1. A twisting anti-counterfeiting combined device is characterized by comprising a mounting plate, a stable paying-off tension device and a core wire pre-deforming device;

the stable paying-off tension device comprises a built-in rotating bearing group arranged on the mounting plate and a stable tension infinity-shaped guide wheel group sleeved on the built-in rotating bearing group;

the core wire pre-deformation device comprises a shell bracket arranged on the mounting plate and a built-in slide block adjusting screw rod screwed on the shell bracket in a threaded manner; the built-in slide block adjusting screw rod can move up and down through rotation;

through holes for the core wires to pass through are formed in the two ends of the shell support, and an adjusting gear set for pre-deforming the core wires and a limiting bearing set for preventing the core wires from jumping are arranged in the shell support;

the adjusting gear set comprises a first gear fixedly arranged in the shell support and a second gear connected to the lower end of the adjusting screw rod of the built-in sliding block.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of metal wire production, and particularly relates to a twisting anti-counterfeiting wire combination device.

Background

At present, when various enterprises develop or produce single-stranded steel wire ropes or steel cords with fine specifications and a small lay length of 1+6 structures, the friction force is small due to the fact that the specifications are fine and the contact area between core wires and surface wires is small; the lay length is small, so that the internal stress of the twisted strands is large, and the residual stress of the internal core filaments cannot be effectively eliminated; these two situations can lead to such a situation: that is, when twisted strands are cut by a diagonal pliers at the time of production, the inner core yarn is pierced, i.e., a so-called fraying phenomenon occurs.

The twisting threading condition not only seriously affects the fatigue life of the product, but also does not meet the use standard of customers, and the phenomenon is particularly serious in the steel wire rope or steel cord products with 1+6 single-strand structures with fine specifications and small twisting pitches.

Therefore, it is very important to develop a twisting process equipment and a production method.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a twisting anti-counterfeiting yarn combination device and a twisting anti-counterfeiting yarn combination method, which can increase the friction force between the anti-counterfeiting yarn combination device and a surface yarn and effectively avoid the phenomenon that a twisted core yarn is pricked out.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

in a first aspect, the invention provides a twisting anti-counterfeiting combination device, which comprises a mounting plate, a stable paying-off tension device and a core wire pre-deformation device;

the stable paying-off tension device comprises a built-in rotating bearing group arranged on the mounting plate and a stable tension infinity-shaped guide wheel group sleeved on the built-in rotating bearing group;

the core wire pre-deformation device comprises a shell bracket arranged on the mounting plate and a built-in slide block adjusting screw rod screwed on the shell bracket in a threaded manner; the built-in slide block adjusting screw rod can move up and down through rotation;

through holes for the core wires to pass through are formed in the two ends of the shell support, and an adjusting gear set for pre-deforming the core wires and a limiting bearing set for preventing the core wires from jumping are arranged in the shell support;

the adjusting gear set comprises a first gear fixedly arranged in the shell support and a second gear connected to the lower end of the adjusting screw rod of the built-in sliding block.

Furthermore, the gear model of the adjusting gear set is a circular arc gear, the number of teeth of the gear is 25-35, and the outer diameter of the gear is 28-46 mm.

Further, the built-in rotating bearing group comprises two rotating bearings vertically arranged on the mounting plate;

In a second aspect, the invention provides a method for twisting anti-counterfeiting filaments, which is based on the first aspect, and comprises the following steps:

the steel wire passes through a stable tension infinity-shaped guide wheel device to buffer the action of steel wire paying-off tension fluctuation;

the steel wire is limited by a limiting bearing group, then a second gear is driven to move up and down by adjusting a built-in slide block adjusting screw through an adjusting gear group, and the clearance between gears of the adjusting gear group device enables the core wire to generate pre-deformation during twisting;

and then the wire is led out through the limiting bearing group.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the invention leads the core wire to generate pre-deformation during twisting by adjusting the clearance between the gears of the gear set device, increases the friction force between the core wire and the surface wire, and effectively avoids the phenomenon of the core wire stabs after twisting;

2. according to the invention, through the tension stabilizing device and the limiting bearing device, the tension fluctuation and the position offset of the core wire are small when the core wire enters the gear set device for pre-deformation, and the stable periodic deformation can be ensured.

3. The invention effectively solves the problem of the wire falling phenomenon of the thin-specification small-lay-length steel wire rope or the steel cord, can not damage the core wire while generating pre-deformation on the core wire, avoids influencing the fatigue performance of the steel wire rope or the steel cord, and meets the strict requirements of customers on products.

the adjusting gear set 5 comprises a first gear fixedly arranged in the shell bracket 3 and a second gear connected to the lower end of the built-in slide block adjusting screw rod 0.

The implementation principle is as follows: the core wire 8 is pre-deformed during twisting by adjusting the clearance between the gears of the gear set 5 device, so that the friction force between the core wire and the surface wire is increased, and the phenomenon that the twisted core wire 8 is pricked is effectively avoided; and through steady tension device and spacing bearing device, make core wire 8 little in the fluctuation of tension when getting into gear train device predeformation, the position offset is little, can guarantee to produce stable periodic deformation.

Example two:

the embodiment provides a twisting anti-counterfeiting combination device which comprises a mounting plate 6, a stable paying-off tension device and a core wire 8 pre-deformation device.

