A heating non-combustible cigarette paper containing thermoplastic expanded microspheres according to claim 1, wherein the thermoplastic expanded microspheres comprise the following components in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of ethanol, 0.1-5 parts of essence, 0.1-10 parts of sodium bicarbonate and 0.5-3 parts of polymethyl methacrylate.

3. A heating non-combustible cigarette paper containing thermoplastic expanded microspheres according to claim 2, wherein the molecular weight of the polymethyl methacrylate is 5 to 20 ten thousand.

adding the polymethyl methacrylate into the ethanol solution, and uniformly stirring at 60-70 ℃ to obtain a homogeneous solution;

and (3) reducing the homogeneous solution to 0-10 ℃ within 4-6 min, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the thermoplastic expanded microspheres.

5. A heating non-combustible cigarette paper containing thermoplastic expanded microspheres according to claim 4, wherein the particle size of the thermoplastic expanded microspheres is 1-6 um.

6. A heated non-combustible cigarette paper containing thermoplastic expanded microspheres according to claim 4, wherein the foaming temperature of the thermoplastic expanded microspheres is 90 to 150 ℃.

A heating incombustible cigarette paper containing thermoplastic expanded microspheres as claimed in claim 1, wherein said temperature-sensitive aroma-releasing layer is coatably applied to a back surface of said paper base layer; or the temperature-sensitive aroma release layer is mixed in the adhesive and then is adhered with the paper base layer and the aluminum foil layer into a whole.

8. A cigarette comprising a filter and a tobacco rod integrally formed by joining the filter and the tobacco rod by a tipping paper, wherein the tobacco rod is composed of a heated non-burning cigarette paper containing thermoplastic expanded microspheres as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7 wrapped with a tobacco sheet.

Background

The cigarette is a new type of tobacco product, and has the characteristic of heating tobacco shred or tobacco extract instead of burning tobacco shred, and needs a heater and a cigarette bullet when being smoked. The special heating source of the appliance heats the cut tobacco in the cigarette cartridge, volatilizes nicotine and flavor substances in the cut tobacco and generates smoke to meet the requirements of smokers. Because the 'cigarette bullet' is heated but can not be combusted, and the heating temperature is far lower than the temperature of the traditional cigarette during combustion, the thermal cracking product is obviously less than that of the traditional cigarette, and the thermal cracking product has more advantages in the aspect of smoke release. Preferably, the thermoplastic expanded microspheres are prepared by the following steps:

uniformly mixing the ethanol, the essence and the sodium bicarbonate to obtain an ethanol solution containing the essence and the sodium bicarbonate;

adding the polymethyl methacrylate into the ethanol solution, and uniformly stirring at 60-70 ℃ to obtain a homogeneous solution;

and (3) reducing the homogeneous solution to 0-10 ℃ within 4-6 min, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the thermoplastic expanded microspheres.

Preferably, the particle size of the thermoplastic expanded microsphere is 1-6 um.

Preferably, the foaming temperature of the thermoplastic expanded microspheres is 90-150 ℃.

Preferably, the temperature-sensitive fragrance-releasing layer may be applied to the back surface of the paper base layer in a coating manner; or the temperature-sensitive aroma release layer is mixed in the adhesive and then is adhered with the paper base layer and the aluminum foil layer into a whole.

The invention also provides a cigarette, which comprises a filter tip and a cigarette, wherein the filter tip and the cigarette are combined into a whole through tipping paper, and the cigarette consists of the heating non-combustion cigarette paper containing the thermoplastic expansion microspheres and wrapped with tobacco sheets.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical effects that:

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

The embodiment of the invention provides a heating non-combustible cigarette paper containing thermoplastic expanded microspheres, which comprises a paper base layer, an aluminum foil layer and a temperature-sensitive aroma release layer arranged in the middle; the temperature-sensitive fragrance-releasing layer contains thermoplastic expanded microspheres with fragrance components.

Preferably, the thermoplastic expanded microspheres comprise the following components in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of ethanol, 0.1-5 parts of essence, 0.1-10 parts of sodium bicarbonate and 0.5-3 parts of polymethyl methacrylate. The thermoplastic expansion microsphere takes polymethyl methacrylate as a shell layer, and essence, low-boiling point ethanol and sodium bicarbonate with the thermal decomposition temperature of 50-270 ℃ are coated in the thermoplastic expansion microsphere.

Preferably, the molecular weight of the polymethyl methacrylate is 5 to 20 ten thousand. The polymethyl methacrylate has low molecular weight, so that the formed thermoplastic expanded microsphere shell has low strength; the molecular weight of polymethyl methacrylate is too high, which affects the solubility in ethanol.

Preferably, the thermoplastic expanded microspheres are prepared by the following steps:

(1) uniformly mixing the ethanol, the essence and the sodium bicarbonate according to the proportion to obtain an ethanol solution containing the essence and the sodium bicarbonate;

(2) adding the polymethyl methacrylate in the proportion into the ethanol solution in the step (1), and uniformly stirring at 60-70 ℃ to obtain a homogeneous solution;

(3) and (3) reducing the homogeneous solution obtained in the step (2) to 0-10 ℃ within 4-6 min, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the thermoplastic expanded microspheres.

Preferably, the particle size of the prepared thermoplastic expanded microspheres is 1-6 um, and the foaming temperature is 90-150 ℃. When the non-combustible cigarette paper is heated, ethanol with low boiling point is gradually gasified, then sodium bicarbonate with lower decomposition temperature is slowly decomposed to release carbon dioxide gas, the heating temperature is gradually increased along with the extension of the heating time of the non-combustible cigarette paper, the volume of the thermoplastic expansion microspheres is gradually expanded, and essence coated in the thermoplastic expansion microspheres gradually releases fragrant substances; when the gas pressure in the thermoplastic expanded microspheres is enough to break the constraint of the coating layer, the flavor substances in the thermoplastic expanded microspheres can be fully released, thereby achieving the effects of improving the ambient air environment of smokers and improving the sensory perception of passive smokers.

Preferably, the temperature-sensitive fragrance-releasing layer may be applied in a coating manner on the back of the paper base layer; or the temperature-sensitive fragrance-releasing layer is mixed in the adhesive and then is adhered with the paper base layer and the aluminum foil layer into a whole.
