The invention provides an electric auxiliary lifting device of a toilet bowl, which comprises two parallel vertical plate bases, namely a left vertical plate base and a right vertical plate base, wherein vertical plates are arranged on the same side of the left vertical plate base and the right vertical plate base, adjusting mechanisms are arranged on the vertical plates of the left vertical plate base and the right vertical plate base and used for adjusting the lifting of a lift chair, and each adjusting mechanism comprises a left vertical electric push rod, a right electric push rod assembly, two main supporting arms and two inclined supporting arms.
