Background

The vegetable tanning is a process name for treating raw skins. The raw skin removed from the animal is called hide or skin, i.e. skin, and the raw hide or skin may rot. The raw leather after the process treatment is called leather.

The cow leather mat has the functions of ventilation, heat absorption, constant temperature, softness, heat dissipation, moisture prevention, skin friendliness and the like, and has good health care effect on the old, the weak, the arthritis and the scapulohumeral periarthritis. In recent years, along with the increasing living standard and the requirement for comfort, the cowhide mat is favored by people, and simultaneously, the higher requirement on the quality of the cowhide mat is also put forward. At present, the existing cow leather mat containing heavy metal chromium is a common problem and has certain harm to human bodies.

The production of a cow leather mat product without heavy metal chromium depends to a certain extent on chemical materials and process conditions used in the leather making process, and a lot of complex chemical and mechanical treatments are needed from the raw leather to the leather which meets the product quality requirements.

In the deliming softening process, the water is washed and the temperature is raised before deliming and softening; based on the total mass of the cowhide, 2.5 wt% of ammonium sulfate, 0.5 wt% of deliming agent, 0.5 wt% of U5 and 0.2 wt% of degreasing agent are added into the rotary drum and rotated for 300 minutes. The temperature in the deliming and softening step was 31 ℃.

In the pickling process, water washing is performed before pickling; adding 7 wt% of sodium chloride, 7 wt% of anhydrous sodium sulphate and 1 wt% of LQ-5 into the rotary drum based on the total mass of the cowhide, and rotating for 60 minutes; then adding 2 wt% of sulfuric acid and rotating for 180 minutes; then, the mixture was allowed to spin for 9 hours, and then was allowed to stand for 9 minutes every 1 minute of spinning. The temperature in the pickling step was room temperature, and the pH was 8.

In the primary tanning procedure, firstly rotating for 20 minutes; adding GT50 with the weight percent of 4.2 percent into the rotary drum based on the total mass of the cow leather, and rotating for 300 minutes; then rotating for 9 hours, wherein the rotation lasts for 1 minute and the rest lasts for 9 minutes; then rotating for 20 minutes; adding 1 wt% of sodium formate, and rotating for 60 minutes; adding 2 wt% of baking soda, wherein the baking soda is added for 5 times, and rotating for 30 minutes after each addition; rotating for 180 minutes; then rotating for 33 hours, wherein the spinning is carried out for 1 minute and the standing is carried out for 9 minutes, and the spinning is carried out for 1 minute and the standing is carried out for 9 minutes; then turned for another 20 minutes and the drum was washed out with water.

In the filling procedure, water is firstly washed clean before filling; adding 30 wt% of water, 1.5 wt% of LQ-5, 1.5 wt% of HFK, 0.3 wt% of EDTA and 1 wt% of 308 into a rotary drum based on the total mass of the cowhide, and rotating for 20 minutes; then adding 30 wt% of FS and 10 wt% of ATO, and rotating for 60 minutes; then autorotation is carried out for 9 hours; rotating for 72 hours, wherein the rotation lasts for 1 minute and the rest lasts for 9 minutes; then the tannin extract is eaten. The temperature in the filling step is normal temperature.

In the oiling process, the oil is rotated for 30 minutes before oiling, and the oil is washed clean by water; adding 3 wt% of hydrogen peroxide into the rotary drum and rotating for 120 minutes based on the total mass of the cowhide; adding 1 wt% of oxalic acid, and rotating for 90 minutes; washing with water, and heating to 41 deg.C; then 60 wt% of water, 4 wt% of HFK, 1.5 wt% of A-22, 0.5 wt% of LQ-5, 1.2 wt% of formaldehyde capture promoter, 0.3 wt% of EDTA, 0.5 wt% of baking soda and 0.06 wt% of mildew preventive are added for rotating for 60 minutes; and then rotated for another 9 hours.

In the fixing procedure, firstly rotating for 30 minutes; adding 3 wt% of SA into the rotary drum, rotating for 60 minutes by taking the total mass of the cowhide as a reference, and washing with water; 0.2 wt% of EDTA, 0.05 wt% of sodium bicarbonate and 0.04 wt% of mildewcide are added and rotated for 10 minutes, and then the mixture is discharged out of the drum.

Example 3

In the pre-soaking step, based on the total mass of the cowhide, 320 wt% of water and 0.25 wt% of soda ash are added into a rotary drum and rotated for 140 minutes; then 0.25 wt% of soda ash and 0.2 wt% of KL are added, and the mixture is rotated for 10 hours, wherein the mixture is stopped for 40 minutes every 20 minutes of rotation. The temperature in the pre-soaking step is normal temperature.