The stable paying-off tension device comprises a built-in rotating bearing group 2 arranged on the mounting plate 6 and a stable tension infinity-shaped guide wheel group 1 sleeved on the built-in rotating bearing group 2; the built-in rotating bearing group 2 comprises two rotating bearings which are vertically arranged on the mounting plate 6; the stable tension infinity-shaped guide wheel set 1 comprises gourd-shaped guide wheels which are respectively sleeved on two rotating bearings. The tension stabilizing device is used for preventing the core wire 8 from shaking so that the core wire 8 can stably enter the pre-deformation device to stably generate periodic deformation, and the stable friction force between the deformed core wire 8 and the surface wire can be ensured. Through adjusting built-in slider screw means, can be used for controlling the size of deflection promptly the control of crest and trough, have the graduation apparatus simultaneously on the adjusting device, can effectually avoid producing the damage phenomenon to core silk 8 because the gear is to the predeformation of core silk 8.

Through holes for the core wires 8 to pass through are formed in the two ends of the shell bracket 3, and an adjusting gear set 5 for pre-deforming the core wires 8 and a limiting bearing set 4 for preventing the core wires 8 from jumping are arranged in the shell bracket; the limiting bearing group 4 is used for ensuring the stability of the routing of the core wire 8, and the fixed groove on the bearing can ensure that the routing of the core wire 8 is not deviated so as to ensure the stable deformation. The limiting bearing group 4 comprises two bearings which are jointed and rotate; be provided with the notch on the bearing, the cell type of notch is the U type, and the degree of depth is by half of spacing steel wire diameter.

The adjusting gear set 5 comprises a first gear fixedly arranged in the shell bracket 3 and a second gear connected to the lower end of the built-in slide block adjusting screw rod 0.

The mounting positions of the core wire 8 pre-deformation device and the core wire 8 tension stabilizing device are in a cross shape, and the mounting distance interval between the core wire 8 pre-deformation device and the core wire 8 tension stabilizing device is 10-20 cm.

The discharge end of the stable wire releasing tension device is arranged at the feed end of the core wire 8 pre-deformation device; the core wire 8 pre-deforming device is vertically arranged with the mounting plate 6, and the discharge end is arranged in front of the twisting line concentrating nozzle.

The device effectively solves the problem of the wire falling phenomenon of the steel wire rope or the steel cord with thin specification and small lay length, can not damage the core wire 8 while generating predeformation on the core wire 8, avoids influencing the fatigue performance of the steel wire rope or the steel cord, and meets the strict requirements of customers on products.

Example three:

the embodiment provides a method for twisting a single-stranded steel wire rope or a single-stranded cord to prevent false threading, and the twisting anti-false threading combination device based on the second embodiment comprises the following steps:

the steel wire passes through a stable tension infinity-shaped guide wheel device to buffer the action of steel wire paying-off tension fluctuation;

the steel wire is limited by a limiting bearing group 4, then the second gear is driven to move up and down by adjusting a built-in slide block adjusting screw 0 through an adjusting gear group 5, and the clearance between gears of the adjusting gear group 5 device enables the core wire 8 to generate pre-deformation during twisting;

and then the wire is led out through the limiting bearing group 4.

The following are the specific effects of the present invention in practical production:

case one: when the surface strand of the galvanized steel wire rope with the diameter of 7 x 7-1.0mm is produced by using the prior art, namely 0.12mm +6 x 0.10mm (the lay length is less than or equal to 4 mm), the surface strand is cut every 10 meters by using an inclined jaw clamp when the surface strand is produced by using the conventional process (an XD-6 external paying-off double-twist machine tool is adopted for twisting, no tool is arranged in front of a twisting wire collecting nozzle), all core wires 8 are pricked out, the pricked length of the core wires 8 is 5-15 mm, and the normal production of the product cannot be finished. Before a steel wire enters a twisting wire collecting nozzle, a wire anti-counterfeiting device, namely a core wire 8 pre-deforming device (figure 3) and a stable paying-off tension device (figure 2) is added, the core wire 8 is wound on an infinity-shaped guide wheel device 1, passes through a limiting bearing group 44, enters a gear set pre-deforming device 5, passes through a limiting bearing group 47, enters the twisting wire collecting nozzle to be twisted with a face wire, and is cut off at intervals of 10 meters after being produced to have a fixed length of 100 meters by using a bevel pliers, and no core wire 8 is pricked out. In order to further verify the universality of the device, when the core strand of a (1 +6+ 12) x 0.12mm ultrahigh-strength galvanized steel wire rope product is produced by an external paying-off double-twist machine tool XD-6, namely, the core strand is 0.12mm +6 x 0.12mm (the lay length is less than or equal to 7.6 mm), a 100-meter sample is produced under the conventional process, the sample is cut at intervals of 10 meters, and the appearance of 8 stabs of the core wire appears for 3 times.

Case two: the embodiment also carries out secondary verification on the DTU machine tool of the internal take-up double-twist machine tool, carries out production of 0.18mm +6 multiplied by 0.16mm (the twist pitch is less than or equal to 8 mm) of the copper-plated cord on the DTU double-twist machine tool, adopts a conventional process (straightener + over-twist machine) to produce 100 meters, cuts off every 10 meters, detects 10 times of stabbing of the core wire 8 for 3 times, and the stabbing length of the core wire 8 is 3-8 mm, so that the requirement of a customer on product quality stability cannot be met, and the tire has the potential safety hazard of tire stabbing; the novel process is adopted, namely, an anti-counterfeiting device is additionally arranged in front of a twisting line collecting nozzle outside a DTU machine tool, the pre-deformation amount is adjusted, three points of a limiting bearing group 4 device are arranged in a line, and the like, 100-meter samples are produced and cut off at intervals of 10 meters, and no phenomenon that core wires 8 at the end part are pricked occurs, so that the twisting defect of products with the specification is effectively overcome, and the product quality requirement of customers is met.
