3. A disposable mask as defined in claim 2, wherein: the air filter assembly (8) includes a plurality of air screens distributed along the direction of air flow in the air intake chamber (3).

4. A disposable mask as defined in claim 3 wherein: the air filter screen is equipped with five, and by outer and interior first way and second way be coarse filter screen (801), third way and fourth way be fine filter screen (802) and the fifth way is for removing flavor filter screen (803).

5. A disposable mask as defined in claim 4 wherein: the rough filtering filter screen (801) is a stainless steel filter screen, the fine filtering filter screen (802) is a HEPA filter screen, and the odor removing filter screen (803) is an HACF filter screen.

A disposable mask as defined in claim 3 wherein: the inner walls of the two sides of the air inlet cavity (3) correspond to the air filter screens, mounting clamping grooves (100) are formed in the air filter screens respectively, the two ends of each air filter screen are located in the corresponding mounting clamping grooves (100), and the groove walls of the mounting clamping grooves (100) are matched with each other in a damping mode.

7. A disposable mask as defined in claim 2, wherein: the outer side of the cover plate (12) is hinged with a pull ring (13).

The invention relates to the field of protective articles, in particular to a disposable mask.

Background

The mask is a sanitary article, and is generally a tool which is worn at the mouth and nose part and is used for filtering air entering the mouth and nose so as to prevent harmful dust, gas, smell and spray from entering and exiting the mouth and nose of a wearer. The mask has a certain filtering function on air entering the lung, and has a very good effect when being worn in respiratory infectious diseases and working in environments polluted by dust and the like.

At present, the gauze mask on the market is usually made by adopting breathable fabrics such as gauze and filling certain air filtering materials, the gauze mask needs to be discarded after being used for a certain number of times or being used for one time, the use cost is higher, especially under some severe environments (such as construction sites with heavier dust and chemical plants with heavier peculiar smell), the use of the gauze mask is more frequent, the number of times of using a single gauze mask is less, the use cost is higher, meanwhile, the existing gauze mask is blocked by the fabrics and the air filtering materials when being used, the user has breathing difficulty to a certain extent, and the gauze mask is more severe under the severe environment.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the disposable mask which has a simple structure, does not need to be discarded, greatly reduces the use cost and simultaneously reduces the breathing difficulty of a user.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

a disposable mask comprises an air filter box, a mobile power supply and a mask body with a sealed mask surface;

a fan which divides the air filter box into an air inlet cavity and an air outlet cavity is arranged in the air filter box, one end of the air inlet cavity, which is far away from the fan, is open, an air filter assembly is detachably arranged in the air inlet cavity, and the fan extracts air filtered by the air filter assembly in the air inlet cavity and enters the air outlet cavity;

Furthermore, an opening is formed in the top of the air filter box corresponding to the air filter assembly, a cover plate capable of opening and closing the opening is arranged at the opening, and the air filter assembly can be detached from or installed in the air inlet cavity through the opening after the cover plate is opened.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. for the fan power supply through portable power source, the fan extraction is admitted air the intracavity and is gone out the air cavity through the filterable air admission of filtration subassembly, then it provides fresh and clean air to breathe in for the user through breather pipe inlet cowling body inboard, when the user exhales, the foul smell of exhalation is inboard via check valve discharge gauze mask body, and back-up after wasing through regularly pulling down the filtration subassembly, avoid abandoning the gauze mask body, moreover, the steam generator is simple in structure, greatly reduced use cost, and extract external air and to the inboard air feed of gauze mask by the fan, reduce user's breathing difficulty.

2. The air filter box can be arranged at a position relatively far away from a pollution source by virtue of the length of the vent pipe, so that the open end of the air inlet cavity avoids the pollution source to the maximum extent, and the air filter box can filter air with half the effort.

Detailed Description

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and therefore are only examples, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.

It is to be noted that, unless otherwise specified, technical or scientific terms used herein shall have the ordinary meaning as understood by those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the disposable mask comprises an air filter box 1, a mobile power supply 10 and a mask body 5 with a sealed mask surface;

a fan 4 for dividing the air filter box 1 into an air inlet cavity 3 and an air outlet cavity 2 is arranged in the air filter box 1, one end of the air inlet cavity 3, which is far away from the fan 4, is open, an air filter component 8 is detachably arranged in the air inlet cavity 3, and the fan 4 extracts air filtered by the air filter component 8 in the air inlet cavity 3 and enters the air outlet cavity 2;

the mobile power supply 10 is electrically connected with the fan 4 through a line to supply power to the fan 4;

The user hand-carries filtration box 1, fan 4 passes through circuit electricity and connects portable power source 10, supply power for fan 4 through portable power source 10, fan 4 extracts and admits air the intracavity 3 in through the filterable air admission of air filter component 8 and goes out air cavity 2, then it provides fresh and clean air to breathe in for the user through breather pipe 7 inlet mask body 5 inboardly, when the user exhales, the foul smell of exhalation is inboard via check valve 6 discharge mask body 5, regularly pull down air filter component 8 and wash and then dress back, effectively avoid abandoning mask body 5, high durability and convenient use, and low in use cost.

Specifically, an opening is formed in the top of the air filter box 1 corresponding to the air filter assembly 8, a cover plate 12 capable of opening and closing the opening is arranged at the opening, and the air filter assembly 8 can be detached from or put into the air inlet cavity 3 through the opening after the cover plate 12 is opened. The air filter assembly 8 can be removed or installed by opening the cover plate 12, which facilitates maintenance and cleaning of the air filter assembly 8.

In particular, the air filter assembly 8 comprises a plurality of air screens distributed along the direction of the air flow in the inlet chamber 3. The air is filtered in multiple stages, and the air is cleaner.

Specifically, the air filter screen is provided with five channels, and the first channel and the second channel from outside to inside are rough filter screens 801, the third channel and the fourth channel are fine filter screens 802, and the fifth channel is an odor removal filter screen 803. The air is subjected to two times of rough filtration, two times of fine filtration and one time of odor removal, so that the mask is cleaner, and the mask is safe and reliable when used by a user in different environments.

Specifically, the rough filter screen 801 is a stainless steel screen, the fine filter screen 802 is a HEPA screen, and the odor removal filter screen 803 is a HACF screen. The effects of coarse filtration, fine filtration and odor removal are improved.

Specifically, the inner walls of the two sides of the air intake cavity 3 are respectively provided with an installation clamping groove 100 corresponding to each air filter screen, and the two ends of each air filter screen are respectively located in the corresponding installation clamping grooves 100 and are in damped fit with the groove walls of the installation clamping grooves 100. Each air filter screen is limited by the corresponding mounting clamping groove 100, and the air filter screen is convenient and quick to mount and dismount.
