The invention relates to a touch control system, in particular to a high-resolution touch control system of a gas instantaneous water heater, and belongs to the field of water heaters.

Background

The gas water heater is also called as a gas water heater, and refers to a gas appliance which takes gas as fuel and transfers heat to cold water flowing through a heat exchanger in a combustion heating mode so as to achieve the purpose of preparing hot water.

The existing full-automatic forced exhaust or intelligent constant-temperature gas instantaneous water heater (hereinafter referred to as water heater) adopting alternating current power supply in China generally uses keys on a display panel to realize temperature rise and fall if temperature is adjusted, the keys are of a mechanical structure or a touch structure, and the common points are that the temperature rises or falls once when clicking, and the temperature rises or falls continuously when the key is not pressed. But the temperature can not be rapidly and accurately raised to a certain temperature value when the temperature is continuously raised and lowered, and the method is not intuitive. In addition, the slide bar of the domestic existing water heater with the touch sliding temperature regulation control system is formed by splicing a plurality of touch keys, the slide bar is formed by sequentially touching the keys, which is not the sliding touch with real meaning, and the resolution ratio of the water heater is low, so that the water heater can only be applied to some simple applications.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention aims to provide a touch control system with high resolution for a gas instantaneous water heater, which can quickly and accurately rise to a certain temperature value through touch sliding temperature adjustment, has high touch resolution and is more suitable for parameter adjustment of the water heater.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

a gas instantaneous water heater with a high-resolution touch control system comprises a water heater, a main controller, a display and a touch sliding key;

the main controller, the display and the touch sliding key are all arranged on the water heater, and the main controller is electrically connected with the display and the touch sliding key respectively; the touch sliding key adopts a capacitive touch key, and comprises a sliding temperature adjusting area, a inching temperature adjusting area and a position temperature adjusting area.

A gas instantaneous water heater with high resolution touch control system is shown in figures 1-3, and comprises a water heater 1, a main controller 2, a display 3 and a touch sliding key 4;

the main controller 2, the display 3 and the touch sliding key 4 are all arranged on the water heater 1, and the main controller 2 is electrically connected with the display 3 and the touch sliding key 4 respectively; the touch slide key 4 is a capacitive touch key, and the touch slide key 4 includes a slide temperature adjustment region 41, a jog temperature adjustment region 42, and a position temperature adjustment region 43.

In this embodiment, the main controller 2 is a control center of the water heater, and controls the operation of the whole water heater, such as the working logic and the constant temperature processing. The display 3 mainly displays information such as the set temperature and the outlet water temperature of the water heater. The touch slide key 4 mainly collects information and sends a key command to the main controller 2 through the touch slide key 4.

A sliding temperature adjusting area 41, a inching temperature adjusting area 42 and a position temperature adjusting area 43 are arranged on the touch sliding key 4, when fingers operate in different temperature adjusting areas, capacitance capacity changes are caused and transmitted to the main controller 2, and the main controller 2 adjusts according to input information. The sliding temperature adjusting area 41 can set the temperature in a sliding manner, and the temperature increase and decrease change speed is determined according to the sliding speed or the sliding distance; the inching temperature regulation area 42 can be inching to increase and decrease the temperature; the position temperature adjustment zone 43 determines a set temperature value according to the slide position.

As an optimized solution of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the touch slide key 4 is in a circular ring shape or a straight bar shape. The touch slide key 4 is not limited to be formed in a circular ring shape or a straight bar shape, and may be formed in any other shape.

As shown in fig. 2, when the touch slide button 4 is in the shape of a circular ring, it may be formed as a closed circular ring. The circle can define a certain point as a starting point, and the starting point is a minimum value and the end point is a maximum value, and the starting point and the end point are all circles clockwise (anticlockwise) from the starting point to the end point. The width of the circular ring is generally not more than one finger, and the radius of the circular ring can be defined as required.

In fig. 2, the temperature is adjusted by sliding clockwise in the sliding temperature adjustment area 41, and the temperature increase and decrease change speed is determined according to the sliding speed or the sliding distance, so as to realize sliding temperature adjustment; in the inching temperature regulation area 42, a temperature rise key is arranged on the left side, a temperature reduction key is arranged on the right side, the temperature rise is performed by pressing the left side, the temperature reduction is performed by pressing the right side, and inching temperature regulation is realized; in the position temperature adjusting zone 43, there are two points in fig. 2, the left side is the minimum temperature of 35 °, the right side is the maximum temperature of 65 °, when the temperature value at this position is set when the temperature value slides to this position, the temperature value is quickly and accurately increased to a certain temperature value.

