1. A fountain cup with intelligent information processing device, comprising:

the cup body is provided with a plurality of hollow cylindrical shapes, the top of the cup body is an open end, and the bottom of the cup body is a closed end;

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a drinking cup and more particularly, but not by way of limitation, the cup of the present invention enables a user of the cup to drink or drink any liquid beverage without having to touch the cup with the mouth.

Background

People use drinking cups in their daily lives, and cups with lids are commonly used when driving cars or walking. When we suck water through the opening in the lid or with a straw, large amounts of bacteria and viruses will accumulate and multiply rapidly. When drinkers must share the same cup, bacteria and viruses are spread among users. Therefore, there is a need to create a cup from which a user can drink water or any beverage without touching the cup with the mouth.

Disclosure of Invention

It is an object of the present invention to provide a drinking cup from which a user can drink water or any beverage without touching the cup with the mouth.

It is another object of the present invention to prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses between users when they share a beverage using the same cup.

Therefore, the fountain type water cup with the intelligent information processing device comprises a cup body in a hollow cylindrical shape, wherein the top of the cup body is an open end, and the bottom of the cup body is a closed end; a detachable cup cover is connected with the opening end of the cup body, and a spray pipe extends from the upper part of the surface of the cup cover; the concave part in the middle of the surface of the cup cover is provided with a water inlet, and a water storage compartment is arranged in the cup cover to store residual water which is not inhaled by a user; a compartment is arranged at the bottom of the inner part of the cup body, a micro water spray pump is arranged in the compartment, and the upper side of the compartment is provided with an opening. A compartment is also arranged between the compartment and the closed end at the bottom of the cup body, a battery is arranged in the compartment, and the battery is connected with the micro water jet pump through an insulating circuit;

a water pipe is arranged in the cup body, the water pipe is connected with a water spraying port of the micro water spraying pump and extends through the inside of the cup body through the upper part of a compartment provided with the micro water spraying pump, and a first connecting part is arranged at the upper end of the water pipe; the lower end of the other section of the water spraying pipe extends out from the lower part of the cup cover and is provided with a second connecting part; when the cup cover covers the cup body, the first connecting part is connected with the second connecting part; the water cup further comprises an intelligent information processing device, the intelligent information processing device comprises a temperature sensor and a liquid amount state sensor which are arranged in the compartment, and an information processing and operation instruction chip which is arranged in the compartment, the intelligent information processing device monitors the state of water in the water cup, and when the water temperature is not suitable for a user to inhale with a mouth, the information processing and operation instruction chip can prevent the micro water spray pump from being started.

Further, the water storage compartment in the cup cover is provided with a water outlet on the surface of the cup cover, and the water outlet is used for releasing water which is not inhaled by a user and is remained in the water storage compartment; a removable cap sealingly covers the outlet.

Furthermore, the spray pipe is positioned in the middle of the cup cover, and the height of the spray jet of the micro spray pump from the cup cover is kept within 1/2 of the diameter of the cup cover so as to prevent water or beverage which is not drunk by a user from being sprayed out of the cup cover.

Further, a touch type induction switch is arranged on the outer wall of the cup body and is communicated with the battery, the intelligent information processing device and the micro injection water pump through a circuit. When the user touches the inductive switch, the battery is connected with the micro water spray pump, and water or beverage is sprayed out of the cup mouth through the conduit.

Further, the cup may also be fitted with a sensor that switches on the battery and the micro-pump when the user's mouth is within the range of the water jet of the spout, which starts to start and ejects water from the cup body through the spout.

Furthermore, the diameter of an interface of a second connecting part of the water spray pipe in the cup cover is slightly larger than that of the interface of the first connecting part of the water pipe, and an air inlet is formed at the joint of the first connecting part and the second connecting part; when the micro water jet pump stops working, the space left by the air inlet allows air to flow in, so the water jet pipe in the cup cover has the function of eliminating the vacuum state formed by the reduction of water in the cup.

Furthermore, the cup wall of the cup body can be designed and manufactured to be provided with an outer wall and an inner wall, and a space is reserved between the two walls or heat insulation materials are filled in the space to keep the temperature of water or beverage in the cup body, so that the cup body has a constant temperature effect.

Further, the water spray outlet of the water spray pipe may be provided with a multidirectional water spray nozzle so that a user can adjust the water spray angle.

Furthermore, an electronic display panel is arranged on the outer wall of the cup body and is connected with the information processor and the power supply, and the electronic display panel displays various information which is transmitted by the information processor and related to the state of liquid in the cup and related to a user.

Further, the intelligent information processing device can store information; the water cup also comprises an information transmission device and an external information system, and the intelligent information processing device performs wired or wireless information exchange and instruction receiving with the external information system through the information transmission device.

