When the device is used, an operator holds the torque applying arm, applies horizontal torque to the corrugated pipe through the torque applying arm, transmits the torque to the detected instrument through the standard torque sensor, and calibrates the detected torque sensor by comparing the torque sensor indicating value of the detected instrument with the indicating value of the standard torque sensor. The bellows is arranged because when an operator holds the torque applying arm, the operator ideally applies a horizontal acting torque to the torque applying arm, but due to the hand holding angle or the experience of the operator, the torque applying arm may generate a vertical deflection acting force, and by utilizing the characteristics of the bellows, the torque can be transmitted, but the vertical acting force can be buffered through vertical telescopic deformation, so that only the torque can be transmitted to a standard torque sensor.
