Although the existing oil bottle pays attention to the preservation of edible oil, the adhesion of the edible oil on the inner wall of the oil bottle and near an oil outlet in the using process is not paid attention to, and the phenomenon of bottle adhesion can cause inconvenience because the edible oil flows out along the outer wall of the bottle near the bottle opening; on the other hand, as the edible oil is oxidized and deteriorated by contacting with oxygen in the air, only the oil on the surface in the oil bottle can contact with the oxygen in the air, but the possibility of contacting the oil inside with the oxygen is very low, but the oil adhered to the bottle can contact with the oxygen in the air in the bottle body as a whole due to the large surface and the thin thickness of the oil layer, and the deterioration process of the edible oil in the bottle body is accelerated undoubtedly by the contact. Although the process only occurs in the using process of the oil bottle, in daily life, three meals a day and one meal are carried out for many times, the oil adhered to the oil bottle is the oil which is most contacted with oxygen in the air, and the oil bottle becomes one of the main sources of edible oil deterioration in the oil bottle. Therefore, how to change the deterioration is also one of the keys for improving the freshness of the edible oil.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the problem that the existing edible oil bottle has poor effects of sticking to the bottle and keeping the edible oil fresh, the invention provides the oil bottle which keeps the edible oil fresh and does not stick to the bottle, does not need an additional nitrogen source and can keep the edible oil in the bottle fresh for a long time.

The invention firstly provides an oil bottle which is fresh-keeping and can not stick oil, and the oil bottle consists of a bottle body 1, a bottle neck 2, an oil outlet 3, a deoxidizing cavity 4 and a handle 5. Wherein the oil outlet 3 is provided with a bottle stopper; the oxygen removing cavity 4 is arranged on one side of the bottle body 1, an oxygen removing agent 6 is arranged in the oxygen removing cavity 4, an air inlet hole 8 is arranged at the top of one side of the oxygen removing cavity 4, which is in contact with the bottle body 1, and an air inlet valve 7 is arranged at the bottom of the outer side of the oxygen removing cavity 4, which is not in contact with the bottle body 1; a handle 5 is provided on the oxygen scavenging chamber 4. An oil guide groove 9 is formed in one side, opposite to the handle 5, of the bottle neck 2, and a polytetrafluoroethylene coating is coated on the surface of the oil guide groove 9.

When the oil bottle is used, the bottle stopper of the oil outlet 3 and the air inlet valve 7 are opened, the handle 5 is held by hand to pour out edible oil in the bottle, the poured oil flows out to the oil outlet along the oil guide groove 9 of the bottle neck 2, and the bottle stopper of the oil outlet 3 and the air inlet valve 7 are closed after the use.

In the whole process, the diameter of the oil outlet 3 is small, only edible oil flows out, air is prevented from entering the oil bottle from the oil outlet 3, the air can only enter the bottle body through the air inlet valve 7 through the deoxidizing cavity 4 filled with the deoxidizing agent 6 and the air inlet hole 8, the pressure of the air in the bottle is maintained, and negative pressure is prevented from occurring. The oxygen of air in the in-process air through deoxidization chamber 4 is reacted by the oxygen-eliminating agent, and the content of oxygen is reduced by a wide margin or even gets rid of completely in the air of final entering oil bottle, and the air oxygen content in the bottle is very little promptly to avoid the edible oil in the bottle to be oxidized and rotten, guarantee the fresh of edible oil. Simultaneously, because the surface coating polytetrafluoroethylene coating of leading oil groove 9, after the use, edible oil on oil-out 3 and the bottleneck 2 can flow back to in the bottle, at the backward flow in-process, because the oleophobic performance of polytetrafluoroethylene coating, the oil of backward flow can not glue on oil-out 3, the guide groove 9 of bottleneck 2, but very fast flow to in the bottle 1, this kind of quick backward flow of on-stick bottle, the oil that has reduced the backward flow and the time of the interior air contact of bottle, even the air in the bottle contains a small amount of oxygen, because the contact time is short, the oil of backward flow can not be by the oxidation rotten.

The invention has the advantages that:

1. the oil bottle of the invention does not need to be additionally filled with nitrogen, thereby avoiding various problems generated in the use process of the nitrogen.

2. The oxygen removing bottle integrates the oxygen removing cavity and the bottle body, and is simple and practical in structure.

3. According to the invention, the oil guide groove is arranged, the oil guide groove is in a splayed structure, the polytetrafluoroethylene coating is arranged on the surface of the oil guide groove, after the oil guide groove is used, the edible oil at the oil outlet and the bottleneck can quickly flow back to the bottle, and the oxidative deterioration caused by long-time bottle sticking is avoided.
