5) connecting a first water inlet 41 and a second water inlet 43 which are positioned at the edge of the integral decorative plate with the same first pipeline, connecting a first water outlet 44 and a second water outlet 47 which are positioned at the edge of the integral decorative plate with the same second pipeline, connecting the first pipeline with an external water inlet end, and connecting the second pipeline with an external water outlet end;

6) when the weather is cold, hot water or hot steam is introduced into the integral decorative plate through the first pipeline, and the integral decorative plate generates heat at the moment, so that heat is supplied to a room;

7) when the weather is hot, cold water is introduced into the integral decorative plate through the first pipeline, the temperature of the integral decorative plate is reduced, heat is absorbed by a room, and the temperature is distributed through the pipeline inside the decorative plate, so that the room is kept at a lower temperature all the time.
