Specifically, the boss 1114 is arranged to be better connected with the plastic cover 115, and the plastic cover 115 is connected with the oil sealing silica gel 111 and compresses the oil sealing silica gel 111 to be connected with the organic cotton storage frame 143; on the other hand, the plastic cap 115 also functions to connect the atomizer 10, ensuring stability and reliability of the entire atomizing assembly 11 in the atomizer 10. Preferably, the boss 1114 is also integrally formed with the silicone body 1112.

Another embodiment of the present invention provides an atomizer 10, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, which includes an oil bin 13 and the atomizing assembly 11, wherein a smoke chamber 131 is disposed in the oil bin 13, the smoke chamber 131 is used for storing smoke, two ends of the oil bin 13 are respectively provided with a smoke suction port 132 and an oil sealing port 133 which are communicated with the smoke chamber 131, the oil sealing cover 14 is sealed at the oil sealing port 133, the first smoke discharge port 1111 is communicated with the smoke suction port 132, the smoke suction port 132 is used for finally sucking out atomized smoke, and the plastic cover 115 is connected to the periphery of the inner end of the smoke suction port 132, so that the smoke can be exposed from the smoke suction port 132, and only smoke is limited to be discharged from the smoke suction port 132. In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 to 6, the atomizer 10 further includes an air intake structure 12, the air intake structure 12 includes a fixing seat 121 and a base silica gel 122, and the oil seal cover 14 is provided with a first cavity 15 and a first air intake 1411 communicated with the first cavity 15; the fixed seat 121 is provided with a second air inlet hole 12111 communicated with a second cavity 16 and the second cavity 16, the fixed seat 121 is abutted to the oil seal cover 14, the first cavity 15 and the second cavity 16 jointly enclose to form a smoke and oil temporary storage cavity, and the fixed seat 121 is further provided with a baffle 1213 positioned between the first air inlet hole 1411 and the second air inlet hole 12111; the base silica gel 122 covers the oil seal cover 14 and the fixing seat 121 and abuts against the inner wall of the oil smoke chamber 131, and a third air inlet 1221 communicated with the second air inlet 12111 is arranged on the base silica gel 122. Specifically, gas enters from the third air inlet 1221 and then enters the second cavity 16 through the second air inlet 12111, because the baffle 1213 is disposed on the fixing base 121 and is located between the first air inlet 1411 and the second air inlet 12111, at this time, the gas does not directly enter the first air inlet 1411, and the gas flows from the second air inlet 12111 to both sides of the second cavity 16 under the action of the baffle 1213, then enters the first cavity 15 and is located at both sides of the first air inlet 1411, and then is discharged from the first air inlet 1411, so that under the condition of ensuring normal flow of the gas, oil is prevented from directly entering from the first air inlet 1411 and then being discharged from the second air inlet 12111 and along the third air inlet 1221 to form oil leakage; that is to say, even the tobacco tar gets into from first air inlet, can drip on baffle 1213 to keep in under the water conservancy diversion effect of baffle 1213 and enclose the tobacco tar of establishing formation in the chamber of keeping in together in first chamber 15 and second chamber 16, avoid forming the oil leak.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 to 8, the oil sealing cover 14 includes a sealing plate 141 and a first frame plate 142 disposed on one side of the sealing plate 141, the first frame plate 142 and the sealing plate 141 together enclose the first cavity 15, and the first air inlet 1411 is disposed on the sealing plate 141. Specifically, the sealing plate 141 mainly serves to seal the tobacco tar cavity 131 of the atomizer 10, the first cavity 15 is disposed on a side opposite to the tobacco tar cavity 131, the first cavity 15 has a certain accommodating space and is communicated with the first air inlet 1411, and the first cavity 15 at least serves to guide air through the first air inlet 1411.

