1. A drawing oil for the battery case of nickel-plated steel is prepared from polyisobutylene, sulfurized olefin, sulfurized animal or vegetable oil, non-drying oil, synthetic ester, antioxidant and mineral oil.

The nickel pre-plated steel battery case drawing oil according to claim 1, characterized in that: the stretching oil for the nickel pre-plated steel battery shell comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2% -10% of polyisobutylene; 0.5 to 5 percent of sulfurized olefin; 2 to 7 percent of vulcanized animal oil or vulcanized vegetable oil; 5% -20% of non-drying oil; 5% -20% of synthetic ester; 0.05 to 1 percent of antioxidant; the balance of mineral oil.

3. The nickel preplated steel battery case drawing oil according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the vulcanized animal oil is vulcanized lard oil; the vulcanized vegetable oil is vulcanized rapeseed oil.

4. The nickel preplated steel battery case drawing oil according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the non-drying oil is an oil which can not be oxidized and dried in the air to form a solid film, and has an iodine value of less than 100.

5. The nickel pre-plated steel battery case drawing oil according to claim 4, wherein: the oil is at least one of lard, palm oil, castor oil and olive oil.

6. The nickel preplated steel battery case drawing oil according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the synthetic ester is at least one of monoester, diester or polyol ester.

7. The nickel pre-plated steel battery case drawing oil according to claim 6, wherein: the monoester is methyl oleate, the diester is diisooctyl adipate, and the polyol ester is trimethylolpropane oleate.

8. The nickel preplated steel battery case drawing oil according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the antioxidant is an alkylphenol antioxidant or an amine antioxidant.

9. A method of making the nickel pre-plated steel battery case drawing oil of claim 1 or 2, the method comprising the steps of:

step S1, adding mineral oil, polyisobutylene, nondrying oil, synthetic ester and antioxidant, heating to 60-65 deg.C, stirring for 20-30min, and mixing;

and step S2, stopping heating, adding sulfurized olefin, sulfurized animal oil or sulfurized vegetable oil, continuing stirring for 15-25min, and mixing uniformly.

The disclosure relates to the field of lubricants of stretch forming processes, in particular to pre-nickel-plated steel battery shell stretch oil and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Along with the development of new energy in China, the new energy automobile drives into a motorway comprehensively, and the development of the new energy automobile becomes an inevitable trend of being out of gear. With the development and proliferation of new energy automobiles, the demand of power batteries is increasing day by day, and the quality of the power battery shell determines the environmental protection performance of the automobiles. The current shell materials of the power battery are generally aluminum and steel. From the multi-angle comparative analysis of market, technique, economy, engineering etc. steel battery shell still will possess great market and position in the future market. The material of the steel battery shell is continuously developed, the nickel preplating material has greater advantages in the aspects of the consistency and the safety of the battery than the original post-plating steel shell, and the plating hardness is higher, so the requirement on the extreme pressure property of the tensile oil is higher. The equipment for producing the steel battery shell is divided into a high-speed machine and a medium-low speed machine, the former high-speed machine is only a Japanese Asahi essence machine, the price of the Asahi essence machine is extremely high, and the low-speed machine occupies a common market. At present, with the continuous improvement of the domestic technical level and the improvement of the precision of domestic equipment and dies, domestic high-speed machines are more and more, and the high-speed machines can gradually replace old medium and low-speed machines due to high speed, high efficiency and low rejection rate. The requirement on drawing oil is higher because of the high punching and drawing speed of the high-speed machine, the drawing oil of the high-speed machine which is matched with the application of the Asahi precision machine in the past only has imported oil products, the domestic high-speed machine has own characteristics in the aspects of oil supply modes and mold design, and the material of the nickel preplating is more and more popular. At present, the lubricant suitable for stretching the domestic high-speed machine and the nickel pre-plated steel battery shell is only an imported product, the price is high, and the oil products of domestic brands cannot meet the requirements at present. In order to be matched with the development and application of the current domestic high-speed machine and the pre-nickel-plated steel battery shell, more economical and practical drawing oil must be developed, and the drawing oil contributes to the development of the current steel battery shell processing industry of the power automobile.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the related art, the present disclosure provides a nickel pre-plated steel battery case drawing oil and a preparation method thereof.

