1. The fully synthetic glass cutting fluid comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

the stirring temperature of the rapid penetrating agent T, the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and the AEO-9 is 60 ℃.

Background

In recent years, the demand of high-end optical glass is gradually increased, higher requirements are put forward on the manufacturing process and the technology, glass cutting is an important part in the preparation of optical glass products, and the cutting efficiency and the cutting quality can be greatly improved by using a diamond wire cutting machine.

Cutting oil is needed in the cutting process of the diamond wire cutting machine, belongs to a high-pollution product, and has a large influence on the use environment. Particularly, the traditional synthetic cutting fluid contains an organic silicon defoaming agent, so that the stock solution is easy to delaminate, a pipeline is easy to block after long-term use, and meanwhile, the problems of high Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), serious pollution, poor cutting environment condition, medium recovery and the like are solved.

Therefore, there is a need to prepare an environmentally friendly aqueous cutting fluid that can solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

It is an object of the present invention to address at least the above-mentioned deficiencies and to provide at least the advantages which will be described hereinafter.

The invention also aims to provide the fully synthetic glass cutting fluid which has good lubricating property and is environment-friendly and safe.

The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the fully-synthetic glass cutting fluid with simple steps.

To achieve these objects and other advantages in accordance with the purpose of the invention, the present invention provides a fully synthetic glass-cutting fluid, comprising the following components in percentage by weight:

0.1-5% of triethanolamine, 0.1-5% of triethanolamine borate, 1-20% of hyperbranched quaternary ammonium salt, 1-10% of penetrating agent, 0.01-3% of defoaming agent and the balance of deionized water.

The lubricating property is endowed to the diamond wire through the triethanolamine borate, the lubricating property is good, the addition amount is low, the environment protection is facilitated, the cutting precision is improved due to the high lubricating property, the surface precision is good, the lubricating property is improved, the service life of the diamond wire can be prolonged, and the cost is saved. The triethanolamine borate is an excellent extreme pressure lubricant and corrosion inhibitor, is also an important pH stabilizer, can stabilize the pH value of the cutting fluid to about 9, and has good effects on rust prevention, corrosion prevention and sterilization.

The hyperbranched quaternary ammonium salt is a cationic surfactant, rapidly adsorbs solid particles, dust, powder and sludge in the deposition liquid under the charge action of positive and negative ions, so that the liquid is clear and transparent, can rapidly adsorb glass powder generated in the cutting process when being used in glass cutting liquid, rapidly deposits, improves the chip deposition and removal performance, and improves the cutting rate. Preferably, in the fully synthetic glass cutting fluid, the penetrating agent is obtained by compounding a rapid penetrating agent T, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and AEO-9. The penetrant is prepared by compounding a rapid penetrant T, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene and AEO-9, and has the characteristics of low foam and high penetration speed.

Preferably, in the fully synthetic glass cutting fluid, the mass ratio of the rapid penetrating agent T to the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether to the AEO-9 is 1:1:1 or 1:2: 1.

The defoaming agent is an alcohol defoaming agent, has good compatibility, does not influence the transparency of the solution, is not easy to settle and delaminate, and can meet the requirement only by adding a small amount of defoaming agent because the formula is a low-foam formula.

compared with conventional cutting oil, the fully synthetic glass cutting fluid disclosed by the invention has the advantages of low COD (chemical oxygen demand) of a fully synthetic aqueous formula, good defoaming performance, small corrosion, processing environment improvement, good lubricating performance and the like.

The fully synthetic glass cutting fluid disclosed by the invention is a fully synthetic aqueous formula, is safe and environment-friendly, can greatly improve the lubricating capability of the cutting fluid by adding triethanolamine borate, is low in dosage and reduces COD. The triethanolamine borate improves the lubricating property of the cutting fluid, improves the slow release property and the pH stability of the cutting fluid, stabilizes the pH value at about 9.0, and can keep rust prevention and bacteriostasis for a long time.

The lubricating grease has excellent lubricating and penetrating properties and chip sinking and removing properties, and can bring obvious benefits of reducing loss, protecting environment, being safe, improving the yield of products and improving the production efficiency.
