank 14, a high-pressure blowing pump 15 is connected to the air storage tank, and the high-pressure blowing pump blows air in the air storage tank into a central pump station to pressurize water; an air valve 16 is arranged on the air inlet pipe.

The delivery pipe is connected with the water outlet of the central pump station and is connected with a main water spray pipe 17 through a tee; the two ends of the main water spraying pipe are provided with an electric actuator and an air pump, the electric actuator controls the air pump to be switched on and off, the air pump releases air into the main water spraying pipe, and high-pressure airflow is used for flushing scales on the pipe wall; a plurality of water spraying branch pipes 18 are connected to the water spraying main pipe; the main water spraying pipe and the branch water spraying pipe are made of stainless steel. The spray branch pipe is provided with a nozzle 19, and the mixed liquid is sprayed into the breeding house by the nozzle. The spray nozzles are multiple, and the interval between two adjacent spray nozzles is 1.5m, so that the mixed liquid can be uniformly sprayed.

The use method of the spray deodorization system comprises the following steps: inputting running water into a precision filter at a water pressure of 2-6 bar, filtering impurities in the running water by the precision filter, and then flowing into a first water tank, wherein an aeration device in the first water tank can remove chlorine in the running water; wherein, the high-pressure aeration pump provides pressure for aeration, so that water in the first water tank is aerated; adding a deodorization strain into the water after dechlorination by a dosing proportioner and then conveying the water into a second water tank; the second water tank stores the mixed liquid of the strains and the water, and the mixed liquid is filtered by a Y-shaped filter and then is conveyed to a central pump station;

the central pump station pressurizes the mixed liquid through a high-pressure blowing pump, so that the mixed liquid enters the conveying pipe and is sprayed out from the water spraying branch pipe through the water spraying main pipe.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

a. the deodorization greenhouse is not required to be arranged behind a fan, the spraying device is arranged in the breeding house, the existing biological strains are added, the mixed liquid is prepared, and then the mixed liquid is sprayed into the breeding house, so that the odor in the breeding house is degraded, the problem of deodorization secondary pollution is effectively solved, and the operation cost is greatly reduced;

b. the invention adopts the technical scheme that the electric actuator and the air pump are arranged at two ends of a main pipeline for spraying, the sprayed pipeline is descaled by utilizing the principle of the air pump, the electric actuator is opened after the air pump is pressurized to release pressure, and the scale in the pipeline is discharged out of the pipeline, so that the problem that the scale cannot be removed in the market is solved, the whole spraying equipment is protected, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged;

c. the aeration device can remove chlorine in tap water, and the utilization rate of biological strains is effectively improved.