According to a first aspect of the present disclosure, the present disclosure provides a nickel pre-plated steel battery case drawing oil, which is composed of polyisobutylene, sulfurized olefin, sulfurized animal oil or sulfurized vegetable oil, non-drying oil, synthetic ester, antioxidant, and mineral oil.

According to a specific embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure, the content of each component of the drawing oil for the nickel pre-plated steel battery case is as follows: 2% -10% of polyisobutylene; 0.5 to 5 percent of sulfurized olefin; 2 to 7 percent of vulcanized animal oil or vulcanized vegetable oil; 5% -20% of non-drying oil; 5% -20% of synthetic ester; 0.05 to 1 percent of antioxidant; the balance of mineral oil.

According to another specific embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure, the sulfurized animal oil is sulfurized lard; the vulcanized vegetable oil is vulcanized rapeseed oil.

According to another specific embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure, the non-drying oil refers to an oil that is incapable of oxidative drying in air to form a solid film, and has an iodine value of 100 or less; preferably, the oil is at least one of lard, palm oil, castor oil, olive oil.

According to another specific embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure, the synthetic ester is at least one of a monoester, a diester, or a polyol ester; preferably, the mono-ester is methyl oleate, the di-ester is diisooctyl adipate, and the polyol ester is trimethylolpropane oleate.

According to another particular embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure, the antioxidant is an alkylphenol antioxidant or an aminic antioxidant; preferably, the alkylphenol type antioxidant is 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, and the amine type antioxidant is N, N' -di-sec-butyl-p-phenylenediamine.

According to a second aspect of the present disclosure, the present disclosure provides a method for preparing a nickel pre-plated steel battery case drawing oil, comprising the following steps:

step S1, adding mineral oil, polyisobutylene, nondrying oil, synthetic ester and antioxidant, heating to 60-65 deg.C, stirring for 20-30min, and mixing;

and step S2, stopping heating, adding sulfurized olefin, sulfurized animal oil or sulfurized vegetable oil, continuing stirring for 15-25min, and mixing uniformly.

The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects:

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail so that those skilled in the art can easily implement them.

In the present disclosure, it is to be understood that any numerical range recited herein is intended to include all sub-ranges within that numerical range. For example, a range of "1 to 100" refers to all point values within 1 to 100, i.e., including 1, 1.1, and even less, up to 100, which is a continuous range of values, including every value between the minimum value of 1 and the maximum value of 100. It should be further noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present disclosure may be combined with each other without conflict. The present disclosure is described in detail below with reference to examples.

The present disclosure is made to solve, at least in part, the problems in the prior art that the inventors have discovered.

Example 1:

the nickel pre-plated steel battery shell drawing oil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2% of polyisobutene, 0.5% of sulfurized olefin, 2% of sulfurized lard, 5% of methyl oleate, 0.05% of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and 85% of mineral oil.

The preparation method of the pre-nickel-plated steel battery shell drawing oil comprises the following steps:

step S1, adding mineral oil, polyisobutylene, lard, methyl oleate and 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, heating to 60 ℃, stirring for 20min, and mixing uniformly;

and step S2, stopping heating, adding sulfurized olefin and sulfurized lard, continuing stirring for 15min, and uniformly mixing to obtain the catalyst.

Example 2:

the nickel pre-plated steel battery shell drawing oil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3% of polyisobutylene, 2.5% of sulfurized olefin, 3.5% of sulfurized rapeseed oil, 8% of palm oil, 8% of diisooctyl adipate, 0.4% of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and 75% of mineral oil.

