Background

The method is characterized in that rough culture is performed on products produced by using a mold, the products produced by the mold are generally required to be counted during production, a mold counter is equipment capable of recording the opening and closing times of the mold, and a user can know the number of the produced products and monitor the service life of the mold only according to the reading on the mold counter. The values of the mold counter are accumulated, so that at a certain time node, the user needs to record the value, and when a certain time reaches the time node, the user needs to observe the mold counter, record another value, and subtract the previously recorded value from the latter value, so as to obtain the number of the products produced in the certain time.

The most common method for recording the numerical value of the mold counter in the factory at present is to copy the reading on the mold counter by manual operation, which has many defects, such as the possibility of error judgment caused by copying wrong data, and the factory needs to design the excel forms of all mold conditions by self and fill in the handwritten data regularly, which is troublesome to operate, and in addition, when a customer needs to know the use condition of the mold in the factory, the data cannot be provided even effectively, which is very inconvenient to use.

In order to solve the technical problem, some factories design and produce an electronic counter with a battery and a memory IC, the data such as the production times of the die and the like are transmitted to a computer in a wired or wireless transmission mode, and then the computer is used for data analysis and tabulation. However, the electronic counter is very easy to be damaged in the mold processing occasion due to the fact that the electronic counter comprises some electronic elements, and the battery on the electronic counter is usually disposable and cannot be replaced.

For the above reasons, a technical method in the mold production process, which is low in use cost and does not have a counting blank period, is in need.

The invention provides a counting method in a mold production process, which solves the technical problems of inconvenience caused by counting by using a mold counter and high use cost caused by using an electronic counter in the prior art.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a method for counting in the production process of a mould, which comprises a mould counter, an optical input device, a display device and a server with digital recognition software and a data storage function, wherein the method comprises the following steps:

step 1, installing the mold counter on a mold to obtain the opening and closing times of the mold, and enabling the optical input device to face the mold counter to obtain a picture containing the reading on the mold counter;

step 2, connecting the optical input device with the server to transmit the acquired picture to the server, wherein the digital identification software of the server identifies the number on the picture and converts the number into data information to be stored in the server;

and 3, connecting the display equipment with the server to display the data information formed by digital conversion on the picture identified by the digital identification software.

Further, in order to better implement the present invention, the optical input device is a digital camera with a function of taking pictures at regular time, and the digital camera is connected with the server through a data line.