Furthermore, a plurality of types and colors of light sources are arranged between the outer wall and the inner wall of the cup body, the light sources are connected with an information processor, and different color light combinations are used for representing different liquid state information in the cup.

Furthermore, a charger and a power interface thereof can be arranged in the compartment in the cup body, the charger is connected with the battery or a wireless charging device, and the charging process of the charger can be completed by a wired charging device or a wireless charging device.

When a user touches the touch sensitive switch, the information processor receives temperature data or fluid volume data of the fluid from the temperature sensor. If the temperature of the liquid is suitable for the temperature range when people inhale for drinking, the micro water injection pump is started, and the micro water injection pump injects water or beverage out of the water injection pipe of the cup cover; the information processor also analyzes the fluid state data received from the temperature sensor, and if the cup contains liquid, the micro water spraying pump is started; the electronic display panel displays pertinent information if the fluid is outside a set temperature range or if there is no fluid in the cup, while the micro-pump is not activated in this case.

Referring to fig. 1-9, a drinking fountain 1 in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention has a body formed of hollow cylindrical shapes of different configurations, with the body of the drinking fountain 1 having an open top and a closed bottom. The cup cover 2 is arranged at the top and is detachably connected to the opening end of the cup body, and the spray pipe 8 extends out from the middle surface of the cup cover 2; the water storage compartment 5 is arranged in the cup cover 2, the water storage compartment 5 is provided with a water inlet 4 in a concave part 7 in the middle of the upper surface of the cup cover 2, and the water inlet 4 enables water or beverage which is not sucked by a user of a cup remained on the surface of the cup cover to flow into the water storage compartment 5.

The fountain cup 1 has a compartment 13 at the bottom of the interior of the cup, the compartment 13 being defined by a sheet 18 of material spaced within the cup. The sheet material 18 leaves openings 12 as water inlets. The compartment 13 is fitted with a micro-water jet pump 14. The battery 16 is mounted in a further compartment 15 located below the compartment 13 containing the micro-water jet pump, which compartment 15 is sealed by a further sheet 17. A touch inductive switch 6 is arranged on the outer wall of the fountain water cup 1, and the touch inductive switch 6 is connected with a battery 16 and a micro water spray pump 14 through circuit wires. When the user touches the touch sensitive switch, the circuit connects the battery 16 and the micro-pump 14, and the micro-pump 14 sprays water or beverage out of the cup mouth end through the spray pipe 8. When the user stops the touch sensitive switch, the circuit disconnects the battery 16 from the micro-pump 14 and the micro-pump 14 stops.

In order to keep the temperature of water or beverage in the fountain water cup 1, the cup body of the fountain water cup 1 can be made into a structure with an outer wall and an inner wall, a space for heat insulation is reserved between the outer wall and the inner wall, and heat insulation materials can be filled in the space for heat insulation. The micro-pump 14 is connected to a water pipe 11, and the water pipe 11 is connected to the water jet 3 of the micro-pump 14, and the water pipe 11 extends from the compartment 13 through the inside of the cup body to a portion near the open end. Once the cap covers the open end of the cup, the spout 8 and tube 11 are connected together by a connecting portion (9 and 10).

The diameter of the connecting part 9 of the water spraying pipe 8 in the cup cover 2 is slightly larger than that of the connecting part 10 of the water pipe 11 in the cup, and when the cup cover 2 covers the opening end of the fountain cup 1, a space air inlet 19 is reserved between the two connecting parts 9 and 10.

When the user of the cup stops drinking, the water spray pipe 8 installed on the cup cover becomes an air inflow pipe, and air flows in from the air inlet 19 of the reserved space between the two connection parts (9 and 10) to fill the vacuum formed inside the cup 1 after water is sprayed out of the cup 1. Since the user can drink in a bite, the structure and the manner of allowing air to flow in are completely capable of allowing enough air to enter the cup in time, and therefore, the structure and the manner of allowing air to flow in are completely feasible.

A detachable cap 30 is fitted over the spout 3 at the center of the cap 2, a packing 31 made of an elastic material such as rubber is provided around the opening of the cap 30, and a magnetic washer 32 is provided between the packing 31 and the cap 30. The cover cap 30 covers the water jet 3 and the water inlet 4 of the water storage compartment 5 in the cup cover 2 after covering the cup cover 2. A hollow cylinder 33 is provided in the cap 2, a packing 34 made of an elastic material is provided on the top of the hollow cylinder 33, and a hollow portion 35 provided at the lower portion of the hollow cylinder 33 between the packing 34 and the magnetic washer 32 covers the water jet 3. When the cap 30 is covered on the cup cover 2, the magnetic gasket 32 and the metal surface part of the cup cover 2 generate magnetic attraction, and the inner part of the cup cover combined by the sealing gasket 31 comprises the water jet 3 and the water inlet 4 which are completely sealed. A sealing ring 34 in the hollow cylinder 33 sealingly covers the water spout 3 and a sealing gasket 31 seals the water inlet 4.

