When the soft nozzle 18 is used, the soft nozzle 18 rotates relative to the cavity 17, so that the medicine inlet hole 12 of the nozzle baffle plate 22 on the soft nozzle 18 and the medicine outlet hole 9 on the medicine bin baffle plate 10 on the cavity 17 are in a coaxial state, and one end of the cavity 17 is opened. The procedure for applying the drug into the nasal cavity is shown in fig. 11 and 12. As shown in fig. 11, the patient will operate the pressurizing device 1, the catheter 2 and the spray head 4 according to the arrow method in the figure, and the soft nozzle 18 on the spray head 4 is placed in the nasal vestibule 21 of the patient. As shown in fig. 12, the pressurizing device 1 is pressed in the direction of the arrow in the figure so that air enters the spray head 4 through the conduit 2, and the medicine 19 in the spray head 4 is sprayed into the nasal vestibule 21 from the soft nozzle 18, thereby completing the administration of the medicine at the nasal cavity including the position of the olfactory fissure. The patient may select the location of the particular spray 19 of medicament as desired. The patient can adjust the depth of the soft nozzle 18 inserted into the nasal cavity and the spraying angle.

Before the medicine is added into the medicine storage bin 8, in order to prevent the medicine 19 from flowing out of the soft nozzle 18, the medicine inlet hole 12 of the nozzle baffle plate 22 on the soft nozzle 18 and the medicine outlet hole 9 of the current medicine storage bin 8 need to be adjusted to be in a mutual dislocation position, in other words, the medicine outlet hole 9 and the medicine inlet hole 12 need to be respectively arranged on different axes, and the indirect distance between the axes of the medicine outlet hole 9 and the medicine inlet hole 12 is larger than the diameter of any one hole.

The pressurizing means 1 is connected to the soft nozzle 18 and the catheter port 20 of the catheter 2 is inserted into the drug 19. The medicine 19 in the medicine storage bin 8 is sprayed out through the spraying hole 14 on the side wall of the soft nozzle 18 connected with the medicine storage bin 8 by pressing the pressurizing device 1. In the process of adding medicine, the relative positions of the medicine outlet hole 9 on the medicine bin baffle plate 10 and the medicine inlet hole 12 on the nozzle baffle plate 22 are adjusted firstly, so that the medicine inlet hole 12 and the medicine outlet hole 9 are on the same axis.
