step 1: drilling a hole (4) on the outer side surface of the concrete structure bearing platform (3);

step 2: inserting a prestressed anchor rod (5) into the hole (4), exposing the upper part of the prestressed anchor rod (5) out of the surface of the concrete structure bearing platform (3), pouring grouting body (6) into a hole between the hole (4) and the prestressed anchor rod (5), and bonding the prestressed anchor rod (5) and the concrete structure bearing platform (3) through cohesive force to form an integral structure;

and step 3: binding reinforcing steel bar meshes on the outer side surfaces of the concrete structure bearing platforms, avoiding the prestressed anchor rods when the reinforcing steel bar meshes are bound, extending the edges of the reinforcing steel bar meshes into the ground, and extending the tail ends of the reinforcing steel bar meshes extending into the ground to the radial direction far away from the concrete structure bearing platforms;

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, a reinforced structure of an anchor rod of a large-land-slab foundation comprises a reinforced concrete layer and a prestressed anchor rod 5; the reinforced concrete layer is laid on the outer side surface of a concrete structure bearing platform 3 of the fan foundation structure, one end of the prestressed anchor rod 5 is inserted into a hole 4 formed in the outer side surface of the concrete structure bearing platform 3, and the other end of the prestressed anchor rod is arranged in the reinforced concrete layer; and a grouting body 6 which enables the prestressed anchor 5 to be bonded with the concrete structure bearing platform 3 and the reinforced concrete layer is injected into the hole between the hole 4 and the prestressed anchor 5, and the prestressed anchor 5 and the concrete structure bearing platform 3 are bonded to form an integral structure through cohesive force. The concrete structure bearing platform 3 is made of C30-C60 reinforced concrete containing materials, the diameter of the circle at the bottom is 16-23 m, and the steel bars need to meet the requirements of relevant specifications.

In one embodiment of the invention, the edge of the reinforced concrete layer extends into the ground, the tail end of the reinforced concrete layer extending into the ground extends to the radial direction far away from the concrete structure bearing platform 3 to form a reinforcing platform, the thickness of the reinforced concrete layer is not less than 0.5m, the depth extending into the ground is not less than 0.5m, and the width of the reinforcing platform is not less than 1 m.

As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment of the present invention, the prestressed anchor 5 is inserted through the reinforced concrete layer at the other end and fixed at the anchoring end by a spacer 8 and a nut for resisting a local pressure generated when it is tensioned, and the tension stress is not less than 5 MPa. The rod body of prestressed anchor 5 is the helicitic texture, overlaps on the prestressed anchor 5 on reinforced concrete layer and establishes sleeve pipe 7, and the thickness of sleeve pipe 7 is not less than 2mm, adopts the PE material, and length is according to the thickness decision on reinforced concrete layer. A wind turbine foundation structure applying a large land plate type foundation anchor rod reinforcing structure is shown in figure 1 and comprises a concrete structure bearing platform 3 and an anchor bolt assembly 1, wherein the lower part of the anchor bolt assembly 1 is embedded in the concrete structure bearing platform 3; an annular groove is formed in the concrete structure bearing platform 3 on the periphery of the lower portion of the anchor bolt assembly 1, the thickness of the annular groove ranges from 40mm to 200mm, the annular width ranges from 200mm to 800mm, grouting materials are poured into the annular groove and are high-strength grouting materials with higher levels to form an annular local pressure resistant grouting body structure 2, the upper surface of the annular local pressure resistant grouting body 2 is flush with the surface of the concrete structure bearing platform 3, the compressive strength is not less than 80 MPa, and the anchor bolt assembly is used for resisting vertical force transmitted from the bottom of a tower and preventing local damage.

The anchor bolt assembly 1 comprises a plurality of studs which are uniformly distributed in two concentric circular structures, and has the effects of enabling the foundation and the tower to be in straight flexible connection, being reasonable in stress, reducing stress concentration and increasing reliability. The anchor bolt material of the anchor bolt assembly 1 is 42CrMo alloy steel, and the model is M36-M64, so that the service life of the anchor bolt assembly is ensured to be not less than 20 years.

The end part of the anchor bolt assembly 1 needs to be subjected to special anti-corrosion treatment, the body is preferably subjected to Dacromet treatment, and a protective cap is arranged, wherein the protective cap is filled with lithium-based grease lubricant with the mass 2 label.

In order to facilitate understanding of the invention, the invention discloses a construction method of a reinforced structure of an anchor rod of a land large-plate type foundation, which comprises the following steps:

step 1: drilling a hole 4 on the outer side surface of the concrete structure bearing platform 3, and avoiding the steel bars in the concrete structure bearing platform 3 during drilling;

step 2: inserting a prestressed anchor rod 5 into the hole 4, exposing the upper part of the prestressed anchor rod 5 out of the surface of the concrete structure bearing platform 3, pouring grouting body 6 into a pore between the hole 4 and the prestressed anchor rod 5, and bonding the prestressed anchor rod 5 and the concrete structure bearing platform 3 by cohesive force to form an integral structure;

and step 3: binding a reinforcing steel bar mesh 10 on the outer side surface of the concrete structure bearing platform 3, wherein the reinforcing steel bar mesh is made of HRB400 steel and has the diameter of 8-28 mm; when the reinforcing steel bar mesh 10 is bound, the prestressed anchor rods 5 are avoided, the edge of the reinforcing steel bar mesh 10 extends into the ground, and the tail end of the reinforcing steel bar mesh 10 extending into the ground extends to the radial direction far away from the concrete structure bearing platform 3;

and 4, step 4: sleeving a sleeve 7 on the prestressed anchor rod 5 exposed out of the surface of the concrete structure bearing platform 3 to form a free end; then, casting reinforced concrete 9 on the template, wherein the reinforced concrete 9 is to be paved on the outer side surface of the concrete structure bearing platform 3 and the ground extension section of the reinforced mesh reinforcement 10, and the reinforced mesh reinforcement 10 and the reinforced concrete 9 form a reinforced concrete layer through adhesive force;
