The moisturizing spray containing water-soluble cannabidiol and used for diminishing inflammation and removing acnes comprises the following raw materials (in mass percent): 0.1-3.0% of water-soluble cannabidiol, 0.1-2.0% of purslane extract, 5-20% of glycerin, 0.01-0.5% of small-molecule sodium hyaluronate, 0.1-1.0% of preservative and the balance of deionized water.

The moisturizing spray containing water-soluble cannabidiol for diminishing inflammation and removing acnes and the preparation method of the moisturizing spray containing water-soluble cannabidiol as claimed in claim 1, wherein the purslane extract is water-soluble purslane extract powder, and the specification is 10: 1.

3. The moisturizing spray containing water-soluble cannabidiol and capable of diminishing inflammation and removing acnes as claimed in claim 1, wherein the molecular weight of the small-molecule sodium hyaluronate is 6000-9000 daltons.

4. The moisturizing spray containing cannabidiol in water solubility for diminishing inflammation and removing acne and the preparation method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preservative is methylparaben.

5. The moisturizing spray containing cannabidiol in water solubility for diminishing inflammation and removing acne and the preparation method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the content of cannabidiol in the cannabidiol in water solubility is not less than 80%.

6. The moisturizing spray containing water-soluble cannabidiol for diminishing inflammation and removing acne and the preparation method thereof as claimed in claim 1, comprising the following steps:

(1) adding deionized water, glycerol, micromolecular sodium hyaluronate and methyl hydroxybenzoate into a water phase pot, stirring and heating to 75-85 ℃, preserving heat and stirring for 15-25 minutes for sterilization, and then continuously stirring and cooling to 35-45 ℃;

(2) adding water-soluble herba Portulacae extract powder and water-soluble cannabidiol into the water phase pot, stirring, cooling, and standing;

(3) and (3) filling the moisturizing spray liquid obtained in the step (2) into a container.

7. The moisturizing spray containing water-soluble cannabidiol for diminishing inflammation and removing acne and the preparation method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the water-soluble cannabidiol comprises the following steps:

(1) adding cannabidiol, soybean lecithin and cholesterol into absolute ethyl alcohol together, and stirring to fully dissolve the cannabidiol, the soybean lecithin and the cholesterol to obtain an organic solution;

wherein the mass ratio of the phospholipid to the cholesterol is 6: 1; the mass ratio of the phospholipid to the cannabidiol is 25: 1; the volume ratio of the organic phase to the aqueous phase is 7: 1;

(2) evaporating the organic solution obtained in the step (1) on a rotary evaporator to remove the solvent, so that the residue forms a phospholipid film on the inner wall of the container;

(3) mixing the phospholipid membrane with a pH buffer solution, and continuously performing rotary evaporation to enable the phospholipid membrane to fall off;

the pH buffer solution comprises a phosphate buffer solution, a citric acid buffer solution and a sodium acetate-acetic acid buffer solution;

(4) ultrasonic treatment in ice water bath, filtering for sterilization, and freeze drying to obtain cannabidiol liposome.

Technical Field

Background

The moisturizing spray is a necessary moisturizing tool for girls, is simple and convenient to use and very portable particularly in autumn and winter, and can solve other skin problems such as antibiosis, inflammation diminishing and acne removing, so that the moisturizing spray becomes a gospel which can plague consumers with acnes and is certainly popular in the market.

Cannabidiol (hereinafter referred to as CBD) is a main chemical component in industrial hemp, is extracted from female hemp plants, is a non-addictive component in hemp, and has pharmacological effects of resisting spasm, anxiety and inflammation. Can not only be used for treating various difficult and complicated diseases, but also can effectively eliminate the hallucinogenic effect of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on human bodies, and is called as an antitoxic compound. In addition, CBD also has obvious effects of resisting inflammation, removing acne, promoting cell regeneration and the like, is applied to skin care products to play the effects of removing acne, diminishing inflammation and whitening, and is suitable for treating and preventing acne.