As shown in fig. 3, when the touch slide button 4 has a straight bar shape, it can be made into an unclosed straight bar. The bar may define the left (right) as the starting point from which the end point is reached along the bar, the starting point being the minimum value and the end point being the maximum value. The width of the straight strip does not exceed one finger generally, and the length of the straight strip can be defined according to needs.

In fig. 3, the temperature is adjusted by sliding rightward in the sliding temperature adjustment area 41, and the temperature increase and decrease change speed is determined according to the sliding speed or the sliding distance, so as to realize sliding temperature adjustment; in the inching temperature regulation area 42, a temperature rise key is arranged on the left side, a temperature reduction key is arranged on the right side, the temperature rise is performed by pressing the left side, the temperature reduction is performed by pressing the right side, and inching temperature regulation is realized; in the position temperature adjusting zone 43, there are two points in fig. 2, the left side is the minimum temperature of 35 °, the right side is the maximum temperature of 65 °, when the temperature value at this position is set when the temperature value slides to this position, the temperature value is quickly and accurately increased to a certain temperature value.

As an optimization of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the touch slide key 4 communicates with the main controller 2 using an analog signal. The maximum value adjusted by touching the sliding key 4 is any value, generally 1024 is suitable, and it is noted that the larger the value is, the larger the occupied program space is, and the specific value is determined according to the actual application. The main controller 2 employs a microprocessor of model MSP430FR2633 IDA. The annular touch sliding key 4 is connected with CAP0.1, CAP0.2 and CAP0.3 pins of the microprocessor. The straight strip-shaped touch sliding key 4 is connected with CAP3.1, CAP3.2 and CAP3.3 pins of the microprocessor.

The touch slide key 4 is not a digital signal but an analog signal, and can define the maximum value of a ring, a straight bar or other shapes as an arbitrary value, for example, if the ring slides for one circle as 0-1000, the position signal changes from 0 to 1000 uniformly during the sliding process, so that different keys can be represented by different values. The touch can be set to an arbitrary resolution, i.e. the maximum value of the circle or bar can be set to an arbitrary value. When adjusting the temperature, the general temperature range is 31 values in total in 35-65, and the maximum value of the circular ring or the straight bar can be set as 31. When adjusting the parameters of the water heater, the general parameter range is 0-255 and has 256 values in total, and the maximum value of the circular ring or the straight bar can be set as 256. Since the touch is analog, only 3 pins are needed to make a high resolution touch slider.

As an optimized solution of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the water heater 1 includes a housing 11 and a fan 12, a heat exchanger 13, a burner 14 and a gas proportional valve 15 sequentially arranged inside the housing 11 from top to bottom; a coiled pipe 16 is wound on the outer side wall of the heat exchanger 13, and the coiled pipe 16 penetrates through the heat exchange plates of the heat exchanger 13; the water inlet and the water outlet of the coiled pipe 16 penetrate through the bottom end of the shell 11 and are respectively connected with a water inlet pipe joint 17 and a water outlet pipe joint 18; the gas outlet of the gas proportional valve 15 is connected with the burner 14, and the gas inlet passes through the bottom end of the shell 11 and is connected with the gas inlet pipe joint 19.

The water heater 1 is used to heat cold water. The gas enters the burner 14 through the gas pipe joint 19 and the gas proportional valve 15, and is combusted, and the burner 14 transfers heat to the heat exchanger 13. Cold water enters the coiled pipe 16 after passing through the water inlet pipe joint 17, and after the coiled pipe 16 passes through the heat exchange fins of the heat exchanger 13, the cold water in the coiled pipe 16 is heated into hot water which flows out of the gas water heater 1 through the water outlet pipe joint 18.

For a better understanding of the present invention, the following is a complete description of the working principle of the present invention:

when using the system, the user can adjust the temperature in three ways: the temperature is adjusted in a sliding manner by sliding in the sliding temperature adjusting area 41 and determining the temperature increase and decrease change speed according to the sliding speed or the sliding distance; the inching temperature regulation is realized by clicking the inching temperature regulation area 42, clicking the left temperature rise key to rise the temperature, and clicking the right temperature reduction key to reduce the temperature; by sliding to the position temperature adjustment area 43, the temperature value at the position is set when the temperature value slides to the position, and the temperature value is quickly and accurately increased to a certain temperature value. According to different sliding and inching of a user, different changes of capacitance capacity of the capacitance type touch key are caused and transmitted to the main controller 2, the main controller 2 sets input temperature information and transmits the temperature information to the display 3, and the display 3 displays information such as the set temperature and the outlet water temperature of the water heater.
