preparing materials according to a formula, wherein the formula comprises the following components in parts by mass: 5-15 parts of cerium nitrate, 5-15 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 80-95 parts of magnesium hydroxy silicate and 0.5-1.5 parts of coupling agent or sodium laurate;

preparing a solution I: dissolving cerium nitrate in deionized water at 20 ℃ to prepare a clear solution;

preparing a solution II: dissolving sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate in deionized water at 20 ℃ to prepare a second clear solution;

adding magnesium hydroxy silicate powder into the second solution, and stirring to prepare a second solution dispersion;

slowly dropping the solution I into the solution II dispersion liquid, and aging for 1 h;

placing the aged solution in a centrifuge for centrifugal collection and drying;

grinding the dried powder, adding a coupling agent or sodium laurate, and grinding for 2 hours;

dispersing the treated powder into base oil by an emulsifying machine according to the required use ratio.

A preparation formula of hydroxyl silicate containing rare earth cerium comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of cerium nitrate, 5-15 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 80-95 parts of magnesium hydroxy silicate and 0.5-1.5 parts of coupling agent or sodium laurate. It should be noted that: sodium laurate and a coupling agent.

placing the aged solution in a centrifuge for centrifugal collection and drying; preferably, the centrifugation parameters of the centrifugation collection are 7500rpm, and the drying temperature is 80 ℃.

Grinding the dried powder, adding a coupling agent or sodium laurate, and grinding for 2 hours; as a preferable method, a planetary ball mill is used for the grinding, and the equipment used for the grinding is not limited, and the planetary ball mill is only preferable;

dispersing the treated powder into base oil by an emulsifying machine according to the required use ratio.