Further, the fixing seat 121 includes a seat plate 1211 and a second frame plate 1212 disposed on the peripheral side of the seat plate 1211, the second frame plate 1212 and the seat plate 1211 are configured to form the second cavity 16, the second air inlet holes 12111 are disposed on the seat plate 1211, and the baffles 1213 cross opposite ends of the second frame plate 1212. Specifically, the fixing seat 121 mainly forms the second cavity 16 and is abutted with the first cavity 15 of the oil seal cover 14 to form a relatively closed tobacco tar temporary storage cavity. More importantly, a cross baffle 1213 is disposed on the second frame plate 1212 of the fixing seat 121, and the baffle 1213 is interposed between the first air inlet 1411 and the second air inlet 12111 to block the oil smoke from directly entering the second air inlet 12111 through the first air inlet 1411. In addition, the tobacco tar temporary storage cavity that forms can be used for keeping in the tobacco tar, combines with baffle 1213 and can avoid the oil leak effectively.

Further, the base silica gel 122 covers the seat plate 1211, the second frame plate 1212, and the first frame plate 142. Specifically, base silica gel 122 has better toughness, can make the butt joint of first framed-board 142 and second framed-board 1212 more stable through its cladding, and the tobacco tar chamber of keeping in of formation is better at the leakproofness of butt joint department to effectively utilized the base silica gel 122 that originally plays sealed effect, under the condition that does not increase other structures and volume, makeed the part effectively utilized originally, be favorable to the design of miniaturized structure.

In this embodiment, the first frame plate 142 protruding from one side of the sealing plate 141 forms the first cavity 15, and the second frame plate 1212 protruding from one side of the seat 1211 forms the second cavity 16, the cross-sectional shapes and areas of the first cavity 15 and the second cavity 16 are the same, so that the first cavity 15 and the second cavity 16 can be completely aligned after being butted, and the sealing performance of the oil smoke temporary storage cavity can be improved. Meanwhile, since the cross-sectional area of the first frame plate 142 is slightly smaller than the planar area of the sealing plate 141, a step can be formed between the first frame plate 142 and the sealing plate 141, which is beneficial to the cladding and fixing of the base silica gel 122 to the seat plate 1211, the second frame plate 1212 and the first frame plate 142.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 to 8, first line passing holes are respectively disposed on two sides of the first air inlet hole 1411 of the sealing plate 141, second line passing holes 12112 are respectively disposed on two sides of the second air inlet hole 12111 of the seat plate 1211, third line passing holes 1222 are respectively disposed on two sides of the third air inlet hole 1221 of the base silica gel 122, atomizing electrodes 1223 inserted into the third line passing holes 1222 and the second line passing holes 12112 in corresponding positions are disposed outside the base silica gel 122, and the atomizing electrodes 1223 are hermetically connected to the third line passing holes 1222 and the second line passing holes 12112 in corresponding positions. Specifically, there are two first wire holes, two second wire holes 12112 and two third wire holes 1222, and the two first wire holes, the second wire holes 12112 and the third wire holes 1222 are respectively and correspondingly disposed, so that two electrode wires can be inserted, and thus the power supply 30 of the electronic cigarette can be electrically connected to the heating wire 114 located in the cigarette oil chamber 131, so as to achieve the atomization effect. The atomizing electrode 1223 disposed outside the base silica gel 122 can serve to connect the power supply 30, and can seal the third through hole 1222 and the second through hole 12112, thereby preventing the third through hole 1222 and the second through hole 12112 from air leakage and oil leakage.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, the inner end of the atomizing electrode 1223 protrudes into the second chamber 16. Specifically, the atomizing electrode 1223 extending into the second chamber 16 forms a small recess with its adjacent sidewall, and the recess can accommodate the tar entering into the second chamber 16, preventing it from easily flowing into the second air inlet hole 12111, thereby achieving prevention of oil leakage.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 to 6, the first frame plate 142 is provided with two clearance openings 1421 for accommodating two end portions of the baffle 1213. Specifically, the avoiding opening 1421 is configured to allow a space for accommodating two end portions of the baffle 1213, so that the first frame plate 142 and the second frame plate 1212 can be more tightly abutted, and the risk of oil leakage from the abutting portion of the first frame plate 142 and the second frame plate 1212 is reduced.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 to 6, an organic cotton storage frame 143 for storing organic cotton is disposed on the other side of the sealing plate 141. Specifically, the organic cotton storage frame 143 is used for storing organic cotton, so that the position of the organic cotton can be located, and the normal use of the atomizer 10 is prevented from being influenced by the excessive displacement of the organic cotton.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 8, the orifices of the second air intake holes 12111 are larger than the orifices of the first air intake holes 1411 and the orifices of the third air intake holes 1221. Specifically, the second air inlet holes 12111 are designed to be larger so as to effectively divide the air entering from the third air inlet holes 1221 from the second cavity 16, enter the first cavity 15 from both sides, and enter the first air inlet holes 1411 from the first cavity 15, thereby improving the air intake efficiency, the atomization efficiency and the atomization effect.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 to 6, the outer periphery of the base silicone 122 is disposed with a plurality of sealing abutting ribs 1224. Specifically, the sealing and abutting ribs 1224 are configured to abut against the inner wall of the tobacco cavity 131 of the atomizer 10 when the atomizer 10 is placed therein, so as to seal the atomizer 10 and prevent oil leakage at the location.

