Action and Effect of the invention

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical means, creation features, achievement objects and effects of the invention easy to understand, an insert and an insert foil of the invention are specifically described below with reference to the embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an insert 100 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a partially enlarged view of a portion a in fig. 1.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the insert 100 is used for writing by being stuck on a sheet, and is composed of a writing section 10 for writing and a sticking section 20 for sticking on a sheet.

The writing part 10 is made of transparent paper or semitransparent paper, is made of transparent parchment paper or plastic paper, and has the same size as the paper to be adhered on the writing part.

The writing part 10 has four edges each having an adhesive part 20, which are coupled together by means of a perforated connection. The joints between the four edges of the writing part 10 and the pasting part 20 have certain flexibility, and the pasting part 20 is not broken after being folded over the writing part 10.

In other embodiments, one or more of the edges of the writing section may be provided with adhesive portions, and is not limited to the embodiment in which four of the edges have adhesive portions.

Two binding holes 101 are also provided at one side edge of the writing part 10. The binding holes 101 may be provided at either side edge of the writing part 10, or at both edges of different sides.

The pasting part 20 is composed of a plurality of square parts 201, and the connection mode between the square parts 201 is also a point-breaking type tooth hole connection.

The adhesive part 20 is formed by sequentially attaching a base layer, an adhesive layer and a protective layer. The base layer of the pasting part 20 and the writing part 10 are connected together by a dot-and-dash perforation.

The material of the base layer may be the same as or different from that of the writing part. The base layer is made of transparent parchment paper or plastic paper. And (3) coating adhesive sticker on the back surface of the base layer to serve as an adhesive layer for being stuck on paper. Then a protective layer is pasted on the adhesive sticker, which not only prevents the adhesive layer from losing the viscosity before use, but also enables the insert 100 to be stored easily and not to be sticky in disorder. The adhesive layer may also be other adhesive substances, such as a polymer adhesive. The protective layer is easily torn oily paper, plastic paper and the like.

A plurality of perforation holes 30 are provided at the junction of the writing part 10 and the pasting part 20, and a plurality of perforation holes 30 are also provided at the junction between the square parts 201. The plurality of perforations 30 are arranged in sequence at intervals to form perforation connections. In other embodiments, the shape and the diameter of the perforations at the junction between the writing part and the pasting part and the square part may be different, and the distance between the perforations may be different, depending on the circumstances.

In production, the writing portion 10 and the pasting portion 20 may be integrally formed, and holes may be punched at positions where the perforations 30 are to be formed.

In this embodiment, the insert 100 is rectangular, and the writing portion 10 is a 0.05mm parchment paper having a rectangular shape of 260mm × 184mm in size. The binding hole 101 is a circular hole having a diameter of 4mm and is provided at the left edge of the writing part 10. The width of the adhesive portion 20 is 8mm and is composed of a plurality of square portions 201 having a size of 8mm by 4 mm. Circular perforations of 0.5mm are adopted as the perforations 30, and the distance between the perforations 30 is 0.3 mm. The adhesive layer is made of non-setting adhesive, the film layer of the non-setting adhesive is made of transparent polyester, and the adhesive is made of fiber re-uncovering type adhesive.

The insert 100 can be used in a single sheet or in multiple sheets, and the use method is schematically shown in fig. 3 and 4.

Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a single sheet use method of an interleaf in embodiment 1 of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 3, a sheet of the insert 100 is taken, and the remaining portion of the pasting part 20 is torn off at the perforation 30, leaving only four square portions 201, which are respectively designated as 201a, 201b, 201c and 201d, connected to the four corners of the writing part 10.

Opening the textbook, turning to the page number 200 needing to be noted, namely the book page, then turning the square part 201a and the square part 201b upwards, placing the pages at the joint of the book page and the upper page, aligning the writing part 10 with the page number, then tearing off the protective layer, leaking the adhesive layer, and slightly adhering the direction parts 201a and 201b to the previous page. Similarly, the square portion 201c and the square portion 201d are pasted downward to the back face of the present sheet as oriented in the drawing, completing the pasting of the single onsert 100.

FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram showing two methods of using an insert in example 1 of the present invention.

The method of use of the two inserts is similar to the method of use of the single insert described above. As shown in FIG. 4, two inserts 100 are taken, designated 100A and 100B, respectively. The remaining portion of the pasting portion 20 in the insert 100A is torn off, and only two square portions 201, which are connected to the remaining corners of the left side of the writing part 10, are marked 201e and 201f, respectively. The remaining portion of the attachment portion 20 in the insert 100B is torn off and only the two square portions 201, which are connected to the upper edge of the remaining writing portion 10, are labeled 201g and 201h, respectively. The square portions 201e and 201f are then affixed to the top sheet so that the insert 100A is affixed to the top sheet between the top sheet and the main sheet, and the square portions 201g and 201h are affixed to the back of the top edge of the main sheet so that the insert 100B is affixed to the main sheet.

When in use, according to actual conditions, a plurality of inserts can be pasted on one page, such as the lower edge, the right edge and the like of the page, and a plurality of inserts can also be pasted on the same side. When a plurality of inserts are pasted on the same side of one page, the reserved square parts for pasting are staggered, the square parts are not overlapped during pasting, firm pasting is facilitated, the thickness of the textbook is not increased particularly, the order of the inserts can be adjusted at any time, or the inserts can be selected to be written on. When a plurality of inserts are used, students can record different types of notes on different inserts on the same paper. The contents of one insert can be selected for viewing, and two or more inserts can be overlaid for viewing.

Similarly, when notes need to be marked on different pages, a plurality of inserts are taken, and different areas are reserved with square parts according to needs, so that the square parts are staggered when the notes are pasted, and the thickness of the textbook is not increased too much at the same position.

If an insert is temporarily not needed or needs to be removed from the textbook, the insert can be removed by tearing the writing portion along the perforations. Then binding the file into a book by using the binding holes on the writing part, and taking out the file to be attached to the paper surface of the file for viewing when needed.
