Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of poultry breeding, in particular to a poultry egg incubator.

Background

The egg incubator is a machine for artificially simulating the mother of an oviparous animal to carry out temperature, humidity, egg turning and other conditions and developing fertilized eggs into lives after a certain time, and is mainly used for hatching eggs, embryonic development and the like. During natural hatching, the embryos can receive light stimulation when the hens leave foraging, etc. In contrast, artificial commercial hatching often employs complete darkness for hatching. However, in modern industries, poultry hatch accounts for nearly 1/2-1/3 of poultry growth, and the quality of the hatchling chicks is a key factor in determining later production performance. In recent years, a great deal of research shows that illumination can affect the development of embryos, the growth of the embryos can be improved by light stimulation in the hatching process, the hatching rate can be improved, and the hatching time can be shortened.

Although some existing egg hatchers are provided with lighting lamps, the lighting lamps are arranged at the top of a hatching cavity and irradiate all eggs, but the eggs are placed on different egg supports, the range from each egg support is inconsistent, and it is difficult to ensure that the illumination of each egg is uniform and the illumination intensity is approximately equal. In addition, the egg tray tilts along with the egg turning mechanism, the eggs tilt, and certain parts of the eggs cannot be irradiated, so that uniform illumination of all parts of the eggs cannot be ensured.

It can be seen that the illumination equipment for eggs in the existing incubator needs to be improved and enhanced.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the poultry egg incubator, which aims to ensure that the illumination quantity of each poultry egg on the egg support is consistent, so that the poultry eggs on the egg support can be ensured to obtain proper illumination intensity and illumination quantity.

In addition, because illumination can not move relative to the bearing seat when eggs are incubated, when an egg turning mechanism in the incubator turns eggs on the egg support, the included angle between light rays emitted by the illumination device and the support can not be changed, and therefore the illumination intensity of the eggs of the poultry at various time points in an illumination period is guaranteed to be the same. Further guarantee that the illumination volume of each position of poultry hatching egg is the same, prevent to cause light to block because of the upset.

The present invention provides a poultry egg incubator, which is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical schemes and effects of the present invention clearer and clearer.
