The treatment process commonly used in water treatment plants at present comprises the stages of coagulation, precipitation, filtration, disinfection and the like. The existing technical means are difficult to separate and remove micro-particles in surface water bodies and underground water.

The treatment process commonly used in the current sewage treatment plant comprises the stages of a grit chamber, a primary sedimentation tank, secondary biological treatment (an activated sludge method and a biofilm method), a secondary sedimentation tank, coagulation, a biological filter and the like, and the existing treatment technology has poor effect of removing refractory micro-particles.

In the current process adopting the microfiltration membrane and ultrafiltration membrane separation technology, the micro-particles in the water body can be effectively separated, but the use and maintenance costs of the microfiltration membrane and the ultrafiltration membrane are relatively high, and membrane pores are easy to block to cause membrane pollution.

Examples

A high turbid water treatment device comprises a water inlet pool 1, a purification and filtration tank and a clean water pool 7, wherein the purification and filtration tank is an open tank and is driven by gravity, a support membrane layer 5 and an ultrasonic liquid level sensor 3 are arranged in the purification and filtration tank, the support membrane layer 5 in the purification and filtration tank is a filter screen with the aperture of 60-70 mu m, the filter screen with the aperture of 68 mu m is preferably selected, and the support membrane layer 5 is arranged at the bottom in the purification and filtration tank. The support membrane layer 5 divides the tank body of the purification and filtration tank into an upper part and a lower part, the ultrasonic liquid level sensor 3 is positioned at the upper part in the purification and filtration tank, and the ultrasonic liquid level sensor 3 is arranged above the liquid level for liquid level measurement. step 2, pumping the high turbid water subjected to the diatomite configuration treatment in the water inlet pool 1 into a purification and filtration tank through a water inlet pump 2, gradually intercepting micro-particles in the high turbid water by an inner support membrane layer 5 in the purification and filtration tank, gradually intercepting and enriching the micro-particles contained in the high turbid water on the surface of the support membrane layer 5, gradually extruding and compacting a dynamic membrane layer on the support membrane layer 5 under the action of water pressure, gradually forming a dynamic membrane layer on the support membrane layer, and enabling the purified water of the high turbid water subjected to the dynamic membrane layer filtration and purification to flow into a clean water pool 7; the effluent flows into the clean water tank 7 under the action of gravity flow, so that the treatment of high turbid water and the separation of micro-particles are realized, and the separation effect is gradually improved along with the continuous formation of the dynamic film layer. The new rete formation in-process of dynamic rete constantly increases rete thickness, and then improves the filter fineness of dynamic rete, realizes the separation to the particulate matter in the high turbid water.

And 3, arranging an ultrasonic liquid level sensor 3 in the purification and filtration tank, arranging a mud suction machine 4 on the supporting membrane layer 5, sending out a warning when the ultrasonic liquid level sensor 3 detects that the liquid level in the purification and filtration tank exceeds a set value, and manually starting the mud suction machine 4 to clear the transfer dynamic membrane layer on the upper part of the supporting membrane layer 5, so that the operating pressure of the filtration system is reduced, and the high-turbidity water treatment is continued.

By adopting the high-turbidity water purification method, 20-minute and 60-minute purification tests are respectively carried out, and the purification effect is as follows: as shown in figure 2, the inlet water turbidity is about 200NTU, after 20 minutes of filtration, the outlet water turbidity can be reduced to below 1NTU, and the turbidity removal effect can reach more than 99%. As shown in FIG. 3, the particle size of the particles in the effluent was substantially 10 μm or less after 60 minutes of dynamic membrane filtration.
