Background

The safety valve is a special valve which is in a normally closed state under the action of external force, and when the medium pressure in equipment or a pipeline rises to exceed a preset value, the medium pressure in the pipeline or the equipment is prevented from exceeding a specified value by opening the valve clack assembly to discharge the medium outwards, so that the safety valve plays an important role in protecting personal safety and equipment operation.

The first purpose of the present invention is to provide a valve core assembly with fast opening speed, short opening time and timely pressure relief.

The second purpose of the invention is to provide a safety valve with fast opening speed, short opening time and timely pressure relief.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions;

in view of the first object, the present invention provides a valve core assembly, including:

the valve flap comprises a main body part and a sealing cover part, a lifting cavity is formed in the main body part, the sealing cover part can open or close a valve port of a valve seat, and a first through hole is formed in the main body part;

the valve cover assembly comprises a valve body, an elastic part, a pressure rod and a pressure plate; the valve body comprises a supporting part, an extending part and a connecting part which are connected in sequence, the extending part extends along the axis of the corrugated pipe, and the connecting part is connected with the valve seat; one end of the pressure lever can be slidably arranged in the supporting part in a penetrating way, the other end of the pressure lever is a pressure lever diameter expanding end and is abutted against the guide shaft, and the pressure plate is arranged between the two ends of the pressure lever;

the elastic piece is supported between the supporting part and the pressing plate, and the elastic piece has the tendency that the pressing plate presses the diameter expanding end of the pressing rod.

In any of the above solutions, optionally, the safety valve further comprises a manual opening assembly; the manual opening assembly comprises a fixed piece, a manual rod, a connecting rod and a wane;

the fixing piece is fixedly connected with the connecting part, one end of the manual rod is in threaded connection with the fixing piece, two ends of the connecting rod are respectively hinged with the other end of the manual rod and the warping plate, and the warping plate is abutted to the end face, facing the diameter expansion end of the pressure rod, of the pressure plate;

when the manual lever is rotated in a direction away from the valve seat, the pressing plate can be made to compress the elastic member.

In any of the above solutions, optionally, the safety valve further comprises an electromagnetic auxiliary component;

the electromagnetic auxiliary assembly comprises a first shell, a second shell, a push rod, a coil support, a guide cylinder, a stop seat, a movable iron core and a static iron core;

the first shell is supported between the second shell and the supporting part, the coil support is a cylindrical support, axial lines of the coil support are parallel to each other relative to the axial direction of the corrugated pipe, the coil is wound on the outer ring of the coil support, the movable iron core and the static iron core are both arranged in the coil support, and the static iron core is positioned on one side of the movable iron core, which is far away from the first shell;

one end of the guide cylinder extends into the first shell, and the movable iron core can move in the guide cylinder and the coil support; the other end of the guide cylinder is sealed with a stop seat and extends into the second shell;

the valve core assembly provided by the invention comprises a valve clack and a corrugated pipe, wherein the corrugated pipe is arranged in a lift force cavity in the valve clack, one end of the corrugated pipe is connected with the valve clack, and the other end of the corrugated pipe is connected with a valve body. Because the bellows can take place the deformation under the effect of the medium of lift intracavity to drive the valve clack and remove to the direction of keeping away from the valve port of disk seat, so the area of contact of this case subassembly and excessive pressure medium is compared and is showing the increase in the area of contact that only contacts with excessive pressure medium through the capping portion, and then has improved the lift of this case subassembly under the effect of excessive pressure medium, and then this case subassembly improved opening speed and pressure release timeliness, shortened opening time.

The safety valve provided by the invention comprises the valve core assembly, and can realize all beneficial technical effects which can be realized by the valve core assembly.