The invention further provides an electronic cigarette, which comprises the atomizing assembly 11 of the atomizer 10. Specifically, in the electronic cigarette of the present invention, due to the atomization assembly 11 of the atomizer 10, the tobacco tar can be atomized in real time, the problem of delayed atomization of the tobacco tar is avoided, the atomization efficiency of the tobacco tar is improved, and the smoking experience of the electronic cigarette using the pair of atomizers 10 is greatly improved.

Another embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic cigarette, which includes an atomizer 10 and a housing assembly 20, as shown in fig. 11, a U-shaped frame 21 of the housing assembly 20 is provided with a power supply 30, a microphone controller 40 and a control board 50, which are located between the first side plate 22 and the second side plate 23, the power supply 30 and the microphone controller 40 are both electrically connected to the control board 50, and the atomizer 10 is connected to an open end of the U-shaped frame 21 and is electrically connected to the control board 50. Specifically, in the electronic cigarette according to the embodiment of the present invention, because the housing assembly 20 is provided, the first decorative sheet 24 can be slidably connected between the two first sliding grooves 211, and the second decorative sheet 25 can be slidably connected between the two second sliding grooves 212, so that the first decorative sheet 24 and the second decorative sheet 25 can be conveniently replaced, and further, a user can conveniently select different first decorative sheets 24 and second decorative sheets 25 for use according to his or her preference, the style of the housing assembly 20 can be changed, and the requirement of the user for the selectable change of the style of the electronic cigarette can be met.

Specifically, the case assembly 20 includes a U-shaped frame 21, a first side plate 22, a second side plate 23, a first decorative sheet 24 and a second decorative sheet 25, the U-shaped frame 21 has a first inner wall and a second inner wall which are oppositely disposed, a cross bar 213 connected between the first inner wall and the second inner wall is disposed at a position of the U-shaped frame 21 close to an opening end thereof, the first side plate 22 is disposed at one side in the U-shaped frame 21, the second side plate 23 is disposed at the other side in the U-shaped frame 21 and connected with the first side plate 22, and the cross bar 213 is sandwiched between the first side plate 22 and the second side plate 23.

Further, first inner wall and second inner wall all are provided with interval arrangement and its length direction extension's first spout 211 and second spout 212, the both sides end of first decoration piece 24 respectively with both sides first spout 211 sliding connection and insert in the U type frame 21, the both sides end of second decoration piece 25 respectively with both sides second spout 212 sliding connection and insert in the U type frame 21, first curb plate 22 with second curb plate 23 all is in first decoration piece 24 with between the second decoration piece 25.

