Disclosure of Invention

Based on the above, the invention provides a trousers three-dimensional forming jig, wherein trousers are supported by a support frame, a waist opening and a leg opening of the trousers are tightly supported and locked by a waist external supporting mechanism and a leg external supporting mechanism, and the trousers are inflated by an inflating mechanism to obtain the full trousers in a three-dimensional forming state, so that the requirement of 3D measurement is met, the applicability problem of the trousers with different sizes can be solved by the inflating mode, and the trousers three-dimensional forming jig is high in universality and good in display effect.

A trousers stereolithography tool includes:

a support frame; the support frame includes: a lumbar support and leg supports connected to the lumbar support;

a waist external supporting mechanism connected with the supporting frame; the waist external supporting mechanism is arranged on the waist supporting piece;

a leg external support mechanism connected with the support frame; the leg external supporting mechanism is arranged on the leg supporting piece; and

an inflation mechanism connected with the support frame; the inflation mechanism is used for inflating the trousers.

Detailed Description

To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. As shown in fig. 1, the trousers three-dimensional forming fixture 100 includes: a support frame 10, and a waist external supporting mechanism 20, a leg external supporting mechanism 30 and an inflating mechanism 40 which are respectively connected with the support frame 10. Wherein, the supporting frame 10 is used to be inserted into the trousers 200 to support the trousers 200, the waist external supporting mechanism 20 is used to lock the waist opening position of the trousers 200 from the inside to the outside, the leg external supporting mechanism 30 is used to lock the leg opening position of the trousers 200 from the inside to the outside, and the inflating mechanism 40 is used to inflate the trousers 200 to make the trousers 200 in a full three-dimensional forming state, which satisfies the requirement of 3D measurement.

In use, the waist support 11 is inserted through the waist of the pants 200, and the leg supports 12 are inserted through the legs of the pants 200.

Further, as shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the leg support 12 includes: respectively connected to the first support bar 121 and the second support bar 122 of the lumbar support 11. At least one leg part outer support mechanism 30 is connected to each of the first support bar 121 and the second support bar 122. The first support bar 121 and the second support bar 122 correspond to one trouser leg of the trousers 200 respectively, and the first support bar 121 and the second support bar 122 are connected with at least one leg external support mechanism 30 respectively, so that the loading is facilitated.

The trousers 200 can be improved in a targeted manner in consideration of various sizes in the aspect of waist height and leg length.

For example, in some embodiments, the lumbar support 11 is a telescoping arrangement. For example, in some embodiments, the lumbar support 11 is provided as a telescoping rod or a liftable support. Designing the lumbar support 11 to be a stretchable structure can be adapted to pants 200 of different waist heights, improving the versatility of the device.

For example, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the first supporting rod 121 and the second supporting rod 122 are both arranged in a telescopic structure. The first support rod 121 and the second support rod 122 are designed to be telescopic so as to be suitable for the trousers 200 with different leg lengths, thereby improving the versatility of the equipment.

There are also various implementations of the telescopic structure of the first and second support bars 121 and 122.

For example, as shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment, each of the first support bar 121 and the second support bar 122 includes two bar bodies sleeved with each other, and a positioning hole 1211 and a positioning screw 1212 are provided, and a relative extending amount between the two bar bodies can be adjusted by operating the positioning screw 1212, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting a combined length of the two bar bodies.

In other embodiments, the first support rod 121 and the second support rod 122 may be multi-section telescopic rods, and the length adjustment may also be achieved.

In addition, in some 3D measurement requirements, it is necessary to photograph the states of different opening angles of the legs of the trousers 200, and therefore, in the present embodiment, the first support bar 121 and the second support bar 122 are respectively hinged to the lumbar support 11. The relative opening angle of the first support rod 121 and the second support rod 122 can be adjusted by adopting a hinged connection mode, so that the posture of the trousers 200 can be conveniently adjusted.

Further, in order to improve the degree of automation of the apparatus, in the present embodiment, the leg support 12 may further include: a first driver 123 connected between the first support bar 121 and the second support bar 122. The first driver 123 is used for adjusting an included angle between the first supporting rod 121 and the second supporting rod 122. The first driver 123 can be used to realize the automatic angle adjustment of the first support rod 121 and the second support rod 122, thereby improving the convenience of use.

As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the first actuator 123 is a cylinder, one end of the cylinder is connected to the inner side of the first supporting rod 121, and a piston rod of the cylinder is connected to the inner side of the second supporting rod 122. In other embodiments, the first driver 123 may also be a motor, and a gear transmission structure is provided to realize transmission between the first support rod 121 and the second support rod 122.

