Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of clothing accessories and relates to an inflation valve.

Background

Along with the continuous improvement of living standard of people, products such as an inflatable travel protection pillow, an inflatable back cushion, inflatable clothes, an inflatable inner container and the like gradually appear in life. The inflatable products are convenient to carry and small in size after being deflated, so that the inflatable products are popular with people on business trips.

At present, the inflation modes of the inflatable products are mainly divided into two categories of external tool assisted inflation and self-service integrated inflation, the external tool is adopted to assist inflation, although the inflation link can be completed quickly, the product inflation tools with high inflation and deflation frequency are not convenient to carry in a cooperation mode. Often, the inflation opening and the deflation opening are separated during self-service integrated inflation, and the self-service integrated inflation cannot be used as a tool inflation opening for rapid inflation in cooperation when rapid inflation is needed. Therefore, a self-service integrated inflation mode is needed, self-service inflation can be achieved, the inflatable bag can be used as an inflation access external tool to perform rapid inflation when in demand, and meanwhile, the inflatable bag is small in size and does not occupy a large space area of an inflatable product.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to overcoming the above-mentioned deficiencies of the prior art and providing an inflation valve.

The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:

an inflation valve comprises a first cover body and a second cover body which are combined with each other to form a first cavity, wherein a first air hole and a second air hole which are communicated with the first cavity are respectively arranged on the first cover body and the second cover body, the part of the first cover body, which surrounds the first cavity, can elastically deform, a closed membrane which can shield the second air hole is also fixedly connected to the second cover body, and the first cover body is pressed to enable gas sucked into the first cavity through the first air hole to burst the closed membrane and flow out of the second air hole.

(3) The first cover body is made of an elastically deformable material (such as conventional elastic rubber and the like), and the flexibility is good.

(4) The second cover body at the position of the air outlet of the second air hole is processed into a spherical arc surface shape and is blocked by adopting a sealing membrane matched with the surface of the second cover body, so that the air tightness of the second air hole under the normal state can be ensured, the air flow in the first cavity can flow out conveniently during the inflation work, and the elastic loss of the elastic membrane is reduced.