While cannabidiol has been reported in the prior art for use in moisturizing sprays, for example: CN109846790A discloses spray containing cannabidiol for moisturizing, removing acnes and brightening skin color and a preparation method thereof, the spray is added with high-purity cannabidiol crystals, but cannabidiol belongs to fat-soluble compounds and is almost insoluble in water, most of the moisturizing spray is water, and the cannabidiol insoluble in water is difficult to effectively exert the moisturizing, acne removing and brightening skin color effects of cannabidiol in the moisturizing spray. Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to solve the problem of water solubility of the cannabidiol and effectively play a role in diminishing inflammation and removing acnes by adding the cannabidiol into the moisturizing spray.

Disclosure of Invention

According to the invention, cannabidiol is embedded in phospholipid molecules to form a micro-vesicular body with a bilayer structure, namely a liposome. The liposome is spherical, the inner lipophilic group is combined with cannabidiol, and the outer hydrophilic group is exposed in the water phase, so that the cannabidiol liposome dissolved in water is formed, and the problem of water solubility is solved. The moisturizing spray containing the water-soluble cannabidiol can effectively remove acnes, diminish inflammation and fade acne marks, and is suitable for treating and preventing acnes.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

(1) the moisturizing spray containing the water-soluble CBD and used for diminishing inflammation and removing acnes comprises the following raw materials (in mass percent): 0.1-3.0% of water-soluble cannabidiol, 0.1-2.0% of purslane extract, 5-20% of glycerin, 0.01-0.5% of small-molecule sodium hyaluronate, 0.1-1.0% of preservative and the balance of deionized water.

(2) In the invention, the purslane extract is water-soluble purslane extract powder, and the existing extract raw material is used; the molecular weight of the small-molecule sodium hyaluronate is 6000-9000 daltons; the preservative is methyl hydroxybenzoate.

(3) In the present invention, a method for preparing water-soluble cannabidiol:

① adding cannabidiol, soybean lecithin and cholesterol into anhydrous ethanol, stirring, and dissolving to obtain organic solution, wherein the mass ratio of phospholipid to cholesterol is 6:1, the mass ratio of phospholipid to cannabidiol is 25:1, and the volume ratio of organic phase to water phase is 7: 1.

② the organic solution from step ② was evaporated on a rotary evaporator to remove the solvent and allow the residue to form a thin film of phospholipids on the inside wall of the vessel.

③ mixing the phospholipid membrane with pH buffer solution including phosphate buffer solution, citric acid buffer solution, and sodium acetate-acetic acid buffer solution, and further rotary steaming to make the phospholipid membrane fall off.

④ ultrasonic treating in ice water bath, filtering, sterilizing, and freeze drying to obtain cannabidiol liposome.

(4) The content of cannabidiol in the water-soluble cannabidiol is not less than 80%.

(5) The preparation method of the moisturizing spray containing water-soluble cannabidiol and used for diminishing inflammation and removing acnes comprises the following steps:

① adding deionized water, glycerol, micromolecular sodium hyaluronate and methyl hydroxybenzoate into a water phase pot, stirring and heating to 75-85 ℃, preserving heat and stirring for 15-25 minutes for sterilization, and then stirring and cooling to 35-45 ℃;

② adding water soluble herba Portulacae extract powder and water soluble cannabidiol into the water phase pot, stirring, cooling, and standing.

③ and filling the moisturizing spray liquid obtained in step ② into a container.

(6) The invention has the advantages that:

① the cannabidiol is embedded in phospholipid molecules to form cannabidiol liposome dissolved in water, which solves the problem of water solubility of cannabidiol.

② according to the invention, water-soluble cannabidiol and purslane extract are added into the moisturizing spray, so that the acne cream can effectively diminish inflammation and remove acnes, calm and relieve, and can lighten acne marks and brighten skin color after long-term use on the basis of moisturizing.
