Technical Field

Background

a skin repairing and nursing composition comprises laminin, fibronectin, serum protein, small molecule active peptide, superoxide dismutase and an auxiliary agent, and the specific components are as follows in parts by weight: 1-17 parts of laminin, 1-14 parts of fibronectin, 1-5 parts of serum protein, 1-3 parts of small molecule active peptide, 1-7 parts of superoxide dismutase and 1-24 parts of an auxiliary agent, and adding a proper amount of sterile physiological saline to make up to 100 parts.

The invention is preferable that the auxiliary agent comprises chitosan, polylysine, polyvinyl alcohol, natural antibacterial agent and glycerin, and the weight parts of the specific components are as follows: 1-7 parts of chitosan, 1-5 parts of polylysine, 1-3 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1-4 parts of natural antibacterial agent and 1-5 parts of glycerol.

In the present invention, it is preferable that 17 parts of the laminin, 14 parts of the fibronectin, 5 parts of the serum protein, 3 parts of the small molecule active peptide, 7 parts of the superoxide dismutase, 7 parts of the chitosan, 5 parts of the polylysine, 3 parts of the polyvinyl alcohol, 4 parts of the natural antibacterial agent, 5 parts of the glycerol, and 30 parts of the sterile physiological saline be used.

s4: filtering the obtained finished product liquid through a filtering system under the condition of keeping the normal temperature to obtain a dosing liquid;

s5: and filling the prepared mixture by filling equipment, and performing irradiation sterilization to obtain the laminin liquid dressing.