The preparation method of the pre-nickel-plated steel battery shell drawing oil comprises the following steps:

step S1, adding mineral oil, polyisobutylene, palm oil, diisooctyl adipate and 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, heating to 62 ℃, stirring for 25min, and uniformly mixing;

and step S2, stopping heating, adding the sulfurized olefin and the sulfurized rapeseed oil, continuing stirring for 18min, and uniformly mixing to obtain the catalyst.

Example 3:

the nickel pre-plated steel battery shell drawing oil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5% of polyisobutylene, 3% of sulfurized olefin, 2.5% of sulfurized lard oil and 2.5% of sulfurized rapeseed oil, 10% of castor oil, 10% of diisooctyl adipate, 0.4% of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, 0.4% of N, N' -di-sec-butyl-p-phenylenediamine and 66% of mineral oil.

The preparation method of the pre-nickel-plated steel battery shell drawing oil comprises the following steps:

step S1, adding mineral oil, polyisobutylene, castor oil, diisooctyl adipate, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and N, N' -di-sec-butyl-p-phenylenediamine, heating to 64 ℃, stirring for 28min, and uniformly mixing;

and step S2, stopping heating, adding the sulfurized olefin, the sulfurized lard oil and the sulfurized rapeseed oil, continuing stirring for 20min, and uniformly mixing to obtain the catalyst.

Example 4:

the nickel pre-plated steel battery shell drawing oil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8% of polyisobutylene, 4% of sulfurized olefin, 6% of sulfurized lard, 15% of olive oil, 15% of trimethylolpropane oleate, 0.8% of N, N' -di-sec-butyl-p-phenylenediamine and 51% of mineral oil.

The preparation method of the pre-nickel-plated steel battery shell drawing oil comprises the following steps:

step S1, adding mineral oil, polyisobutylene, olive oil, trimethylolpropane oleate and N, N' -di-sec-butyl-p-phenylenediamine, heating to 65 ℃, stirring for 30min, and mixing uniformly;

and step S2, stopping heating, adding sulfurized olefin and sulfurized lard, continuing stirring for 22min, and uniformly mixing to obtain the feed additive.

Example 5:

the nickel pre-plated steel battery shell drawing oil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10% of polyisobutylene, 5% of sulfurized olefin, 7% of sulfurized rapeseed oil, 20% of olive oil, 20% of trimethylolpropane oleate, 1% of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and 37% of mineral oil.

The preparation method of the pre-nickel-plated steel battery shell drawing oil comprises the following steps:

step S1, adding mineral oil, polyisobutylene, olive oil, trimethylolpropane oleate and 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, heating to 65 ℃, stirring for 30min, and mixing uniformly;

and step S2, stopping heating, adding the sulfurized olefin and the sulfurized rapeseed oil, continuing stirring for 25min, and uniformly mixing to obtain the catalyst.

Comparative example 1:

in the same manner as in example 1, 0.05% of 2, 6-di-t-butyl-p-cresol was not added, and the content of 2, 6-di-t-butyl-p-cresol was replaced with the same content of mineral oil.

Comparative example 2:

as in example 2, only 8% of the diisooctyl adipate was removed and the content of diisooctyl adipate was replaced by an equivalent amount of mineral oil.

Comparative example 3:

just 10% of the castor oil was removed and the castor oil content was replaced by an equivalent amount of mineral oil as in example 2.

Comparative example 4:

as in example 4, only 8% of the polyisobutene is removed, the polyisobutene content being replaced by an equivalent amount of mineral oil.

Comparative example 5:

as in example 1, only 0.5% of the sulfurized olefin was removed, and the sulfurized olefin content was replaced with an equal amount of mineral oil.

Comparative example 6:

as in example 1, only 2% of the lard sulfide was removed, the content of lard sulfide being replaced by an equivalent amount of mineral oil.

The rotary oxygen bomb, the oil sludge, the lubricating property PB value and the extreme pressure PD value of the examples 1 to 5 and the comparative examples 1 to 6 are tested according to SH/T0193, SH/T0565, GB/T3142 and GB/T3142 respectively, and the test results are shown in the following table:
