Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of packaging boxes, in particular to a storage battery packaging box.

Background

The storage battery is a battery which can be continuously used after being charged after being discharged. Common storage batteries include lead storage batteries, nickel-iron storage batteries, nickel-cadmium storage batteries and the like. The positive electrode of the lead storage battery is lead dioxide, the negative electrode is lead, and the electrolyte is dilute sulfuric acid solution. When discharging (using), the positive and negative electrodes react with sulfuric acid to generate lead sulfate, and when the concentration of the sulfuric acid solution is reduced to a certain degree, charging is necessary. When the external power supply is used for charging, the electrode and the solution can be restored to the original state, and the battery can be continuously used after being charged.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a storage battery packaging box, aiming at improving the storage safety of a storage battery.

A battery pack according to the present invention includes: the outer box body comprises a bottom plate and an upper cover, and one edge of the bottom plate and one edge of the upper cover are respectively connected with one edge of the connecting strip; the other three edges of the upper cover are respectively connected with surrounding edges, and the other three edges of the bottom plate are respectively connected with folding edges; a first inserting piece is arranged on the surrounding edge of the upper cover relative to the connecting strip, and a first inserting hole is formed in the first inserting piece; a second inserting hole connected with the first inserting piece is formed in the folded edge of the base plate, opposite to the connecting strip, and a second inserting piece connected with the first inserting hole is formed in the folded edge of the base plate, opposite to the connecting strip; the folded edge is provided with a slot connected with the surrounding edge; the inner box body is sleeved in a box cavity formed by enclosing the bottom plate, the connecting strip and the folded edge, a first partition plate arranged in parallel with the connecting strip is arranged on the inner box body, a second partition plate arranged perpendicular to the first partition plate is arranged on one side of the first partition plate, a third partition plate arranged perpendicular to the first partition plate is arranged on the other side of the first partition plate, one side of the inner box body close to the connecting strip is connected with an inner box upper cover plate, and a sub-box body is arranged on the inner box upper cover plate; the first partition plate, the second partition plate, the third partition plate and the sub-box body are formed by folding the inner box body; one edge of the inner box body, which is far away from the upper cover plate of the inner box, is connected with a folded edge inserting tongue, and the folded edge inserting tongue is inserted into the slot.

In the invention, the bottom plate, the upper cover, the connecting strip, the surrounding edge and the folded edge can form a cuboid packaging box for packaging the storage battery, when in actual use, the upper cover is lifted upwards, and the bottom plate and the upper cover keep a certain angle; then, the storage battery is arranged in a cavity formed by the bottom plate and the upper cover; the inner box body is arranged in the cavity and can be formed by folding and bending the whole paper board, the first partition board, the second partition board and the third partition board which are arranged on the inner box body can enable the inner box body to form four groove structures with different sizes so as to be convenient for storing different articles, such as two batteries, a mobile phone, a charger and the like, and the folded edge inserting tongue arranged on the inner box body is directly inserted into the inserting groove for fixing, so that the installation and the taking-out are convenient; and first inserted sheet on the outer box body can insert in the second jack, the second inserted sheet can insert in first jack, the hem of the left and right sides can insert in the slot that corresponds, just so formed a complete packing box, and this packing box separates the battery each other in packaging process, the risk of battery contact each other in the transportation and take place the short circuit has been stopped, the pressure that the collision produced between the battery has also been dispersed, insulating nature between each other has also further been improved, the security of battery transportation has been improved greatly.

Preferably, the bottom plate, the upper cover, the connecting strip, the surrounding edge and the folded edge are integrally formed.

(2) the bottom plate and the upper cover are connected in various ways, so that the packaging box has the advantages of firm connection, small gap avoidance and great improvement on the insulativity of the packaging box;

(3) the inner box body convenient to detach and mount is arranged in the box body, and the inner box body can be provided with a plurality of separation grooves, so that different articles can be stored respectively, and the convenience in use of the packing box is greatly improved;

(4) the inner box body can be formed by folding sheet-shaped articles, is convenient to process, manufacture and form, can be unfolded into a horizontal shape when not used, is also convenient to transport, and has the advantages of novel and unique structure;

(5) the packaging box has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in use, good safety performance and wide application prospect.