In the main soaking process, based on the total mass of the cowhide, 110 wt% of water, 0.25 wt% of soda ash, 0.07 wt% of KF, 0.07 wt% of KL and 0.2 wt% of 2C are added into a rotary drum, the rotary drum rotates for 30 minutes, then the rotary drum stands for 30 minutes, the rotation and the stand are in a cycle, and the cycle is 2 times; then 0.25 wt% of soda ash, 0.25 wt% of degreasing agent, 0.07 wt% of KF and 0.07 wt% of KL are added, and the mixture is rotated for 10 hours, wherein the mixture is stopped for 30 minutes every 30 minutes of rotation. The temperature in the pre-soaking step is normal temperature.

In the liming procedure, the materials are washed clean by water before liming; adding 80 wt% of water and 0.5 wt% of PLE into the rotary drum based on the total mass of the cowhide, and rotating for 70 minutes; then adding 0.6 wt% of sodium hydrosulfide and rotating for 35 minutes; then adding 1.3 wt% of sodium sulfide, 0.7 wt% of lime and 0.5 wt% of butane-1, rotating for 30 minutes, and standing for 30 minutes; then adding 1.3 wt% of sodium sulfide and 1.7 wt% of lime, rotating for 20 minutes, then standing for 40 minutes, rotating and standing for one cycle, and circulating for 5 times; then adding 85 wt% of water, 0.7 wt% of LM-5, 3.5 wt% of lime, 0.25 wt% of caustic soda and 0.25 wt% of degreasing agent, and rotating for 10 hours, wherein the mixture stands for 47 minutes every 13 minutes of rotation. The temperature in the liming process is normal temperature.

In the lime-recovering procedure, based on the total mass of the cowhide, 220 wt% of water, 0.7 wt% of sodium sulfide, 0.7 wt% of butane-1 and 4.5 wt% of lime are added into a rotary drum and rotated for 35 minutes; then autorotated for another 10 hours with rest for 9 minutes every 1 minute of autorotation. The temperature in the ash recovery process is normal temperature.

In the deliming softening process, the water is washed and the temperature is raised before deliming and softening; based on the total mass of the cowhide, 3 wt% of ammonium sulfate, 0.7 wt% of deliming agent, 0.7 wt% of U5 and 0.25 wt% of degreasing agent are added into the rotary drum and rotated for 320 minutes. The temperature in the deliming and softening step was 32 ℃.

In the pickling process, water washing is performed before pickling; adding 7.5 wt% of sodium chloride, 7.5 wt% of anhydrous sodium sulphate and 1.1 wt% of LQ-5 into a rotary drum based on the total mass of the cow leather, and rotating for 70 minutes; then adding 2.5 wt% sulfuric acid and rotating for 200 minutes; then autorotated for another 10 hours with rest for 9 minutes every 1 minute of autorotation. The temperature in the pickling step was room temperature, and the pH was 8.2.

In the primary tanning procedure, firstly rotating for 20 minutes; adding GT50 in an amount of 4.4 wt% into the rotary drum based on the total mass of the cowhide, and rotating for 320 minutes; then autorotation is carried out for 10 hours, wherein the rotation is carried out for 1 minute and the rest is carried out for 9 minutes; then rotating for 20 minutes; adding 1.1 wt% of sodium formate, and rotating for 70 minutes; adding 2.5 wt% of baking soda, wherein the baking soda is added for 5 times, and rotating for 30 minutes after each addition; rotating for 200 minutes; then rotating for 34 hours, wherein the rotation lasts for 1 minute and the rest lasts for 9 minutes; then turned for another 20 minutes and the drum was washed out with water.

In the filling procedure, water is firstly washed clean before filling; adding 35 wt% of water, 2 wt% of LQ-5, 2 wt% of HFK, 0.4 wt% of EDTA and 1.1 wt% of 308 into a rotary drum based on the total mass of the cow leather, and rotating for 25 minutes; adding 35 wt% of FS and 11 wt% of ATO, and rotating for 70 minutes; then autorotation is carried out for 10 hours; rotating for 72 hours, wherein the rotation lasts for 1 minute and the rest lasts for 9 minutes; then the tannin extract is eaten. The temperature in the filling step is normal temperature.

In the oiling process, the oil is rotated for 30 minutes before oiling, and the oil is washed clean by water; adding 3.5 wt% of hydrogen peroxide into the rotary drum based on the total mass of the cowhide, and rotating for 140 minutes; adding 1.1 wt% of oxalic acid, and rotating for 100 minutes; washing with water, and heating to 42 deg.C; then 70 wt% of water, 4.5 wt% of HFK, 2 wt% of A-22, 0.7 wt% of LQ-5, 1.4 wt% of formaldehyde capture promoter, 0.4 wt% of EDTA, 0.7 wt% of baking soda and 0.07 wt% of mildew preventive are added for rotating for 70 minutes; then autorotated for another 10 hours.

In the fixing procedure, firstly rotating for 30 minutes; adding 3.5 wt% of SA into the rotary drum, rotating for 70 minutes by taking the total mass of the cowhide as a reference, and washing with water; 0.3 wt% of EDTA, 0.07 wt% of sodium bicarbonate and 0.05 wt% of mildewcide are added and rotated for 12 minutes, and then the mixture is discharged out of the drum.
