Background

At present, a return leg compensator provided with an alarm device of the existing circulating fluidized bed unit of a power plant is generally a common two-section corrugated pipe compensator. Because the working medium of the feed back leg compensator provided with the alarm device is flowing solid particles and needs to work for a long time in a high-temperature environment, the conventional corrugated pipe compensator usually generates uneven expansion amount, the inner wall of a corrugated pipe is abraded greatly after the corrugated pipe compensator is used for a period of time, the sealing is not tight easily, and even the compensator fails due to damage or leakage, so that the normal production of a power plant is influenced. The existing return leg compensator with the corrugated pipe provided with the alarm device has the advantages of short service life, high use cost and low production efficiency.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a feed back leg compensator which is uniform in expansion and contraction, wear-resistant, low in cost and long in service life and adopts a four-bar mechanism and is provided with an alarm device.

The purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

the feed back leg compensator provided with the alarm device comprises at least two sections of corrugated pipes which are mutually connected through a middle pipe, connecting pipes are respectively arranged at two ends of each corrugated pipe, end flanges are arranged on the end surfaces of the connecting pipes, an inner pipe is arranged in an inner cavity of the compensator, the inner pipe is connected and fixed with the end flanges, the connecting pipes are connected with the middle pipe through ear plates and pull rods, a protective layer is arranged in the inner cavity of the inner pipe, the protective layer is connected and fixed with the inner pipe through a grab nail fixed on the inner wall of the inner pipe, and heat insulation filler is arranged between the inner pipe and the inner surface of the compensator; the outer surface of the compensator is provided with a connecting rod mechanism, and fixing points of the connecting rod mechanism are uniformly distributed in the axis direction of the compensator; and an alarm device is arranged on the outer side of the pipe wall where the heat-preservation filler is arranged.