In the housing assembly 20 of the electronic cigarette, the first side plate 22 and the second side plate 23 are connected between the cross bars 213, and the first side plate and the second side plate are connected with the U-shaped frame 21 to form a space for installing the power supply 30, and the first sliding groove 211 and the second sliding groove 212 are formed on the first inner wall and the second inner wall of the U-shaped frame 21, so that the first decorative sheet 24 can be connected between the two first sliding grooves 211 in a sliding manner, and the second decorative sheet 25 can be connected between the two second sliding grooves 212 in a sliding manner, so that the first decorative sheet 24 and the second decorative sheet 25 can be conveniently replaced, a user can conveniently select different first decorative sheets 24 and second decorative sheets 25 to use according to the preference of the user, the style of the housing assembly 20 can be changed, and the requirement of the user for optional change of the electronic cigarette can be met.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10 to 11, first sliding strips 241 are disposed at both side ends of the first decorative sheet 24, and the first sliding strips 241 are slidably engaged with the first sliding grooves 211 corresponding to the positions; both sides end of the second decorative sheet 25 is provided with a second sliding strip 251, and the second sliding strip 251 is in sliding fit with the second sliding groove 212 corresponding to the position. Specifically, the sectional area of the first sliding bar 241 is matched with the sectional area of the first sliding chute 211, so that when the first sliding bar 241 slides into the first sliding chute 211, the first sliding bar 241 can be stable and cannot be loosened too much; similarly, the sectional area of the second slide bar 251 is matched with the sectional area of the second sliding groove 212, so that when the second slide bar 251 slides into the second sliding groove 212, the second slide bar 251 can be stable and cannot be loosened too much. This makes it possible to achieve stability and reliability after the first decorative sheet 24 and the second decorative sheet 25 are mounted. In addition, the thickness of the first sliding strip 241 is smaller than the rear side of the first decorative sheet 24, the thickness of the second sliding strip 251 is smaller than the thickness of the second decorative sheet 25, so that a step is formed between the first sliding strip 241 and the first decorative sheet 24, a step is formed between the second sliding strip 251 and the second decorative sheet 25, the first sliding strip 241 is matched with the first sliding groove 211 without dislocation in the width direction due to the formation of the step, and the second sliding strip 251 is matched with the second sliding groove 212 without dislocation in the width direction, so that the first decorative sheet 24 and the second decorative sheet 25 can be assembled and disassembled more smoothly.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10 to 11, both side ends of the first side plate 22 are provided with first supporting bars 221 which are parallel to the first sliding groove 211 and are used for supporting the first sliding bar 241; both side ends of the second side plate 23 are provided with second supporting bars 231 which are flush with the second sliding grooves 212 and used for supporting the second sliding bars 251. Specifically, the first supporting bar 221 is used for supporting a part of the structure of the first sliding bar 241, and cooperates with the first sliding slot 211 to form a sliding channel cooperating with the first sliding bar 241, so that the first decorative sheet 24 with the first sliding bar 241 can be more easily slid into place along the first sliding slot 211; similarly, the second supporting bar 231 is used to support a portion of the second sliding bar 251, and cooperates with the second sliding groove 212 to form a sliding channel cooperating with the second sliding bar 251, so that the second decorative sheet 25 having the second sliding bar 251 can be more easily slid into place along the second sliding groove 212.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10 to 11, the wall surface of the closed end of the U-shaped frame 21 is provided with a support base 214 supported between the first side plate 22 and the second side plate 23. Specifically, the supporting platform 214 is supported between the first side plate 22 and the second side plate 23, combined with the cross bar 213 and disposed at two ends of the first side plate 22 in the length direction at intervals, so as to be supported between the first side plate 22 and the second side plate 23 together, thereby ensuring that the space between the first side plate 22 and the second side plate 23 is sufficient for installing the power supply 30, and the first side plate 22 and the second side plate 23 do not collapse, so that the structure is stable, and the practicability is strong.