Background

The existing long-distance pipeline generally needs to be provided with a plurality of compensators for compensating the expansion and contraction of the pipeline in sections, particularly the long-distance pipeline for conveying solid crushed media, and the compensators are required to have large compensation amount and high strength. At present, in the use process of the compensator, because the expansion amount generated by a pipeline is large, the wave number of the corrugated pipe is large, and the corrugated pipe of the compensator is easy to damage due to fatigue. Therefore, in order to enhance the strength of the compensator, the ear plate and the tie bar are usually used to reinforce the outside of the bellows, but this will affect the compensation amount of the compensator, resulting in the need to further increase the wave number of the bellows. Therefore, the cost of the product is increased, the reliability of the product is reduced, and the installation difficulty of the product is increased.