As shown in fig. 1, the lumbar outer support mechanism 20 is mounted on the lumbar support 11. As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the lumbar outer support mechanism 20 includes: a second actuator 21 connected to the lumbar support 11 and a lumbar outer support 22 connected to the second actuator 21. As shown in fig. 5, the second driver 21 drives the lumbar outer support 22 to move outward. The waist outer supporter 22 is brought by the second actuator 21 to abut against the inside of the waist opening of the trousers 200 so that the waist opening position of the trousers 200 is locked.

Further, in this embodiment, the second actuator 21 is a finger clamping cylinder, the waist outer support 22 is two arc-shaped blocks disposed oppositely, the two arc-shaped blocks are respectively connected to the fingers on the finger clamping cylinder, and the two arc-shaped blocks can be driven to move closer or away from each other by the action of the finger clamping cylinder.

As shown in fig. 1, the leg rest mechanism 30 is mounted on the leg support 12. As shown in fig. 6, the leg external support mechanism 30 includes: a third driver 31 connected to the leg support 12 and a leg outer support 32 connected to the third driver 31. As shown in fig. 7, the third driver 31 drives the leg outer support 32 to move outward. The leg outer supports 32 are brought by the third driver 31 against the inner sides of the leg openings of the trousers 200 so that the leg opening positions of the trousers 200 are locked.

Further, in this embodiment, the third driver 31 is a finger clamping cylinder, the leg outer support 32 is two arc blocks arranged oppositely, the two arc blocks are connected to the finger clamping cylinder respectively, and the two arc blocks can be driven to move close or away from each other relatively by the action of the finger clamping cylinder.

In other embodiments, the second actuator 21 and the third actuator 31 may be formed by combining two air cylinders. In other embodiments, the second driver 21 and the third driver 31 may also be motors, and corresponding transmission structures are provided.

In addition, in some embodiments, the waist external supporting mechanism 20 and the leg external supporting mechanism 30 may be provided with sealing films, respectively. For example, when the waist support mechanism 20 is provided with a seal film, the amount of gas leaking out from the waist opening when the pants 200 are inflated can be reduced. Similarly, when the leg supporting means 30 is provided with the seal film, the amount of gas leaking from the leg hole when the pants 200 are inflated can be reduced. The sealing film can reduce the gas leakage of the trousers 200 during the inflation process, and shorten the time for the inflation molding of the trousers 200.

As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the inflation mechanism 40 includes: an air duct 41 connected to the support frame 10, and a fan (not shown) connected to the air duct 41. The fan generates an air flow and is guided into the trousers 200 through the air guide duct 41 to inflate the trousers 200. The air flow generated by the fan is guided into the trousers 200 from the support frame 10 through the air guide pipe 41, so that the air inflation molding of the trousers 200 can be rapidly realized.

It should be noted that, depending on the equipment conditions of the application scenario, in some embodiments, the blower may be omitted, and the gas may be obtained by using a blower or a gas source that is provided by the application scenario or purchased from outside.

Further, in the present embodiment, the air guide duct 41 is connected to the lumbar support 11, and when the trousers 200 are inflated, the air flow enters the trousers 200 from the waist opening of the trousers 200. In other embodiments, the air duct 41 can be connected to the leg support 12, and when the trousers 200 are inflated, the air flow enters the trousers 200 from the leg openings of the trousers 200. It is understood that in other embodiments, the air duct 41 can be connected to the waist support 11 and the leg support 12 respectively, and in this case, it can be considered to be connected in a detachable manner so as to avoid interfering with the loading of the trousers 200.

The three-dimensional trousers forming tool 100 is used by inserting the trousers 200 into the supporting frame 10, as shown in fig. 8, wherein the waist support 11 is used for supporting the waist of the trousers 200, and the leg support 12 is used for supporting the legs of the trousers 200. Then, the waist supporting mechanism 20 acts to tighten the waist opening of the pants 200 from the inside to the outside, and the leg supporting mechanism 30 acts to tighten the leg opening of the pants 200 from the inside to the outside. Then, the inflating mechanism 40 inflates the inside of the trousers 200, and when the air intake rate of the trousers 200 is greater than the air discharge rate, the amount of the gas in the trousers 200 is gradually increased, and finally the trousers 200 in the full three-dimensional forming state are obtained.