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 10 to 11, an elastic positioning mechanism 60 is provided in the U-shaped frame 21, the elastic positioning mechanism 60 is disposed between the first side plate 22 and the second side plate 23, and the two ends of the elastic positioning mechanism 60 are respectively provided with a first glass bead 61 and a second glass bead 62 which can float, a first position-avoiding hole 223 is formed in the first side plate 22 at a position corresponding to the first bead 61, so that a part of the first bead 61 extends out of the first side plate 22, a second position-avoiding hole 233 for allowing a part of the second bead 62 to extend out of the second side plate 23 is arranged at a position of the second side plate 23 corresponding to the second bead 62, the inner side of the first decorative plate is provided with a first round groove 242 for accommodating the first glass bead 61, the inner side of the second decorative plate is provided with a second circular groove 252 for accommodating the second bead 62. Specifically, the first bead 61 and the second bead 62 of the elastic positioning mechanism 60 have a certain elastic capability, that is, after the first bead 61 and the second bead 62 are pressed, the first bead 61 and the second bead 62 can reversely apply a reaction force. Thus, after the first decorative sheet 24 and the second decorative sheet 25 are assembled, the first bead 61 protrudes and is received in the first circular groove 242 of the first decorative sheet 24 under the action of elastic force, and the second bead 62 protrudes and is received in the second circular groove 252 of the second decorative sheet 25 under the action of elastic force. Therefore, the first decorative sheet 24 and the second decorative sheet 25 cannot easily fall out of the first sliding groove 211 and the second sliding groove 212 respectively under the limitation of the first glass bead 61 and the second glass bead 62, and the glass bead decorative plate is ingenious in structural design and high in practicability.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10 to 11, the elastic positioning mechanism 60 further includes a bead column 63, a limiting ring 64 and a spring 65, the inner side of the first side plate 22 is provided with a fixing sleeve 224, the bead column 63 is inserted and fixed in the fixing sleeve 224, the fixing sleeve 224 is used for limiting the bead column 63 and allowing the bead column 63 to be installed, the bead column 63 is provided with a spring hole 631, two ends of the spring hole 631 form a small aperture and a large aperture respectively, the first bead 61 is disposed in the spring hole 631 and partially protrudes out of the small aperture, and the aperture of the small aperture is smaller than the outer diameter of the first bead 61, so that the first bead 61 can be prevented from coming out of the small aperture. The spring 65 is arranged in the spring hole 631, one end of the spring abuts against the first glass bead 61, the second glass bead 62 is arranged in the limiting ring 64 and partially extends out of the limiting ring 64, the limiting ring 64 is embedded in the large hole, the limiting ring 64 is tightly matched with the large hole, the limiting ring 64 is provided with an inner hole, the caliber of the inner hole is the same as that of the small hole, and similarly, the outer diameter of the second glass bead 62 is the same as that of the first glass bead 61, and the structure is the same in size. The other end of the spring 65 presses against the second bead 62. Specifically, the first bead 61 and the second bead 62 are not separated from the spring hole 631 under the restriction of the spring hole 631 and the position-limiting ring 64, respectively, and the spring 65 abutting between the first bead 61 and the second bead 62 is disposed in the spring hole 631, so that under the action of the spring 65, a part of the structure that always abuts against the first bead 61 and the second bead 62 is exposed outside the small hole and the inner hole of the position-limiting ring 64, respectively. In this manner, it is always ensured that portions of the structure of the first bead 61 and the second bead 62 are respectively received in the first circular groove 242 of the first decorative sheet 24 and the second circular groove 252 of the second decorative sheet 25. Moreover, the first glass beads 61 and the second glass beads 62 can easily abut against the spring 65 after being stressed, so that the first decorative sheet 24 and the second decorative sheet 25 can be accommodated to slide out and be taken away, the first decorative sheet 24 and the second decorative sheet 25 can be conveniently replaced, and the diversified decorative change requirements of an electronic cigarette product are met.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 10 to 11, a plurality of studs 222 are disposed on an inner side of the first side plate 22, a plurality of screw holes 232 are disposed on the second side plate 23 and correspond to the studs 222, respectively, and the second side plate 23 is fixed to the first side plate 22 by screws 234 passing through the corresponding screw holes 232 and connecting with the studs 222. Specifically, the first side plate 22 and the second side plate 23 can be realized by a screw 234 penetrating through a screw hole 232 and a stud 222 corresponding to the connecting position, and the stud 222 can be combined to support the second side plate 23, so that the first side plate 22 and the second side plate 23 can be stably connected.