The water outlet is arranged on the water storage compartment 5 in the cup cover and is connected with a removable clamping cover 40, and the clamping cover 40 is connected with the cup cover 2 through hinges 43 and 44. The card cover 40 is provided with a packing 41 made of an elastic material such as rubber around its periphery, and a magnetic washer 42 is provided between the packing 41 and the card cover 40. When the clamping cover 40 is closed, the magnetic gasket 41 and the metal surface part of the cup cover 2 generate magnetic attraction, and the elastic sealing ring 41 completely seals the combined part.

As shown in fig. 5, the water spray opening 3 can also be mounted at the opening of the water spray pipe 8 of the cup cover 2 by adopting a multi-directional water spray nozzle 20, and a user can adjust the preferred water spray angle.

When a user uses the water cup 1 and a finger contacts the touch sensitive switch 6, the battery 16 is communicated with the micro water spray pump 14 through the touch sensitive switch 6, and the micro water spray pump 14 starts to start to spray water or beverage out of the cup through the water spray pipe 8 for the user to use. When the user's finger leaves the touch-sensitive switch 6, the battery 16 and the micro-pump 14 are disconnected, and the micro-pump 14 stops working.

The water cup 1 can also be selected as a sensor. When the mouth of the user of the water cup 1 approaches the range of the water spray jet, the sensor is connected with the battery 16 and the micro water spray pump 14, the micro water spray pump 14 starts to start, and water or beverage is sprayed out of the cup through the water spray pipe 8 for the user to use. The spout 8 is located in the middle of the lid 2 and the optimum height of the spout is maintained within 1/2 of the diameter of the lid 2, measured from the surface of the lid 2, to prevent water or beverage from being ejected out of the lid 2.

When the user uses the cup 1, the water storage compartment 5 in the cup cover 2 stores water, which is not sucked by the user, in the water storage compartment 5 in the cover through the water inlet 4. After the user uses up the water or beverage, the user opens the card cover 40 to pour out the water or beverage stored in the water storage compartment 5 in the cup cover 2. In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 8, a battery charger 56 and its interface or other charging device and information transfer device 55 may be housed within the battery compartment 15. The charger 56 is connected to the battery, and the charger 56 is a wired charging device or a wireless charging device 61 to complete the charging process.

Further, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 9, in another embodiment, the battery compartment 15 also contains an intelligent information processing device. The intelligent information processing device comprises an information processing and operation instruction chip 25 arranged in a compartment 15, a temperature sensor and a liquid quantity state sensor 50 arranged in a compartment 13 provided with a miniature water spray pump. The circuit is communicated with an information processing and operating instruction chip 25, a touch inductive switch 6, a micro water spray pump 14 and an electronic information display panel LED51 arranged on the outer wall of the cup body. When the user touches the touch sensitive switch 6, the information processing and operation instruction chip 25 receives the temperature and other data about the fluid from the temperature sensor and the fluid amount state sensor 50. If the fluid temperature is within a temperature range suitable for inhalation by the user, the battery turns on the micro-pump 14 and activates. The processor and run-time command chip 25 receives fluid status data from the temperature sensor and the fluid level status sensor 50, and if there is fluid in the cup, the battery 16 turns on the micro-pump 14 and activates. An electronic display panel 51 mounted on the outer wall of the cup body displays various information 52 and 53 transmitted from the information processing and operation instruction chip 25.

The intelligent information processing device has the function of information storage; the water cup 1 further has an external information system, the external information system may be, for example, an APP client or other software on the mobile electronic device of the user, and the intelligent information processing device performs functions of wired or wireless information exchange and instruction acceptance with the external information system through the information transmission device 55. For example, a user of the cup can know the temperature and the state of water or beverage in the cup through an APP client or software installed on the mobile device; the internet of things and the big data system can also collect data such as consumption habits of consumers through the information transmission device.

In the embodiment of the invention, LED light sources with various types and colors can be arranged between the outer wall and the inner wall of the cup body, the LEDs are connected with the information processing and operation instruction chip, different colors or LED light combinations are used for representing different information, for example, red light represents that water is too hot and is not suitable for mouth suction; blue indicates that water or beverage is in the cup and the temperature is moderate; a white flashing light indicates that there is no water or beverage in the cup.

The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the described embodiments. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes in structure, arrangement of different elements, modification of internal structure, substitution of materials, and various design changes may be made without departing from the principle and spirit of the invention, but the practice thereof will still fall within the scope of the invention.
